hotel, in realtà più un B&B, vicinissimo al centro e comodo alla stazione, personale preparato e cortese , camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno idem, l'unica pecca è la colazione che potrebbe migliorare peccato la mancanza di un ascensore che è comunque chiarita all'atto della prenotazione.

The hotel is in a quiet area. It was very clean and the staff are polite and helpful. Wifi was ok but could be improved. The room is a bit small but has everything to make it comfortable. There is no lift in the hotel. The only thing that needs improvement in terms of both quality and quantity is breakfast.

Положительный: Расположение отеля лучше и не пожелать. Самая центральная часть города. Тихая улочка. Непосредственно у входа, дверь в дверь, китайский ресторан, где можно при желании отведать как китайскую, так и вьетнамскую кухню. А буквально в нескольких метрах, на противоположной стороне улицы - уютный ресторан итальянской кухни. До основных достопримечательностей города - 5-7 минут прогулочные шагом. В десяти минутах большой супермаркет, работающий до 23 часов. Примерно столько же времени потребуется, чтобы заглянуть в рынок Mercato delle Erbe, где великое множество свежих овощей и фруктов, местных сыров, колбас, вин. Если в день выезда из отеля ваш рейс поздно вечером, можно спокойно отправиться гулять, оставив свои вещи в комнате хранения багажа. В самом же отеле вас ожидают домашний уют, чистота, отзывчивость хозяев. В такие места хочется возвращаться..

Molto cortese il personale. Camera bella, silenziosa e pulita. La colazoone potrebbe migliorare. Comunque ci siamo trovati bene. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda per raggiingere in fretta il centro storico e abbastanza vicina alla stazione ferroviaria Consigliato .

Fa il suo dovere. Piccolo hotel posizionato in pieno centro storico di Bologna. Pulito, accogliente, minimal. Personale cortese, luogo silenzioso. Unico aspetto negativo è la mancanza di un parcheggio, che ovviamente incide sul costo finale. Colazione non verificata causa...fretta del demonio. Per brevi soggiorni si può fare.

It's a bit of a walk from the train station but a great location. The Italian restaurant nearby that the host recommended was a delight; twin sisters run the restaurant and it was just what we needed when we arrived. Gianni's gelato, also nearby, was a must stop every day we were in Bologna. I would say the hotel was adequate on the room and breakfast. But for the price, no complaints.

All' arrivo non risultava registrata alcuna prenotazione a nostro nome malgrado noi avessimo ricevuto da parte dell hotel la conferma con tanto di numero di prenotazione via mail Ci è stata assegnata una camera nella dependance dell hotel, che non corrisponde alla descrizione delle camere che si trovano sul sito e tanto meno alle recensioni. La dependance è vetusta, il materasso è scomodo si sentono le molle il bagno è scomodo non ha appoggi nella doccia lo scarico è rumoroso di notte e la porta è dura da aprire . Fatto presente lo stato della camera al check out siamo arrivati alle 14.30 e ripartiti il giorno successivo alle 20.00, abbiamo chiesto una riduzione di prezzo che è stata accolta . La direzione però si è risentita del fatto che non abbiamo fatto presente subito la situazione perché a detta loro ci avrebbero cambiato la camera...allora perché non assegnare subito la camera richiesta?Ma gli inconvenienti noi li abbiamo notati permanendo nella camere al rientro della visita alla città!
Aggiungo ancora che la colazione è meglio farla in uno dei bar del centro che peraltro sono vicini all' ''albergo.Unica nota positiva la posizione . Quindi se decidete di prenotare in questo hotel assicuratevi che vi diano una camera nella struttura principale!!

Positief: De kamer is erg netjes en rustig. We verbleven eerder deze week ook in het hotel en de tweede nacht hadden we veel last van lawaai van de kamer naast ons. Achteraf bezien was dat gewoon pech want deze nacht hebben we heerlijk kunnen slapen. Ook hadden we eerder deze week een jonge receptionist die helaas nauwelijks Engels sprak, deze keer was dat veel beter.. Negatief: Het ontbijt viel wat tegen, weinig keuze uit brood, veel zoetigheid. De koffie uit het apparaat was niet erg lekker..

Positief: Kamer was klein maar verzorgd en schoon. Receptionist daadkrachtig na klacht over lawaai van buren. ( moest wel met gebarentaal kenbaar worden gemaakt helaas). Negatief: Ontbijt vrij beperkt. Engels aan receptie, vooral op tweede dag zeer beperkt. Hoewel in rustige straat en geluid van buiten verwaarloosbaar lijken de muren binnen van papier. Eerste nacht heerlijk rustig, tweede nacht buren die ofwel hun tv op maximum hadden staan of de muren inderdaad van papier. Daarna (leek het of) iemand recht voor onze deur stond te telefoneren. Uiteindelijk was het rond 12 uur stil genoeg om te gaan slapen.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Piazza city center. We had breakfast one day which wasn't bad but wasn't great either. The room was small but the bed was comfortable otherwise. Shower area is a bit tight as well. |The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator just FYI. I didn't have any street noise at night which was also nice. It's nearby shopping and other options so it's a great location and not on a busy street. We have to walk to the Bologna Train Station which is a 15-minute walk away as taxi was not available for some reason the morning we left. If I was staying for more than 2 nights I might want to consider something a little more spacious.

Positiv: die Lage Zimmer groß, Bad gut Frühstückskaffee war gut, es gibt frisches Obst Gepäck- Aufbewahrung Unsere Fahrräder durften im Innenhof parken. Negativ: Wir waren nebenan in der Dependance untergebracht, 1. Stock zur Gasse. Das Zimmer war sauber geputzt, roch aber trotzdem staubig. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, das Bad durch Lüfter auch zur Straße hin (-> Badtür schließen). Schräg gegenüber ist aktuell eine Baustelle mit Arbeitsbeginn um 7 Uhr. Beim Frühstück waren sogar die Croissants aus der Plastik-Packung und nicht knusprig. Hat den Charme eines 2-Sterne Hauses zum Preis von vieren..

Fint litet hotell, kanske 8-10 rum, som var mycket välstädat och hade varierat utbud till frukost ex yoghurt, flingor, pålägg, färdiggjorda smörgåsar, frukt och självklart kakor. Small budget room and hotel, but with nice and earnest staff. FYI, single room has a firm bed, no table, but had a refrigerator and A/C and pretty quiet. Breakfast was pretty good and spanned croissants, meat slices, cheese, yogurt, fresh espresso, fresh fruit, but one may prefer fresher items from a cafe. Can’t beat its location, 3 mins from the Piazza, from Mercato del Erne, next to a good gelateria, and near a grocery store. Not sure if they have a lift, so may be something to consider for those that need it.

Buon Hotel di nome e di fatto. Molto semplice pulito e curato. Camera pulita moderna con aria condizionata e ampio bagno privato. Ottima posizione tra piazza maggiore e viale Indipendenza. Ottimo per chi ama scoprire questa stupenda città a piedi. Buffet colazione da migliorare.|Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Da prenderlo sempre in considerazione visto che non ha prezzi eccessivi come per tanti B&B di Bologna.|Ci tornerei volentieri.

Il classico BUON HOTEL in un angolo defilato del centro. Se non lo cercate non ci si arriva per sbaglio, ma forse è meglio così. Pulitissimo, climatizzato, bagno ampio, posizione perfetta a due passi da Piazza Maggiore e Via Indipendenza, staff gentilissimo e affabile, non rumoroso. Un piacere rientrare in albergo dopo le "fatiche" di un turista appiedato che ha girato per Bologna tutto il giorno. Non c'è lusso nel senso stretto del termine ma tanta semplicità che non ti fa sentire la mancanza di nessuna comodità che sarebbe superflua.|| · Unica pecca la mancanza di un ascensore. Niente altro da segnalare.

Sono stato in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro, essendo periodo di fiere a Bologna era difficile trovare un hotel libero.||||La sua posizione è ottimale, si trova a 5 minuti da Piazza Maggiore e dalle due Torri.||||Ottimo per chi vuole girare tutto il giorno e rientrare solo per dormire, anche perché non ha ristorante. Ma voi a Bologna mangereste nel ristorante di un hotel???||||Le camere sono piccole, al limite dell'essenziale, ma comunque pulite e con aria condizionata. Forse scarsa l'illuminazione naturale.||||L'unico vero neo, è l'assenza di ascensore. Sviluppandosi in verticale, è tutta un'unica rampa di scale da salire, compreso per arrivare alla reception.||||Poi se l'ascensore c'è, io in 4 giorni non me ne sono proprio accorto (nel caso segnalatela meglio).||||Dopo le 23 non c'è reception, quindi per entrare dovete usare il codice segreto che vi danno al checkin.||||Personale cortese ed educato.
