Ottimo il parmigiano, sia quello stagionato, sia quello più fresco. Caciottine fresche e poi salame felino e culatello...

Visita interessante guidata dal signor. Corradi Leonardo persona molto disponibile e gentile nelle spiegazioni per la realizzazione delle forme di parmigiano reggiano.
Un grazie ai due operai che con laboriosità e delicatezza hanno curato la trasformazione del latte in formaggio che io chiamo arte.
Storia e tradizione da non cancellare,ma ben si.... da tramandare e valorizzare.

Superbe visite dans cette petite usine familiale qui fabrique le véritable Parmigiano-Reggiano ! Martina et son père nous ont expliqué tout le processus de fabrication, d'affinage, etc. Et la dégustation... Un délice. N'hésitez surtout pas à leur rendre visite !

This is a small-scale, family owned Parmigiano-Reggiano dairy.
We had a tour by lovely Martina, who patiently answered all our questions with her very good English, showing us the different stages of cheese production. The cheese itself is also very good!

We did a Tour of Parmeggiano Reggiano, the owner itself gave it... It was amazing, he showed us all the process of cheese making and answered all of our questions. Afterward, you get to try their 3 types of aged cheese 12, 24 and 36 years.

We recommend it if you're looking to have an insight into these amazing industry, better than going to a huge company with huge groups.

My friend and I found this place rather last minute and gave them a call to see if they give as a tour the next day. You have to arrive rather early (8 AM) so keep that in mind. The tour itself was lovely, the owners two daughters were giving the English tours. There was a nice tasting of some different aged parmigiano in the end which was also great. Highly recommend this place!
