Ein Sauberkeitsfanatiker sollte das Hotel meiden.
Im Bad ist Schimmelbildung vorhanden
Bettbezug war lediglich zwei Laken, die die Bettdecke zwischen sich haben
Badezimmertür wurde schon länger nicht mehr abgewischt.. am Fensterbrett draußen noch Müll von den vorherigen Zimmerbewohnern
Warmes Wasser in der Dusche hat am Morgen lange auf sich warten lassen

Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden!
Waren nur von Freitag Abend bis Sonntag Mittag im Hotel und auch nur zum schlafen und duschen.
Frühstück haben wir nicht dabei gehabt, hätte man aber nachträglich bestellen können.

Für Insgesamt 138€ für zwei Nächte und zwei Personen ist der Hotelaufenthalt absolut in Ordnung gewesen!

Le personnel est arrangeant et nous a bien expliqué dès notre arrivée les choses incontournables à visiter. L’hôtel est très bien situé! Le monument le ||plus loin est à 30 minutes à pieds. ||Le point négatif: la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée et les draps n’ont pas été changés un jour lors de notre séjour. De plus, c’est très bruyant dès le matin... les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées!

Hotel al centro di Roma quartiere prati per la precisione.|Sta al terzo piano di un palazzo molto bello.|È pulito ed il personale carino.| Grande assistenza per mangiare.|Tutte le prenotazioni ai ristoranti più taxi e ncc le hanno fatte loro.|Ho mangiato benissimo ed ho pagato il giusto.|Tra l’altro l’ncc per Fiumicino aeroporto mi è costato 3 euro meno del taxi e mi sono venuti a prendere in hotel con una Mercedes blu anche troppo grande perché ero da solo.|Consigliato tariffe un po’ più alte della media ma camera da 4 stelle superiore piena di dettagli come set cortesia con ciabatte e lamette per barba.|Bravi!!!!

A traditional hotel this is not. A floor of rooms in an office block and there are no other facilities other than your room. The breakfast is basic, but serves a purpose.|Positives:|Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. The location is in a very nice area and is conveniently placed for walking to all the main attractions.|Negatives:|There was a bad smell in the hallway, but this did not affect the room. The rooms offer no insulation to noise at all, so anyone returning whilst you are asleep would wake you when the reception door closes, you can hear every footstep in the hall and the phone going off in the middle of the night.|Thankfully none of these negatives affected our stay and although I would stay in the same area of Rome, I would not return to this hotel. |

The hotel is a little difficult to find because it’s actually within a residential and commercial block with very little signage. Once you’re in, it’s easy to access though. It’s in a great location (about 8minute walk from the metro, with restaurants, cafes and shops on the same street and a 15minute walk to Vatican City, 40minutes walk to Stadio Olimpico and 45 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain to give some perspective. ||||The reception staff were pleasent enough, polite and friendly and got us into the room early. However, our request of twin beds had been ignored so that needed to be sorted our after we checked in. When we got into the room, we were surprised! For such a reasonable price, I didn’t expect such a modern, well decorated room. Somehow, they’d managed to incorporate antique looking walls in a tasteful way, it was neutral and very comfortable. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. There are a few grubby marks on the walls from guests putting their feet on and throwing bags down carelessly. The bathroom was modern, very clean and spacious. ||||Breakfast was included however, it is served in the rooms. We were supposed to order on check in but we weren’t asked to and so had to chase breakfast in the morning. A different member of staff thought that we simply hadn’t ordered so struggled to cobble together something. Nevertheless, he managed it and it was ok.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Tout proche du Vatican. Par contre les chambres sont mal insonorisées, nous étions systématiquement réveillé en même temps que nos voisins.Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Déjeuner servi en chambre et assez bon.

Points positifs : hôtel bien situé, literie confortable, personnel accueillant.Points négatifs : trop bruyant, nous ne captions ni la wifi ni la 4G, petit déjeuner à revoir.

Hotel gioiello nel cuore dello shopping romano.camere spaziose e pulite.personale cordiale e disponibile.abbiamo soggiornato per un lungo week end con due bambine di tre anni e 18 mesi.la posizione ottimale ci ha permesso di raggiungere tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse comodamente a piedi con i passeggini al seguito e, alternativamente, di restare nei dintorni sia per lo shopping che per pranzare/cenare con imbarazzo di scelta per varietà di offerte.la colazione in camera è un must.in definitiva un’ottima scelta per il rapporto prezzo/qualità.da ripetere senz’altro.

Siamo venuti in questo hotel per una sola notte, grazie a Dio!, nonostante l’ottima posizione e la pulizia.|Le stanze non sono insonorizzate, dalle sette del mattino inizia il caos... |vicino alla nostra camera il dipendente dell’hotel alle ore 7:00 am avrà fatto cadere cento volte le chiavi per aprire un mobiletto! Mobilietti attaccati alle porte delle stanze... un continuo apri chiudi!!!|Inoltre l’hotel sta facendo dei lavori quindi dalle 8:00 iniziano martellate e rumori a non finire, per non parlare della gente che urla e litiga ecc.... ovviamente Che stavano facendo i lavori non c’è stato comunicato anticipatamente, al fine di poter decidere se prenotare o meno!! E questo comportamento la dice lunga.||In più chiamare l’hotel e chiedere informazioni telefonicamente è una vera impresa... ho chiesto una “navetta” mi volevano passare una certa “teresa” ..bah! |Ho chiesto sempre telefonicamente se c’erano dei parcheggi anche a pagamento sotto l’hotel, mi hanno detto di No, ma in realtà la via ha parcheggi.||Quindi non c’è altro da aggiungere!||Il titolare o responsabile di questo hotel dovrebbe tener conto di queste accortezze se vuole:|1 far svegliare decentemente una persona la mattina, |2- se chiamo in hotel pretendo di avere informazioni chiare e precise, dato che ho pagato un servizio.||Detto ciò l’unica cosa buona è la posizione e la pulizia.|||

Great staff. Always willing to help. Continental breakfast every morning, with great suggestions on what to do, and where to go every day. Arranged rides for our day trips, with courteous drivers that were very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again while in Rome. The neighborhood was awesome too!

Buon hotel situato in un bel punto di Roma, vicino a tutto, camera confortevole e personale molto cordiale.

Points positifs : situation parfait pour visiter rome et le vatican.Chambre rénovée, propre et belle (grande chambre)Points négatifs : absence total de réception, nous avons vu le personnel au moment de notre arrivée et au moment de notre départ. Service de bagagerie plus que moyen, la personne souhaitez finir sa journée a 16h, donc ne voulez pas nous garder les bagages apres 16h.Il serait bon de revoir les horaires de reception qui devait être de 7h a 20h.Ménage pas réaliser tous les jours et pas de changement de serviette ni de literie. Bon hotel pour un week end, mais le manque de service ne serait pas appréciable pour un long séjour.Je qualifierai cet hotel plutôt comme un airbnb car tres peu de service.

Nice hotel, a late check in fee applies so be warned when booking flights, breakfast isn't included although we paid for this, the hotel blamed it on Trivago but they denied it was there fault as they were not told that the breakfast services was disabled. Had to ask for toilet facilities to be replenished also! Clean room, everything is in walking distance if you do not mind a bit of walking.

Fantástica ubicación! Calidad precio muy bien. Personal muy agradable en especial Luca, el chico que li pis a por las mañanas muy simpático, no recuerdo el nombre. Cama y almohada muy cómodas, habitación básica pero nosotros estuvimos genial. Incluso te dejan un teléfono con Internet para que te muevas por Roma.

I really can't say enough good things about this fantastic small hotel. Optimal location, only a few 10 or 15 min walking to the Vatican city, and not far either from other must see's in Rome like Colosseum etc. I've been lucky to go on holiday to Rome many times in my life, and I was very glad to have found this hotel, very charming with very caring staff, who bring the breakfast every morning to your room at the time of your request. Great choice for anyone.

It was walking distance to everything that’s a plus It was super small not same as the picture of the hotel, WiFi didn’t work unless you are in hallway.

The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff Tosti and Melody were fantastic people always willing to hep out as much as they can. The rooms are very small and the Pantheon room we were in smelled like sewer gas all the time. Lucca on the front desk was as helpful as possible but the hotel manager was not pleasant to deal with. There is no as advertised breakfast. The hotel is on the third floor only of a lovely 6 story building and the neighborhood is safe and has markets and restaurants and bars within walking distance that are awesome. Getting to the third floor however is in an antiquated 2 person lift and if someone operates the lift and fails to close the doors then it is stuck at whatever floor that happened and you are forced to climb the stairs.

The cleaning staff & location were great however, the advertised WIFI was none existent - they provide a FREE mobile phone which is also a city guide. The FREE mobile does not unfortunately replace the fact that the WIFI doesn’t work, and from what I assume (I don’t like to assume, but) hasn’t worked since 2017.. The room was very noisy, as there’s no noise seals which means you can hear all other guests and the staff right outside - not ideal at 7am every day (I’m an early riser, but like to not set an alarm on holiday). The drainage, regardless of the staffs best efforts, means the room smells very unpleasant. The biggest “gripe” was the insistence of needing cash - we understand it is an extra to pay, but when they refuse and insist on you going to the cash point it raises questions (they did eventually accept a card payment, but after a lot of back and forth - cleaning staff “didn’t know” how to use the card machine as a last resort attempt of getting cash, although we don’t put the blame on them). When we did raise anything, they passed blame onto others; meaning not everything was raised in the end.

We were presented with a much smaller room than anticipated which made the pictures seem deceiving. The quality of the rooms interior was also poor. On inspection, the walls were covered in black marks, including but not limited to scratch marks and shoe prints. The bathroom fixings were not entirely secure, the sink and the mirror weren’t fully in place. The skirting board was also not finished properly, the workmanship looked rushed. Moving on to the amenities and services, the hotel offers free wifi, which was not present in the rooms. When I asked reception for an explanation, I was simply told the WiFi only worked in the corridor. I asked for the alternative WiFi showing on my phone, which the receptionist put into my phone. However, when I said I needed the password for my girlfriend, I was told it was a secret and only I was allowed to use it, something I found rather strange. Secondly, the hotel states that it offers an iron on request - this turned out to be solely an iron, no ironing board to accompany. When questioning the whereabouts of an ironing board, I was told “use the bed”. Perhaps most prevalent to our stay was the large issue of noise. Outside our window, directly below was a large air conditioning unit which continued to be in use throughout the night. Coupled with incredibly thin walls in the property, which allowed 90% of conversations in the corridor to be heard made sleep difficult at best.

Close to everything, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean had everything we needed

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We had problems with our luggage not making it in on our same flight and they helped ensure it got to us. They were also very helpful with us, we have a wheelchair and they offered to have it locked up downstairs due to the fact we couldnt fit it into the elevator (we figured out how to do it later). Overall a very nice experience and it felt very secure.

Location, staff and cleanness, all new, room has a lot of space,and very safe

The location of the hotel is its greatest asset. Its perfectly located: its only a 10 minute walk from Castel SantAngelo, the metro and Saint Peters Square. Its directly opposite a great little cafe thats both great value and great quality, and right next door to a really nice restaurant (albeit not particularly vegetarian friendly). The cleanliness of the room was good: the bathroom and bedroom were cleaned every day. Unfortunately, thats where the positives end.The lack of staff available when you needed them was frustrating. Theyre available in the mornings, but if you need anything after 7:30pm, youre on your own. The walls are paper thin and as we were placed directly opposite the reception desk, we could hear everything, including private conversations that other guests would not have appreciated being overheard. Our biggest gripe was the lack of breakfast, despite this being openly advertised in their online pictures and in their own welcome booklet which is placed in every room. The staffs response was simply: we dont do that and didnt offer any other other explanation as to why they still advertise it. The Wi-fi was intermittent and spotty. I, personally, didnt have issues with it on my phone; however, my partner could not use it whatsoever when I was on my phone. This hotel has great potential, but at the minute its falling short. If youre looking for something as a base to sleep, then it works. If you want comfort, dont bother.

This hotel is a little treasure hidden in an older building. It has great food options in the immediate vacinity and accessing all of Rome is easy from here. Great price too

Detta är inte ett vanligt hotell utan en våning som har flera hotellrum i ett vanligt hus. Perfekt läge och promenadavstånd till Vatikanen mm. |Det finns ingen mat på hotellet men frukost och mat kan avnjutas på några meters avstånd. |En annan stor fördel var att man kunde boka lyxtaxi för att åka till t.ex flyget. Detta var t.o.m billigare än vanliga taxibilar och mycket lyxigare med en chaufför med kostym och finare bil. |Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Positive: La ubicación es buena, buenos restaurantes cercanas. If you have guided tours the location is close to some of the pick up points as well as the Vatican.. Negative: Internet no iba nunca.. Internet wi-fi didn't connect once, which would be a problem for people outside of Europe without free roaming. I would recommend you fix this. If it is a cost issue, just put the air conditioning to 25 degrees C and it should pay itself..

I wonder how the "hotel" has been able to reach the middle range of reviews overall; maybe the quality has once been better than it is today . The only good thing is the location; it is nice and there are several convenient restaurants, shops and coffee places nearby.

My bad, that we didn’t take enough time to look at the reviews beforehand as our stay was everything else but convenient. Cannot really recommend this “hotel” (rather B&B) to anyone.

1 The bathroom had a terrible smell and mold on the walls. The mold is absolutely unacceptable! There were also horrible smelly drains. We were told by the staff to stay for a few hours in the room after which we should not sense the smell anymore..

2 Wifi was not working inside of the rooms at all. The staff was very aware of this issue and they just told us to use the wifi in the corridor (there were no seats nor a lobby area to sit/stay). This very same problem had existed since at least 2016 by the other reviews, so they just seem to be unwilling to solve the issue.

3 Noisy rooms with the paper thin walls and basic interior doors.

4 We arrived late one evening and could not get inside of the building at all as the key, that was given to us, was not working. By pure luck someone came out and let us in to avoid spending a night on the street.

5 Doesn’t offer breakfast even it is stated on the site and also a room booklet. After asking about the breakfast, the staff just said ‘no breakfast’ without any explanation.

6 Don’t be fooled by the pictures! Room not as depicted in photos.

Icing on the cake: during the checkout we were accused to have used the water bottle and changed one of the soft drink cans from the mini bar (without any reason).

The staff was very helpful and nice at the beginning but turned out to be rude after we mentioned the disorders like mold and inoperative WIFI connection. They also clearly argued loudly one with another after we had reported the faults/after we had checked out. We were totally disappointed and shall no one to stay in this place while visiting Rome.

× Breakfast is NOT included. We paid for Bed & Breakfast yet were told this isn't available. Yet it states in their Welcome book it is.
× WIFI is not available throughout. Just in one small area. Again on the Welcome book it says available.
× Free "Coffee corner" from 4.30pm until 6.30pm yet only green tea and 2 juices available.
× No tea/coffee making facilities in room
× Mould, broken shower doors and broken hairdryer in room.
× NOT a hotel. Simply a corridor with 7 doors leading off of it.
× Very noisy, can hear people coming and going and the staff in the early morning.

The only good thing I have to mention is the location is ideal for shopping and the Vatican. You are also able to leave your bags with them upon checkout. However they are just put in to a spare bedroom so not the safest.
Loved Rome but definitely wont be returning here.

Have just returned home after a 3 night stay for a birthday trip with my mum.|Apart from the really great location of this hotel theres not much more I can say for it.|Upon arrival we were greeted by a native speaking lady and had to work out everything she was trying to tell us about doors locks and codes etc.|When we got in to our room it is simply just that. Fortunately for just sleeping there it done the trick. We asked for twin room and got a double. |We read through the "Welcome book " and it states you should ask reception for a form to fill out for breakfast the next day. However when we asked the guy at the desk he simply stated "no, no brekafast".| However, on our paperwork we had paid for Bed and Breakfast. He had no explanation and we said it states it in the book and he just repeated "No Breakfast". Luckily our travel agents have reimbursed us for the breakfasts we paid for ourselves throughout our trip.|It also states WIFI is available in all rooms again however in the welcome pack both the ID and password were incorrect and when we asked he said it was only available in the "coffee area".|They have Coffee corner free from 4.30-6.30pm but only Green tea and 2 juices were available....no coffee.|The room itself needs a lot of TLC from grubby walls and broken hairdryer, mould and broken showers and its door.|I had such a lovely time in Rome itself and thoroughly suggest it. I cant want to return but most definitely wont be returning to this hotel.||

First of all, really comfortable room with a well appointed en-suite bathroom. There is a TV and a unobtrusive and easy to use safe. Room security is good. There is a easy to remember code for the street door, a key for the inner door, another easy code to access the floor and a card for the room. Great location. Just a short walk to Lepetano metro station and a couple of small supermarkets just around the block. There is a bakery/coffee shop across the road, serving all sorts of lovely things, and a restaurant directly below. The double bed is comfortable, the shower is great and the aircon works well. Breakfast is available at no extra cost, and consists of coffee or tea, a croissant, slice of bread, butter, jam and or honey and a yoghurt each. It is brought to your room at a time of your choosing.||There are two halves to this hotel on the third floor. To the right as you exit the quirky lift for two, are the “deluxe” rooms and the reception desk. To the left are the “super deluxe” rooms, and a shared kitchenette. It is the deluxe side I am talking about.|| In my opinion, there is room for improvement. Rooms need a kettle and a couple of mugs. Some glasses wouldn’t go amiss either, since the fridge is stocked with a couple of small bottles of wine and a small bottle of water but nothing to drink them from. We ended up keeping back a couple of glasses from breakfast. The provision of a bottle opener/corkscrew in each room would be handy too. ||The Wi-fi is disappointing, as it drops in and out frequently. When it’s “in” it’s fine. ||All in all, this is a good place to stay, but could be just a little bit better for a small outlays. I would like to point out that hot water IS available when there is a staff member in attendance, and the kitchenette is available for use by deluxe guests under the same condition.

Nyrenoverade toppenrum i lugn miljö, närhet till allt. Fina små mysiga ristoranter i närhet. Alla rum inte helt klara ännu. Perfekt för familj med barn. Supermarket i närhet. Vi valde äta frukost i närheten men alternativet finns på hotellet.

Group of 6 older guests arrived 27th May 19 without code to enter office building. Ebookers failed miserably to give us code warning to get in touch with "hotel" direct. But earlier communication had to go thru Ebookers first.||Unable to get through to Ebookers by phone, email so we hoped for the best and arrived 21:00 hrs and it was raining. 6 old people on the raining pavement ! What a preventable mess ! Until a guest came out and let us in. Lift to 3rd floor very small (2 adults, 1 bag). This "hotel" is NOT good for older persons.

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und bemüht! Top! Die Lage ist super, 81er Buslinie fährt fast vor der Tür und 5 min zur U-Bahn, zum Vatikan 10 min zu Fuß. Frühstück jeden Tag im Zimmer, weil dass Hotel relativ klein ist, kann man sich echt nicht beschweren :-)

It's a modern and clean boutique hotel. Rooms are pretty but..there isn't a door in the bathroom. In the wardrobe you cannot find a place to hung up your clothes....strange.|Comfortable and near the Vatican and Lepanto tube station.|From 16.30 up to 18.30 there is a corner in the hall with coffee, tea, juice and some cakes.|

Pour notre première nuit, on nous installé dans une petite chambre au bout du corridor. Les murs étaient affreusement sales, il y avait une terrible odeur de moisissure et aucun wifi. La fenêtre donnait sur une ruelle fermée. Après avoir appelé au numéro d’urgence sans réponse... On nous a installé dans une autre chambre la nuit suivante. La chambre était beaucoup plus propre et avait le wifi. Toutefois, il y une odeur INTENSE d’œufs pourris ou de souffre. |Le personnel du dimanche ne parlait pratiquement pas anglais et n’a même pas été capable de nous appeler un taxi!|Je déconseille!

Wir reisten zu 4. nach Rom, deshalb habe ich 2 DZ in diesem Hotel gebucht.||Meines war sehr schön, geräumig, großes Bad, Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern.||Das andere Zimmer klein, kein richtig helles Licht, Schimmel unter der Fensterbank.||In beiden Zimmern hätte die Dusche eine Grundreinigung nötig. Außerdem lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab. Der Fön lief ca 1 min, dann brauchte er eine Pause von ca 3 min, bis er wieder lief. ||Frühstück gab es keines mehr, man sagte uns, es könne seit diesem Jahr nicht mehr angeboten werden. Dafür gab es nachmittags von 16:30 bis 18:30 Kaffee und Kuchen.||Die Lage könnte für einen Städtetrip nicht besser sein. Vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.||Direkt gegenüber ist eine Kaffeebar wo man günstig frühstücken kann.||Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatte mit 4 Personen 2 Zimmer gebucht. Mein Zimmer war super groß, großes Bad, liebevoll gestaltet. Die Dusche lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Der Fön lief 1 min, danach musste man ca 4 min warten bis er wieder 1 min lief.Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr zentral zwischen Vatikan und Engelsburg

It offers a nice room to stay in Rome. It is not very close to the subway station, but you can have access to is easily. The hotel is very close to the Vatican. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is very complete. I consider the price is very good, and the area is tranquile with some good restaurants nearby.

No es un hotel al uso, se le puede considerar una pensión de lujo. En una planta entera de un edificio han sacado habitaciones de hotel de lujo, muy bien decoradas. Tienes una recepción en el tercer piso y una cocina con café, té, etc. Por la tarde ponen unos pasteles y tartas para que te sirvas gratis. La localización es muy buena.

Positive: Sono stato al Roma Vaticano per una notte. Ottima posizione, in pieno centro a Prati, nelle vicinanze delle fermate della metro Lepanto e Ottaviano. Per arrivare in Vaticano ci vogliono 5 minuti a piedi. Non è stato difficile trovare un ristorante per cena, data l'ampia scelta presente in zona. Ambiente familiare ma con un bel tocco di design. Accoglienza calorosa, camera grande, pulita, silenziosa. Ottimo wi-fi. Rapporto qualità / prezzo eccellente.. Negazione: Tutto ok..

I was only there for 1 night but should I return it’ll definitely be for longer.

For the price this hotel was pretty good. Overall good location- about a 30 min walk from the Trevi Fountain area. Everything was clean and the water pressure was good. The room was a bit warm at night but there was a window that could be opened. The main downside was the the WiFi was incredibly slow. I had to stand by the door of my room to get decent service and on the side of the bed furtherest from the door my phone couldn’t even receive a connection. Even standing in the hallway under the router, it was still slow. If it weren’t for the super slow wifi I would have rated the hotel 5 stars.

Positive: It had hot water. Negative: Services: 1) The worst of all things was that they didn't renew the toilet papers and bath shampoo not the only second day, but even the third! I was looking for them in all places of the Hotel (they were in the reception only for some hours a day), didn't find them, and I had to walk some kilometers to buy Toilet Papers and Bath Shampoo on my own. This is at least unacceptable! 2) The wifi was not working the first days, and I saw some reviews saying it's not the first time. Cleanliness: 3) The walls had mold (!) and were quite dirty. 4) They bedrest has a big stain. 5) The Mini Bar had stains inside. 6) The Hotel's reception had a bad smell every time we entered. I'd really prefer all of these to be clean before visiting. They did care to charge 20 euros for late check-in but they didn't care to provide good services worthy of the price we paid, especially when the price per night is already more expensive comparing to similar hotels nearby. Total waste of extra money should have spent them somewhere else. Maybe trying Airbnb next time is a good idea. Talking with a smile on the face does not solve the problems, caring does..
