Parking garage included but owner tries to charge €6 per Day. Wellness not included! Mar Dolomit swimming pool has free access for ortisei guests but sauna also not included although the terrible owner promises it is. Cooking impossible because only 3 plates can be used at the same time. Owner says it is normal and says that I am very stupid by trying to use 4 plates. Only one set of towels per week. So very unpleasant stay at this place.

Положительный: НИЧЕГО. Негативный: 1.Далеко от подъемника,20 минут пешком,а еще на обратном пути ,в +10,в приличную,практически вертикальную гору,с лыжами и в ботинках горнолыжных..ужас. 2. У нас хозяин забрал паспорта,то ли от не доверия,то ли от еще чего...Мы не стали выяснять,т.к поездка была не запланирована и мест в других гостиницах не было. Расчет только наличный, это тоже странно. 3. В номере чисто,но это не скрасит старого дома,поношенной мебели,убитой сантехники и запаха старья. Не приятное место, и точно не соответствует цене и ожиданию. А и еще до смешного,показал куда мусор выносить и отдельно сортировать,а в номере одно ведро под мусор,и НИЧЕГО нет ..ни для мытья посуды,ни для душа...ЖАДНОСТЬ - начало всех пороков.

В принципе в номере чисто. Но отель требует ремонта,так старо,разруха везде. До подъемника,не верьте,далеко...,а еще и на обратном пути в гору,очень высокую,при плюс 10 градусах,после каталки,с лыжами и в ботинках,это ад. Хозяин забрал наши паспорта и не вернул их до отъезда,не могу понять почему,думаю он не доверяет русским,мы ругаться не стали,т.к загрузка по всем отелям была и это единственный вариант оставался. Перетерпели 2 дня и переехали в отель авита...на 2000 руб дороже ,но просто небо и земля. Отель не удобно расположен и требует ремонта,замены мебели и на одной чистоте вряд ли выедешь.

Proprietario completamente inaffidabile, da evitare, riporto qui la cronistoria degli eventi:||- chiedo disponibilità per 3 giorni||- accetta la mia richiesta per un appartamento||- invio la conferma e chiedo se è possibile inviare una caparra, mi dice non ce ne è bisogno||- dopo circa 10 giorni mi chiama dicendo che un'altra coppia ha lasciato una caparra e però la loro richiesta è antecedente alla mia, pertanto mi annulla la prenotazione. Non mi sembra il caso di insistere, in fondo è sempre casa sua, ma in 5 anni che frequento l'alto adige non mi era mai capitato un comportamento del genere, proprietario scorretto e inaffidabile, inoltre ha voluto anche chiamarmi più volte per insistere di aver ragione, provocandomi profondo disagio. Neanche nelle peggiori bettole.||||In fin dei conti meglio così, chissà i disagi che ci avrebbe creato una volta preso possesso dell'appartamento

Positiv: Die Bilder im Internet haben nicht gelogen...alles war wie beschrieben...wir wurden vom Vermieter herzlichst begrüßt,es wurden uns die Zimmer gezeigt und danach fingen wir an, unseren Kurzurlaub zu genießen. Kein Lärm...keine Verbote...!!! Nur das Wetter hatte uns einen Strich durch geplante Wanderungen gemacht...aber, es kommt immer darauf an, was man daraus macht...und wir hatten schöne Tage und kommen gern wieder.. Negativ: Dazu fällt uns nichts ein...für Fragen konnten wir unseren Vermieter jeder Zeit ansprechen...selbst der PKW parkte in der privaten Garage...alles Bestens.

Положительный: Очень уютный дом в тихом и красивом месте. Отличный вид из окна, магазины, центр города, канатные дороги и детская площадка с пешей доступности. Прямо рядом с домом прогулочная видовая тропа с шикарным видом. Апартаменты очень чистые, много посуды, удобные кровати. На балконе есть сушилка для белья и прищепки. Есть таблетки для посудомоченыой машины и инвентарь для уборки. Хозяин бесплатно дает карточку на проезд в автобусах во всем регионе, включая Больцано (и канатные дороги в Больцано) и карточку на посещение бассейна. очень понравилось!.

Positive: The apartment is great! Very big, with a big room, kitchen with all the amenities to cook and drink and a nice balcony. It was much nicer than what I was expecting from the pictures that I saw. My wife loved the stay, specially because she had no idea where we would stay, so she was really surprised. Unfortunately we had two awful days in Ortisei and surrounding because of the rain and fog, so it was good to have a good place where we could feel home, relaxing and cooking our own dinner. Loved it!. Negative: All good!.

Diciamo leggermente contro i cosiddetti (da lui) Italiani furbi. Inoltre il giorno della partenza lo abbiamo chiamato 2 volte al telefono. Suonava libero ma nessuna risposta. Poi gli abbiamo inviato un sms per avvisarlo che partivamo lasciando le chiavi sulla porta e ancora oggi, dopo 4 giorni, nessuna risposta. Mai vista una cosa del genere da parte di un gestore. The apartment is ok. The owner is an absolute impolite person, who made our stay (fortunately only 4 nights) really unpleasant. In more than 30 years at Ortisei (I love this place!!) is the first and hopefully last time I experience such a bad behaviour from a so called “guest”. ||Claiming in a bad and despotic way to park the car in the right position, just after few minutes from our arrival. 20’ discussion outside the door because the car was 1mt from the supposed point it should have been parked (supposed since is not marked at all). ||Again: he told us we had free access to the wellness public centre downtown. A lie. Only the swimming pool was included. The sauna centre (22€ entrance) was not. Other discussion. ||The day we left, he came at 9:50 am knocking the door just to tell my wife (in the same unpolite way he used to) that the check-out time was at 10am and “I see your car is still there and empty, so you’d better hurry up”. ||As I wrote in the title, just unbelievable. ||There are plenty or accomodations in Ortisei, as well as kind and honest people. Just avoid this place, believe me, this guy can only mess up your holidays in one of the most enjoyable environments of the world.||By the way, despite everything, I had 4 fantistic days.....far from Cesa Sara!!

Positiv: Absolut gar nichts!!! Einfach eine Riesen abzocke für diesen Preis!!!. Negativ: Das Apartment war eiskalt es gingen keine Heizungen nicht mal unsere Ski Sachen würden trocken für den nächsten Tag. Wenn man den Ofen und Herd gleichzeitig benutzt fällt jedes Mal der Strom aus. Die Dusche war eiskalt es dauerte 15min bis das Wasser mal so einiger Maße warm geworden ist. Die Angebotene Sauna kostet extra und ist gar nicht so inseriert was für eine Frechheit! Und der Ober Hammer ist der Vermieter war am Tag der Abreise nicht erreichbar so das er die Kaution nicht zurück geben konnte! Die er aber erst am letzten Abend verlangte das ist eine sehr krasse Masche um Leute ab zu zocken ! Allen in einen Kannn ich nur abraten hier was zum buchen reine abzocke Vorsicht !!!.

Positiv: Die Dachwohnung ist solide und großzügig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Tiefgarage ist hell und sauber.. Negativ: Ende November, in der Vorsaison war die Raumtemperatur 2Tage unter 20 Grad. Danach wurde es wärmer..

Positief: Locatie, kleine 10 minuten lopen naar centrum, 1 minuten naar 'wandelpromenade'. Negatief: Voor ons niets. Ruimte voor 2 personen meer dan voldoende, Apt. heeft 2 slaapkamers, maar woonkamer/keuken combinatie voor 4 personen betrekkelijk krap. Maar combinatie van koelkast, oven en 2 kookpitten leidt tot kortsluiting. Max. 2 apparaten geeft geen probleem..

Positive: At Lukas' you feel home! We stayed there from 22 to 29 of June 2019 and we would have stayed much more :) The apartment is clean and furnished with whatever (kitchen has all the kind of furniture you need). There is even a Dishwasher (which is nice when you are on holiday!). Supermerkets are nearby so you don't even have to use the car. Lukas is wellcoming and gives yyou all the pieces of advices you need. Besides, Ortisei is full of trekking paths. Negative: Everything was really perfect.

Positiv: Gute Lage. Ort gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr sauber. Nette Betreuung.. Negativ: Durch sehr schlechte und kalte Wetterverhältnisse im Mai etwas zu kalt in der Wohnung. Im Bad konnte die Heizung nicht aktiviert werden. Aber kein Problem und nicht negativ, da in der Nebensaison und zu der Jahreszeit nicht mehr mit Schnee gerechnet werden musste..

Positiv: Garage, gute Lage - 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Ortsmittte St. Ulrich. Der Vermieter und die Familie war sehr freundlich und hat alles gut erklärt. Gut für Wanderungen in der schönen Umgebung oder auch Touren zb Richtung Sellaronda. Die Küche bietet alles was man so braucht (außer Backofen) und man hat gut Platz in der Wohnung. Tolle Aussicht auf St. Ulrich vom Balkon. Check-In um 21 Uhr war kein Problem sodass ich nach der Arbeit noch anreisen konnte und einen ganzen Tag mehr zur Verfügung hatte. Würde wiederkommen, wenn ich ins Grödnertal fahre.. Negativ: Gab eigentlich nichts negatives..

Positive: Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito, ben attrezzato e ben situato a due passi dal centro di Ortisei e dai tanti sentieri della zona. L'host è stato molto amichevole, è stato facile comunicare con lui prima dell'arrivo, e a fine soggiorno ci ha regalato due biglietti per il pullman per tornare a Bolzano. Torneremo molto volentieri..

После заселения в апартаменты мы вышли за вещами в машину, дверь в дом захлопнулась, ключи, как это иногда бывает, остались внутри, и мы не смогли не дозвониться не достучаться до хозяев, которые живут в этом же доме. 40 минут провели на улице, помогли люди из соседнего дома. Было это не поздно, в 20-00. Добиться что бы полотенце сушило было тёплое мы от хозяина не смогли. Предлагая нам лыжи в прокат, хозяева обещали цену на 20% дешевле чем в rent a ski, в итоге получилось дороже. Очень не порядочные хозяева. Don't recommend this apartments. Right after we checked in we went outside to take our baggage and the door slammed while the keys were left inside. We tried to call owners of the apartment many times, but there was no answer, so we spent 40 minutes outside, until people from the neighbor house helped us. By the way, it wasn't very late, about 8 pm. Moreover, we couldn't make the towel dryer hot all the time we stayed in the apartments, although we asked the owner about this many times. In addition, when the owner offered us ski for rent, he promised to give us 20 percent discount, but in the end it was way more expensive than in the rents nearby. Owners showed yourself as very indecent people..

Wir waren im März für ein paar Tage vor Ort. An sich ist die Wohnung recht ok und entspricht den Angaben auf der Homepage. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Nicht ok ist, dass die Wohnung Sicherheitsdefizite aufweist. So handelt sich bei der Haustüre eher um eine Terrassentür als um eine Haustüre. Was bedeutet das mag man sich nun fragen? Nun, zum einen ist die Türe nicht selbstabschließend, sie fällt nicht automatisch - wie eine Wohnungstüre - ins Schloss. Das bedeutet, dass man immer penibel darauf achten muss, dass die Türe abgeschlossen ist, sonst kann sich jedermann sehr einfach Zutritt verschaffen. Die Tür ist des weiteren mit einem Außengriff versehen - ebenfalls eher ein Merkmal einer Terrassentüre. Noch dazu ist die Türe - wie der Wohnraum - sehr einsichtig. Was hat das für Konsequenzen? Erhöhte Einbruchs- und Diebstahlgefahr. So ist uns eine wertvolle Armbanduhr abhanden gekommen, die am ersten Abend auf ein Fensterbrett gelegt wurde. Zwar ist ein Safe vorhanden - das hat uns der Vermieter aber erst nach dem Diebstahl mitgeteilt. ||||Überhaupt zeigte sich dieser alles andere als kooperativ. Auf unsere Bitte, uns zwecks der Dokumentation der Diebstahlsanzeige eine Lister der Personen, die regelmäßig Zugang zu der Wohnung haben (also im Besitz von Schlüsseln) sind, verweigerte uns der Vermieter jede Information. Sollte Ihnen also etwas ähnliches passieren, dürfen sie mit allem rechnen, nur nicht mit der unbedingten Kooperation des Vermieters. ||||Klar ist eines: Einbrüche und Diebstähle passieren, auch in Südtirol. Dagegen kann keiner etwas sagen. Festzustellen ist aber auch, dass gewisse Umstände (Terrassen- statt Wohnungstür u.a.) dem unschönen Gang der Dinge auf den Sprung helfen können. Wenn sich der Vermieter als natürlicher Helfer bei einem Einbruch/Diebstahl gänzlich unkooperativ zeigt, ja sogar noch beleidigt reagiert und denkt, man werfe ihm persönliches Fehlverhalten vor, dann steht der um seine Wertgegenstände erleichterte Gast recht alleine dar.

Ho messo due stelle solo per la bellezza del posto e per il prezzo davvero ottimo. Poi purtroppo ce lui, l'incognita, il proprietario Lukas, maleducato come pochi, e altrettanto indisponente e arrogante. Si può sorvolare su qualche mancanza come i sacchi dell'immondizia mancanti o le spugne e detersivo assenti o la lavastoviglie inesistente o i 30 e dico 30 euro per pulire il niente, perché non siamo mai stati in casa; ma non posso passare sopra alla maleducazione e alla mancanza di rispetto che sto tizio mostra nei confronti dei clienti probabilmente perché, parole sue, ha sbagliato a inserire il prezzo in booking e quindi abbiamo soggiornato con uno sconto rispetto alle normali tariffe. Oltretutto doveva esserci un Wi-Fi(mai visto ne sentito accennare da loro) e in seguito abbiamo anche scoperto dall'ufficio turismo che ci spettava uno sconto del 20% sullo skipass(anche questo mai sentito nominare da loro). Penso che tutto ciò derivi dal fatto che abbiamo pagato meno per un SUO errore e quindi secondo lui siamo clienti di secondo grado, normali turisti italiani e non russi pieni di soldi da buttare. Dal mio punto di vista un cliente è un cliente, senza differenza, purtroppo per loro noi non ci siamo sentiti come a casa. SCONSIGLIATISSIMA malgrado la posizione eccelente.

Pozytywna: Czysty i schludny apartament położony 12 minut spacerem od wyciągu. W pobliżu sklep spożywczy i restauracja. Gospodarz wydał nam voucher na darmowy wstęp na basen. Negatywna: Już na wstępie gospodarz dał nam do zrozumienia, że jesteśmy gośćmi drugiej kategorii bo rezerwacja była dokonana przez booking.com. Apartament niezgodny z opisem - brak zmywarki. Brak gąbki i płynu do mycia naczyń. Suszarnia do butów narciarskich wyłączana przez właścicieli na noc (po 20 nie działa). Włączają ją tylko tuż przed wyjściem gości na narty rano koło 7 i chwilę przed powrotem koło 16. Mieszkając w tym apartamencie przysługuje voucher na ski pass (25% rabatu) i darmowy ski bus. Właściciele jednak nas o tym nie poinformował. Dowiedzieliśmy się o tym przypadkiem w biurze turystycznym i wtedy je otrzymaliśmy. Mimo dostępności garażu który stał pusty samochód musieliśmy zaparkować na wąskim podjeździe wraz z 2 autami gospodarza i 1 gości. W wyniku tego ktoś zabił lampkę naszego auta.

Positive: The location is very good, at a walking distance to the centre and near the bike path to the Seceda cable car. The apartment looked new, well furnished and well equipped.. Negative: The only downside is the size of the livingroom, which is very small and dark, being on the ground floor.

Positive: Spectacular location, really nice atmosphere of Val Gardena.
Rooms are big and comfortable. Ortisei centre is within a few minutes walking distance, even reachable on a nice street with mountain panorama. Ideal for many kind of sporting activities.

Positive: Good location, 5 mins walk to elevators straight to bottom station of Seceda ski lift, which takes you to 2500m.. Negative: Several issues, which we will discuss with the owners.

1. We were taken aback by being told ONLY once we arrived, that we would pay 15 EUR a day for our dog. A potential dog payment is mentioned on the site, HOWEVER questions about the amount were IGNORED.
2. We were also taken aback about having to pay 10 EUR a day for a child for a childrens bed (11 month baby) DESPITE having our OWN baby bed.
3. We were dissatisfied with having to pay a 50 EUR cleaning charge, BUT there is NO mention of this fee on the site OR in email correspondence.
4. The owner kindly allowed us to use an outdoor wood grill, then blamed us for cracking it. LUCKILY we found a photo prior to our using the grill which CLEARLY showed that the grill had already been cracked.
5. The owners held our personal documents for several days, despite several requests via email for their return and we had to personally visit and demand the documents, which they did NOT want to return until we had paid the FULL price of the accomodation - on the 3rd day of 7. Never experienced that before and very unfair (illegal?) to hold the documents of 4 people when they are driving, skiing etc. in a foreign country.

Central location, reasonable price for location, good quality.
