Hola Elite y los dos drivers que nos entregaron los coches. Vivimos en Argentina y hicimos nuestras vacaciones en Italia entre Florencia y Milan. Gracias al consego de nuestra agencia de viages alquilamos un auto, fue entregada directamente en el aeropuerto de malpensa y en Florencia nos esperaron en la estaciòn. Puedo decir que son puntuales y precisos. Se preocuparon en satisfaces todas nuestras necesidades

When there is no accident, everything is fine, it’s only when you meet trouble you see the real value of the company. I wanted to make a reservation from Korea. They wanted all the documents with the reservation(passport and everything with full payment + deposit (they require two credit cards info- usually with other rent car companies it was only one? )They require all the documents and charged my credit cards before I even arrive to Italy. But they did not show/explain anything about the insurance (did not tell me about full coverage) only after the accident they informed there was an option for full coverage. Also. They wanted me to sign the contract in the middle of downtown road when I already made full payment, and if I cancel, there is huge cancellation fee (NoT logical) They charged us 2586euros for minor scratch on bumper and headlight.
I contacted the customer protection of Italy and sent my appeal. I regret a lot for choosing this company. They did not do their job.
And other services... there are too many people I had contact with from this company. Very confusing. Bad communication. And becareful as they inspect your car for a very very long time when you return... so I recommend you take photos of every part of the car you’re renting so that they won’t charge for wrong things.

I rented a car some days ago with this company. The service was perfect: punctual, kind and accommodating with my requests. Mr. Giuseppe is a true professional and very helpful.
The car was wonderful, last model and very clean.
It was really a good experience. I will definitely come back!

Excellent service, excellent value for money. During my holiday in Italy, I had some problems with my trip.
I had to arrive in Milan, but at the last time the flight changed airport and I landed in Venice. I have informed the rent society by mail and with only that they organized the delivered to my new destination in two hours.
In this summer I am going to plan a new trip in Sicily with my family and surely, I am using again this rent car.

Semplicemente un'agenzia che piazza auto di altri. Ho fatto una prenotazione on line per una Ferrari 458. Al momento della conferma mi è stato detto che la macchina non era disponibile e mi è stata offerta una California con 150km al giorno mentre nella prenotazione i km erano illimitati. Ho fatto una visura sulla targa della foto che mi era stata inviata e la macchina non era di loro proprietà. Alla fine mi è stato detto che la 458 non è nella loro flotta ed è stato un errore del sito.
Certo che un autonoleggio di lusso che non ha la 458 mi sembra un po' strano...
Quando si tratta di spendere certe cifre, mi raccomando, andate fino in fondo!
In risposta al proprietario:
Posso capire la sua spiegazione, ma alla mia prima richiesta mi è stato detto che l'auto era già prenotata e non che non era piu nella vostra flotta. Ad un sollecito mi è stato risposto che stavate verificando la disponibilità ed in un terzo momento mi è stato detto che per un errore del sito la macchina non era nella loro flotta.
Secondo me, stavate cercando la macchina di altri noleggi.
Come ci si può fidare di una società che non ha il coraggio di dire il vero sulla sua flotta?
La serietà si vede anche nella velocità di risposta alle critiche.
Comunque basta dire che voi siete semplicemente un agenzia che piazza auto di altri.
