Personale in magazzino da formare,per scaricare 4 colli ,e arrivato alle ore 12,30 mi hanno detto che avrebbero scaricato alle 15,00.Chiamato in negozio,mi riferivano che non potevano fare nulla per anticipare i tempi.Mah.4 colli di .........4 minuti il tempo per lo scarico,2 ore e 50 l’attesa, tutto questo a maggio 2018,dopo nove mesi non è cambiato niente anzi è peggiorato e nessuno dall’alto non fa letteralmente nulla.Arrivato per lo scarico alle ore 12,20,6 persone in piazzale e con la gentilezza che li distingue,in due”italiani”mi rispondono Oggi pomeriggio alle 15,30 per 18 colli,c’è tanta,tantissima gente che vuole lavorare e la lasciano a casaP.s.In risposta all’altra volta,è anche questo il canale per le lamentele,non solo per farvi grandi con i complimenti di alcuni,è il vostro dovere e lo dovete fare comunque bene con umiltà.poi ci lamentiamo degli extracomunitari,qui ne ho conosciuti due,non squisiti,ma di più, sempre disponibili nel loro possibile.

Fantastic customer service!!My parcel got stolen upon delivery and I was able to receive refund from Fedex ONLY because of the great support I received from Mohd customer service, always there to reply to my questions and concerns. The shop is thrustworthy. Delivery went smoothly. I had a very good experience with the after sales service department. I spoke to Silvia who was very polite and helpfull. She took action immediately and solved the problem. Props to the afterparty sales service department!

It’s been a great experience working with Mohd so far. When we were looking for furniture, we surfed few different online stores. The difference between Mohd and the rest was that the response time with Mohd was incredibly fast. Luca was getting back to us within the day, if not faster, with all our queries, and even though we had a lot of changes along the way, he helped us through the design and the process. (We only later found out he was the CEO and 2nd generation business owner of Mohd). He also provided us a list of references in our country that they had exported to- the people we spoke to were pleased with the service and had nice things to say about Mohd.

We locked in our order and unfortunately, our home construction was delayed. Luca kindly let us keep our furniture in his warehouse while waiting. In the meantime, we also decided to pay them a visit and it was an incredible experience. We spent 2 days with Luca and his staff going through the pieces we had purchased and him suggesting other pieces we could consider as well. He would instantly pull up 3-4 different pieces that would fit in the space and we would debate about them. He would always have an opinion but never pushy and always in our best interest, including saying no to some wild and crazy ideas I had. Over the 2 days, we become friends and went out for meals together. We even spent some time with the founder of Mohd and she is a wonderful person. Luca shared with us his philosophy about his business- Competency, Customer Service and Relationships. Over the years, they had built fantastic relationships with their suppliers and customers and that was how they were able to expand and grow with 3 showrooms and a large online presence today.

Overall, we are having a great time with the personalized attention and the pricing that is being offered. We look forward to receiving our furniture early next year and will definitely provide an update.

Handling furniture doesn't seem easy, and I was very glad to receive my order on time, being updated about it and always being listened to. The Italian Furniture rocks!!

J'ai fait l'acquisition de tous mon mobilier chez eux (cuisine complète, table, salon, armoires chambres, évier, buffet etc.) sur le net avec comme designer Danièl Lago qui est simplement un génie. Tant par les support en verre (horizontal et vertical ) et cette esprit de liberté, ainsi que les matériaux en bois moderne. Les chaises Harper superbe aussi et le meuble zéro, vraiment beau.
Bref un grand merci pour la disponibilité, la gentillesse, le service à la poétesse et romantique Miriam! Je vous embrasse!

From Japan, I've purchased one of wooden side table. That condition was very well by polite packing. I got a great deal. I appreciate it.

BE AWARE, This company acts like a SCAM. First, the furniture was shipped out months later than they initially promised. Then they shipped my furniture in a custom-disqualified wooden container and I ended up paying EUR 300 for the custom replacement fee for the container. The customer service initially promised to refund my fee but during the past month no one is responding to my many emails and phone calls for the refund request.

I ordered a lamp in June with a 5-week delivery time-frame. By 11 September I still do not have it and have now been advised it may be with me by end Sept. Communication from the seller has been awful. This is an absolutely rubbish seller.

I ordered a lamp from MOHD design shop that got lost by DHL however Michelle at customer service did a great job in sorting all of it out and sent a replacement almost immediately. All in all, very fast response and great service, I would definitely shop here again.

Excellent service! When a product was out of stock, they made a point to get the item reordered, and expedited shipping within 1 day of return stock. Super happy with my products and service!

I bought a chair on MOHD website and be told their system provide less shipping cost. I have to pay extra EURO150. I agreed to cancel the order but they didn’t want to cover my credit card handling fee after refunding. I got nothing but paid extra EURO 5 dollar. That is their service.

I have been Mohd customer since 2014. The customer service, design guidance, pricing, shipping, communications by Mohd team member’s remains outstanding. Recently I furnished my dining space, Rossana from Modh was guiding me with my purchase. Rossana is an excellent person to work with and she has good taste in designs. Mohd makes the whole high end furniture shopping world-class experience.

They did a great service. I bought a limited edition chair. As I was on a long trip, I asked them that the chair to arrive one month later. I just returned home and it arrived soon!!

Made a big order from them 2 months ago. They agreed to ship within 5 weeks and nothing so far. Starting to suspect a scam.

This company has no respect for customers or sense of honor. I ordered a designer light from Vibia through them more than six months ago and it arrived after 2.5 months of waiting broken. They refused to refund my money and claimed they were arranging a replacement from the supplier. The replacement effort only began after posting a negative review on another site, which apparently bothers them (but not enough to actually take responsibility). It's more than 3.5 months later now and still no replacement and just form replies back. If I could give a negative star review I would.

Avoid doing any business with this company or you will have to depend on luck only.

Superbe site avec des gens absolument charmants qui vous renseignent très rapidement même le WE parfois. Les prix sont très intéressants. J'ai fait l'acquisition d'une lampe de table FLOS KTRIBE et d'une lampe de bureau FLOS Kelvin Edge. Ces deux modèles étaient déjà en commande chez FLOS. J'ai été informé de leur disponibilité dès l'arrivée chez MOHD comme prévu. J'ai alors réglé le montant convenu. Le mercredi MOHD m'informait que l'entreprise de transport retenue trainait à prendre les colis (4) et que la mission était maintenant confiée à BIANCHI Group avec une livraison prévue à Brest le lundi suivant. Dès le jeudi BIANCHI Group m'informait d'une livraison prévue le lendemain et sollicitait des créneaux horaires. Le lendemain j'étais effectivement livré par UPS (sous-traitant France). Un pied de lampe Kelvin edge était abîme. Un appel chez MOHD, un mail et quelques photos. Une commande immédiate de la pièce par MOHD près de FLOS (disponibilité confirmée) pour livraison direct BREST. la pièce était chez moi le mercredi à 11h00. Rien à dire. Superbe expérience. Site à conseiller et fabriquant FLOS à la hauteur. Merci encore à VALE correspondant Français chez MOHD.

I've ordered two small bathroom carpets online on December 27th 2017. To this date I have not received the order. I called them to inquire 4 times, each tinge the standard answer is "yes please do not worry, we'll ship them to you in a few days" but nothing happens. Please avoid using this store. You'll be saving yourself troubles!!

Ridiculously bad. Prices may be low, but it is exasperating waiting for months on end for the products and not having any clue why they are terribly delayed. I've been waiting for delivery of a small item for THREE MONTHS. No tracking, multiple promises to check with the courrier and assurances that it was shipped a month ago. Still not sure I'm getting anything. Considering just calling my credit card and filing a claim.

Mohd has great collection of decor interiors and furniture. I used to purchase small interior decor from this shop . But not anymore. It is good shop when they have a product in stock. Otherwise you have a risk of waiting for the product delivery over 2-3 month. I have experienced few times of delay after confirmed order. So, I always ask stock availability before make a payment. This time I needed to get the product by certain day and contacted shop for stock availability to make sure i received the item on time. Their response was no stock at the moment but the product will available in 3-4 weeks.( Their 3-4 weeks means 5-6 weeks from my previous purchase experience) I could wait for the waiting period and asked them to make sure they dispatch the product in 3-4 weeks. They said YES. After the payment , there is no update "as usual" and 4 weeks total silence. I contacted to the shop for shipping update and found out there is more delay. I complained few times and then the shop start keep update email with many excuses ( supplier doesn't ship the container, our warehouse doesn't receioved the item etc...) . During our conversation , They use the word of " A little " " few days" " "Small delay" but never a little waiting.you should expect to wait few month. I could wait max 3 month for this product and just waited for their shipping information. After over 2 month still no stock. They said they will receive product in "few days". then total silence for 2 weeks. It was almost 3 month past since i made an order and decided to cancel and full refund.. The shop is good when they have a stock of products but otherwise you should expect to receive the product at least in 3 month. Be aware especially for international customers for refund after 3 month of payment from paypal. They will try to send refund from international Bank Transfer which means buyer may need to pay for the charges to receive refund.

Pagamento in anticipo e consegna in ritardo di 5 settimane. Mohd non ti contatta mai: né per scusarsi del ritardo, né per avvisarti dei loro errori o dei loro fornitori. Se li chiami, la loro unica risposta è che mohd è perfettamente organizzata ed efficiente: loro ci credono. Io non ripeterò la brutta esperienza.

Consegna in quasi il doppio del tempo previsto.
