I have been chasing eni, in attempt to get about 31€ that they owe me for over a month now. We got to this situation in the first place because they have machines that accept cash, butt don't give back change. I hope they lose a class action law suit for this borderline-criminal business model. Edit: Thanks for the reply. Since you use the same type of machines and practices that the eni statation in which I was scammed does, this review also applies to your station. You can choose whether to be an eni franchisee or not. If you choose to be part of a company with a criminal business model, your reputation suffers as well. Correct me if I'm wrong.
