They were very helpful. However, when I wanted to return the car on Saturday afternoon, it was almost impossible to find a parking spot on the designated area. However, there was a gentleman from the company came and helped us. Luckily we had enough time. But it would have been problem if we were late for our train.

Lost our reservation!!! Charged our credit card, sent an email with a confirmation number but when we arrived to pick up the automatic transmission car they didn't have one available. Claimed to have sent an email that the reservation was cancelled, but we only received 2 emails, the first was a notice to complete our reservation and the 2nd was the confirmation email from 4 days ago.

Charge for the full rental amount was still showing up on our card though. No apology, no attempt to make it right, or reverse our charge, just a smug "sucks for you" attitude.

Thankfully there was an Avis half a block down the road that was able to accommodate us last minute and for a HALF THE RATE than what Europcar charged us.

The people here are very friendly and helpful, and their range of cars is large enough for anyone to pick their favourite car from. I suggest you talk about insurance with them, as anything could happen with your car if you park in highly frequented places (by tourists).

Great customer service. Polite, Fast, Efficient & friendly, Dana (the
lady who looked after us I think) looked after us & upgraded us to
a better higher spec car as they had run out of the type of car I
had booked. On return, we completed the formalities quickly & I
was on my way. Excellent Service.

רכב שלקחנו בeurocar משדה מלפנסה יתקלקל,ביקשנו להחליף,גבאת בשם לאורה אמרה שלא ניתן כי אין להם ולא יהיו רכבים בימים הקרובים ושאנו ניתקן לבד בתחנת דלק ונביא קבלה וחברת השכרה תחזיר כסף או אופציה לנסוע לשדה מלפנסה שסה מקומו כשעה ועוד פקקים יכול לקחת כמה שעות לכיוון וחזרה ואלך היום,לדעתי אם משכרים רכב בחברת השכרה europcar,חברה עם שם ומוניתין ומשלמים כל הביטוחים מלאים ולוקחים רכב פרימיום אוטומט אז לא אנו צריכים לרוץ למוסכים לתקן את הבעיה,תודה לבעל הדירה מקומו שאלך איתנו בקומו לכמה מוסכים ובירר מחיר לא לתייר אלא לאיטלקי ותיקנו לנו רכב וקבלה אנו נגיש בישראל כי אנו חוזרים בלילה משדה ממלפנסה וeuropcar יהי כבר סגור,מכווים שיחזירו לנו כסף עבור תיקון,לקח לנו כשעתיים לתקן בקומו ואם היינו לבד היו לוקחים מאיתנו פי 3 ועוד זמן היה פי 3 ואם היינו נוסעים לשדה למילנו היה יכול להיות שבדרך גם רכב היה נעצר ואז מה????יום או יותר אלך....לא ככה היה צריך להייתנהג חברת europcar בקומו.

Best desk clerk lady ever! Very nice, professional and efficient. Europcar should promote this lady for a higher position.
We had a good rental experience definitely recommend everyone to rent from here than Avis(worst service ever).

Our desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. They had our car ready for us within 15 minutes of arrival, even though we were about 30 minutes early. The rental car desk is down a ramp from street level, there is a small sign on the building near the ramp.

Overall a very smooth experience checking in.

Lo staff è sempre cordiale e disponibile e anche se si tratta di una multinazionale, ti fanno sempre sentire come un cliente "coccolato"!!!!!

Kind and helpful staff, good car

The service and kindness was amazing. They actually had no cars left to book the day we went (we used Europcar travelling through Germany). So instead of saying they couldn't help, they advised us to check Avis down the road. We then went to Avis and they were also fully booked, but just said they couldn't help. Europcar for the win!!

The really looked after us and car was in great condition. Pity about the whole driving on the wrong side of the road and scary traffic thing.

Ottimo servizio, personale affabile e preparato. Peccato che nel sito ufficiale vengano sempre pubblicizzate ed affittate auto che poi non si trovano in sede. (ma questo è un problema comune a tutte le aziende che noleggiano automobili)
