Положительный: Красивое место с огромной территорией. Большая комната. Завтраки хорошие, в красивом помещении.. Негативный: Комната неуютная, хоть и обставлена стариной мебелью, но нет комфорта. В ванной комнате протекала раковина, душ не работал, из него вода выстреливала пулеметными очередями. Фен принесли только после нашей просьбы. Нет утюга и гладильной доски, ящики комода и шкафа открывались с большим трудом. Не очень приветливый персонал..

Eine super süße Anlage, mitten in der Toscana. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Zimmer war groß, der Service super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und landestypisch. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

We stayed 5 nights at 3 bedrooms appartment. It was really nice besides the fact that there was not enough light and only one bathroom. Breakfast was simple and a bit pricy. Staff is great, especially Delia. Casa Masi restaurant was just perfect, good wine, delicious dishes and excellent service. We liked everything.

Magnifique propriété avec d immenses jardins très bien entretenus, piscines, terrain de tennis et jeux enfants, bien située pour visiter les principaux lieux touristiques. Parfait pour se détendre et se reposer. Calme. Personnel très accueillant. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé et une chaise haute. Tout était prêt lors de notre arrivée. Petit-déjeuner à réserver. All'esterno sono presenti piscine e parchi giochi per bambini. Colazione veramente ottima con prodotti di qualità.

This Borgo has everything to make your (mostly: family) holiday a success: Great gardens, two nice pools -one for with playing kids and one for peace and quiet, authentic furniture (i did not find a single IKEA product...), a playground and a true gem of a restaurant. ||Montaione is the cute nearby village and great for the daily gelato or cafe. There are two nice supermarkets around the corner.||Furthermore all great Tuscan cities are near and so are loads of cute places to eat (but they really will not match the greatness of the in-house restaurant that has great food and just oozes romance and at the same time is so great for families (playground next to the restaurants where kids play while parents relax.).||So 5 dots for all of this.||||If you want this full experience, make sure you personally contact the estate to handpick a room. The website looks like you select a specific room, but you do not! ||You end up booking a category and in my case this ended up being a room on the second floor, very dark (you literally cannot read a book in the -huge- living room) and no dishwasher. For 1750 a week, this was disappointing especially since i booked a higher price expecting to have a ground floor apartment. In retrospect I have read more negative reviews on this specific room (nr 5) and apparently it was not a reason to act on it so far. I hope my honest review will do just that: make the owner do something about this room to make it in line with the rest off the place which is just GREAT.

We visited Borgo San Benedetto for 3 days in July. Our "apartment" was in a classic Tuscan stonebrick building. Kitchen had all needed kitchenware, and the dining area was a perfect space for four. Bedroom og bathroom on the first floor. Bedroom og another bathroom on the second floor. Perfect for a familiy of four! N.B. Aircondition made the temperature perfect at all times!||||The hosts were very welcoming when we arrived, and we felt very taken care of. The area is just amazing in classical Tuscan style. Two pools and a very large playground for the kids to run around. The restaurant offers amazing, classical Italian dishes and excellent service. ||||A short distance to all great towns in Tuscany- Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena etc. Grocery store was also close by, only a 7 minute drive. ||||I highly recommend this place, and it's perfect for children! Everyday there were many kids playing in the pool. AND the pictures do NOT justify this beautiful place!

Positief: Kindvriendelijke accommodatie met 2 zwembaden en voldoende vertier voor kleine kinderen. Prima restaurant op locatie en vriendelijk personeel.. Negatief: Wij hadden een appartement geboekt in de veronderstelling dat we op de begane grond zouden zitten. Bij aankomst kregen we een appartement op de 2e verdieping. Niet handig met een baby die nog 3x per dag moet slapen waardoor je echt opgesloten zit. Bovendien waren de bedden erg slecht!! Na een week kregen we 2 gekoppelde kamers in de b&b waardoor we wel weer lekker naar buiten konden. Een prima oplossing maar helaas pas na een hele week. Verder 2 avonden flinke geluidsoverlast gehad van feesten in het op de locatie gelegen restaurant. Dit was niet vooraf gemeld en tot 12 u ‘s avonds erg harde muziek. Helaas een.

Positief: Mooi tuin en zwembaden. Heel goed restaurant.. Negatief: - Heel veel muggen. Daardoor niet goed mogelijk om met baby buiten te zitten. Na vraag of er iets aan gedaan kon worden niet serieus genomen en schofterig door receptie te woord gestaan. Erg arrogant. Vakantieplannen daarom gewijzigd. - Appartement wat oubollig en niet goed schoon.

The setting is absolutely gorgeous! The rustic villas, beautiful gardens and luxurious swimming pools make for an idyllic stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring many of the beautiful surrounding Tuscan towns.

Struttura completamente immersa nel verde della campagna toscana, costituita da diversi casolari all'interno dei quali ampi appartamenti (anche tre camere da letto, oltre al vasto soggiorno-cucina) muniti di ogni comfort (TV, lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero, etc.) e attrezzati nei minimi particolari (e' presente persino lo spremiagrumi elettrico, oltre a una vasta gamma di pentole e stoviglie) non fanno per niente rimpiangere le comodità di casa propria. Due piscine e un rinomato ristorante (Casa Masina) completano le dotazioni della struttura. L'assenza di segnale telefonico, che a primo acchito appare anacronistica (ma è comunque presente una copertura Wi-Fi, soprattutto nella zona della reception e al ristorante), consente di godere pienamente, senza interruzioni esterne, della pace e serenità che ispira il posto. Disponibilissimo e cordialissimo il personale della reception (ci hanno consentito un late check-out senza sovraprezzo e limitazioni d'orario in quanto l'appartamento non era stato prenotato per i giorni successivi). In definitiva, ideale per isolarsi un po' dalla frenesia del mondo esterno.

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde a metà tra Firenze, Lucca e Siena. Comprende vari appartamenti dislocati su più piani, molto ampi e luminosi, dotati di tutti i comforts. Have just spent four days here and no words can truly describe how beautiful it is. My son held his wedding here on Sunday and it was incredible. Accommodation is fabulous varying from rooms to apartments. They are all fitted to a high standard which makes your stay there so pleasurable. The food is delicious authentic Italian. Also the staff are so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for the wedding but this is the norm for the owners and staff. My son has been holidaying here for over 5 years and they really made the wedding so special.

Great place to stay. Great location and centred ideal to visit Tuscany. Less than an hour to all major towns. Very rural and picturesque. Barn conversion accommodation quite dark. We preferred B&B room in main house. Restaurant very nice with generous portions. Fantastic staff and very helpful.

This beautiful place had everything we could ask for with its large lovely garden, beautiful stone houses, two swimmingpools, clean and comfy rooms, good breakfast and a truly fantastic dinner restaurant, Casa Masi!|We really appreciated the most incredible service, especially from Marina, who made us feel so welcome and gladely helped us to arrange transfer to/from airport, hiring of a van that was delivered at the hotel, fixed a wonderful lunch at our arrival even though the kitchen already had closed and took the time to suggest lots of nice places to see. |Many thanks for giving us such a wonderful time in Toscana❣️|

(אנחנו היינו צריכים רק 4 חדרים) במקום 2 בריכות שחיה, מתקני משחקים וגינות מדהימות. זכינו גם לערב חוויתי של CAMP FIRE - אירוח מלא עם ברביקיו, אוכל מקומי וערב קריוקי - שאורגן ע"י לורנסו ואמא שלו - ממקימי המקום. מאד, מאד, ממליצים !!!. שלילי: בסך הכל מעט מאד... אולי במחיר ארוחת הבוקר (13 יורו לאדם) טיפה יקר....

Positive: We liked the pool area. It's a really nice place, also for the kids. They made lots of friends. The staff is friendly. The bbq on Monday was fantastic, a nice way to meet other people who are staying at the borgo. Restaurant Casa Masi is wonderful! Great food, you have to book early otherwise it's full. We visited lots of cities. San Giminiano, Volterra, Siena, etc.. Negative: The beds were very hard. We had the 6-persons apartment. It had no airco, while all the other apartments had one. I never had an apartment in Italy without airco, it is really necessary. The bathroom is too little for 6 persons. Other people we met had an apartment with 2 bathrooms and slept with 6 people in 2 rooms. I think that's better. So I think 2200 euro for 1 week is a little bit overrated..

Positiv: Fantastisk område som man inte får nog av. Stort med utrymme för alla gäster. Bara en gång upplevde vi att det var för mycket folk vid poolen. Många gånger var vi där helt själva.. Negativ: Vi hyrde det stora huset med 5 sovrum och älskade huset. Men hade gärna sett att det fanns bekvämare stolar vid matbordet i huset. Och även utomhus på vår altan hade vi önskat skönare möbler att umgås kring..

Ormai è il terzo anno di fila che veniamo a Borgo San Benedetto/Villa Sestilia. Qui si sta d'incanto e dimentichiamo per un po' la vita frenetica e lo stress cittadino. Un grande apprezzamento per l'ottima cucina di Casa Masi ed un ringraziamento particolare a Marina e Delia per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliato anche ad altri amici in questi anni, tutti soddisfattissimi. A presto!

De accommodatie ligt op een hele rustige fijne plek. Supermarkt is 7 min rijden en verschillende steden en dorpjes 30-60min. Alles is ruim opgezet en personeel heel gastvrij. Restaurant vaak alleen savonds open en heeft lekker eten. Wij waren met een baby van 10 maanden en alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Met een WiFi babyfoon (er is geen mobiel bereik) kun je bij het zwembad of restaurant zitten. Alles binnen 50 meter.

Положительный: Чудесная огромная территория, тосканская природа во всей своей красе. Райское место, любовь с первого взгляда. Идеально для медитативного отдыха с прогулками и сидением у бассейна. Правда, такого расслабления нам как раз и не хватило, так как мотались по окрестностям - на машине отсюда удобно добираться до Вольтерры и Сан-Джиминьяно. Но возвращаться после культурной программы в наше жилище было неизменно приятно. Здесь же прекрасный ресторан Casa Masi, не пропустите! Апартаменты просторные, мило обставленные, с полностью оборудованной кухней, которой мы так и не успели воспользоваться. Отличные матрасы!. Негативный: Не к чему придраться..

Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento con due camere e due bagni molto caldo e accogliente, curato nei dettagli dall’arredamento della cucina al bagno. Pulito e rilassante.bellissima area verde, noi con due cagnolini ci siamo trovati benissimo, sicuramente se avrò occasione ci tornerò in primavera. Abbiamo cenato due sere al ristorante casa masi nel borgo buonissimo.

Es war einfach nur super. Die komplette Anlage ist so wunderschön, kinderfreundlich und detailverliebt gepflegt. Unsere Unterkunft war wunderbar und sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort hinfahren

Again had a great couple of days at Borgo San Benedetto. ||Good house, nice surroundings, stunning garden.||||Tip: do the truffle hunting with lunch at Casa Masi.||Nice to do in autumn.||||Also possible to use the breakfast in the bed and breakfast.

Wij sliepen in de villa, mooie kamer met prima badkamer. De locatie is top, prachtige tuinen en 2 zwembaden. Gegeten in het restaurant, erg vriendelijke bediening en goed eten. Jammer van de risotto, werd niet vers gemaakt. Gastvrijheid was helemaal goed.

Breakfast is included in the excellent restaurant attached to the apartments where an scrumptious evening meal can be had and then only a stroll over to the apartments. Really relaxing space for families or just couples

Ein sehr schöne Location. Die Wohnung war neu renoviert und sehr schön gestaltet. Das angeschlossene Restaurant war sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter waren zu jeder Zeit sehr höflich , nett und hilfsbereit.|Jeder Zeit gerne wieder :-) ||

This place is wonderful to stay at! We holidayed in a lovely (duplex) two-bedroom apartment with a self-catering unit (small kitchen totally equipped) - great surroundings of a lovely large Italian garden (very well kept, with al its lovely sounds and scents of lemon trees, wisteria and lilacs ...), sports facilities, two lovely sunny swimming pools (one has a side pool for small children) ... There's also a B&B-option (At the Sestilia House where you can take breakfast) and you can wine and dine at the Casa Masi, an exquisite restaurant. Close to Pisa and Firenze, you can also opt to visit the local and small 'francigene' medieval villages like Volterra, Certaldo and San Gemigniano. The staff is absolutely wonderful! The apartments are very clean and beautifully furnished - everything can be serviced upon request. Our last day we had a very late flight and we were welcome to stay in de garden and the B&B for as long as we wanted. Breakfast choice is very good - fresh ingredients, bread and a variety of cakes and fruits to choose from. A great thanks to the Masi family and all the service staff! We'd love to come back soon.

Come a casa per la gentilezza e semplicità dello staff, per la squisita ospitalità della sig.ra Masi che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere e che ci ha intrattenuto piacevolmente con notizie di Montaione e dintorni e con un affresco della Val d'Elsa che valeva la visita! |Ma veniamo alle info turistiche: camera bellissima, arredata con gusto e con tutti i confort, si è dormito benissimo (materassi nuovi così come tutto il resto, alloggiavamo nella Tinaia, camera Vernaccia). "Casa vacanza" ma servizio da albergo! |Colazione buona e sufficientemente completa. |Cena al ristorante Casa Masi. Premetto che sul cibo ci teniamo molto e siamo un po' "viziati". Menù invitante e completo, apparecchiatura curata ed elegante, location esclusiva e molto calda. Cucina buona, non ottima: abbiamo preso la gramigna al pecorino un po' poco "verace", si sentiva un po' troppo l'aggiunta di latte o di panna da cucina; buona la tagliata; coniglio ripieno da migliorare nella preparazione del piatto. Un appunto sul personale, non sempre all'altezza anche se sempre gentile (un esempio: la preparazione sulla carta dei vini...). |Nel complesso comunque il giudizio sulla struttura resta più che positivo!

We wish we could have stayed here longer! This is a beautiful property with incredibly kind staff. We enjoyed a delicious Christmas lunch at the restaurant on site and enjoyed relaxing in the countryside. The property is a great base from which to explore the surrounding region and small hill towns.

Abbiamo passato 2 giorni in questa splendida struttura, cenando entrambe le sere al ristorante Casa Masi (ristorante di alta qualità), per il pranzo del sabato poichè eravamo in un bel gruppetto di 27 persone abbiamo richiesto ed ottenuto l'area Barbecue che è stata prontamente allestita e ripulita dal personale con un sorplus di 5€ a testa, in più siamo stati indirizzati ad acquistare la carne in una fattoria vicina con dei prezzi veramente ottimi. La "casa" che ci è stata data era molto ampia e ben curata in stile rustico (con tutti i comfort) su 2 piani per un totale di 5 letti (mia figlia si è anche divertita a fare un pigiama party con le amichette visti i 3 letti a disposizione), la struttura ha 2 splendide piscine, un campo da tennis, un mini campo da calcio e un bel parco giochi per i più piccoli.||Unica pecca il wifi presente solo nelle sale "comuni" va sicuramente migliorato, tuttavia restare 2 giorni isolati dal mondo fa anche bene ogni tanto.

Premetto che la struttura è molto bella e che si presta ad una vacanza tranquilla ma molte sono le pecche di queste, wifi scritto gratis e si trova solo in un angolo della struttura, prezzo non proprio regolare trovato su booking 100 euro compreso la colazione invece abbiamo pagato 120 +12 euro di colazione che è una colazione di un semplice albergo di 2 stelle in romagna , quindi se prenotate prenotate da siti esterni ci guadagnate,ristorante in loco poco raccomandato non tanto per il cibo ma per quanto riguarda i prezzi noi un po di antipasto due cucchiai di primi e un assaggio di dolci con coperto 45 euro allucinante , camera da 120 euro senza neanche un asciuga capelli e mi hanno detto che era superiore la stanza un tv con ronzio notturno da doverlo spegnere dal fastidio e scarico che restava inceppato,e alla mia osservazione non mi sapeva rispondere con una riposta esauriente .

Throughout my stay in Italy I must say this hotel ranks among the best I have seen there the rooms and very spacious and super clean.. perfect for family. Kids play area and it houses one of the best restaurants in the area that gives this place an edge over any other hotel in this region.|You will not be disappointed when u stay here you. The staff here are exceptional and they truest show you what Italian hospitality is all about as they make sure everything is taken care off.|The restaurant is top notch with probably one of the best foods we have had in Italy. You need to book in advance though as the restaurant is quite popular IS is always full. The restaurant is closed on mondays though.|When u stay here you will not be disappointed.

Sehr kleines Doppelzimmer, 1 Schrank, ein Bett, sonst nichts. Hätte auch keinen Platz. Frühstück strikt erst ab 8.30 Uhr, schlecht, wenn man längere Ausflüge plant. Nachdem die Lage sehr einsam ist, nächster Ort 5 km entfernt, keine Alternativen zur Loacation. Kein W-Lan im Zimmer, keine deutschen TV-Sender. Restaurant daneben sehr gut, aber auch nicht günstig.

Sono stato in questa struttura per due notti, mi è piaciuto la cura e la bellezza degli spazi esterni, e le camere. Non mi è piaciuto il collegamento con la rete Wi-Fi, che all'interno delle camere è inesistente, atteso che tutti i telefonini, di qualsiasi operatore non prendono, e la pulizia interna delle stesse che era poco accurata. Ho trovato polvere e nei bordi della vasca-doccia c'era traccia di muffa.
