Hotels.com reviewer: I really don’t know why this hotel is rated 2 stars. It deserves much more. The location can’t be more convenient, the room is very very clean and warm. The breakfast has a variety of fresh pastries fruits and yogurt. And the staff is very friendly and helpful :)I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Asti.Would definitely stay again.

La rappresentante del servizio clienti allo sportello è stata estremamente scortese. Ha affermato che poiché non avevo una ricevuta, non c'era nulla che si potesse fare, e che "questa è stata la nostra politica per oltre un anno e mezzo! Non ha offerto nessuna delle opzioni disponibili sul sito web per risolvere il mio problema.
