Lovely hotel.. we were lucky enough to stay for 3 nights. Welcoming staff, great location in the mountains and english tv! Bedrooms are a great size, really comfortable beds and food lovely. A few minutes walk to the village

My Husband and I stayed here recently on a nine day trip with National Holidays.||Dave the driver did an excellent job taking us on some memorable trips.||The Hotel is a nice Family run business set in a lovely location. The food is good, served by very friendly and efficient staff. Could not fault it. Well done to everyone. ||for a memorable time.

Nights at location 9th – 15th September 2018||||This hotel is probably one of the best kept secrets that National Holiday Keeps.||It is run by a lovely Italian family in such a beautiful idyllic location miles away from anywhere.||If you want peace and tranquil atmosphere the Hotel Milano and surrounding area is the place for you. Anyone looking for a Benidorm style holiday I suggest you look elsewhere. ||After a long arduous two days journey, on arrival you quickly realise up this mountain top you are as close to heaven as you will ever be while still living.||Unfortunately it takes up to 40 minutes to the hotel from the lakeside up a long windy road. It’s the same going down to the lake. Don’t let this put you off as there are stunning views all the way. In fact where ever you go you get stunning views.||||The hotel is situated in a lovely little village. It has a little village shop two restaurants and bar a coffee bar and two churches. Nett und familiär geführtes Hotel. Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen! Einzelzimmer sehr eng und abgewohnt. Es liegt sehr abgelegen und einsam in den Bergen. Im Ort keine Ausgehmöglichkekt. Für mich zu abseits gelegen!

Luogo tranquillo, ideale per qualche giorno di relax e tranquillità. Ampio giardino, con sedie tavolini e sdraio. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, scelta è piatti curati. Personale gentile e disponibile.

I stayed here recently with National holidays, our room was spacious as was the bathroom and very nice and clean however due to the fact that we had quite a few storms and rain whilst there, our room was cold each time we returned to it, once on returning the heating had been on a while and the room was warm other than that we were both quite cold and I am usually very warm and heeding air conditioning on. The staff and food were great and despite the weather we had a great time, the best trip for us was the boat trips and the Borrowmean Islands, what beautiful places to visit. Loved Cafe Largo with all the guitars and memorabilia posters a wonderful surprise. The drivers were excellent so thank you Chris and Dave you gave us lots of information that sometimes drivers forget to give, and I felt as though we were looked after by them. We love Italy and definitely prefer the smaller towns we visited to Como and Milan, saying that that Milan Castle is wonderful, just beware of people with free bracelets trying to extort money out of you in Milan take extra care of yourselves there as we did

I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, English television was provided. The food was good. I also enjoyed the trips to Como and Milan. The views of the lakes and mountains was excellent. I had two great drivers Dave and Chris who made the holiday truly enjoyable.and I was well looked after by the drivers

Nice hotel, friendly staff ,spacious rooms and good food. Whilst its a nice hotel in a woodland setting, it is a little remote. Great for the old-timers who want a quiet holiday way up the mountainside, but not something for the young, or young-at-heart. Not a criticism, just an observation. Rain and the fresh (cool) tempertures at this height can spoil a holiday in the Sun.

Hotel situato in buona posizione vicino al confine per chi desidera o ha necessità di andare in Svizzera anche per più giorni. Molto bello esternamente con ampio giardino per rilassarsi e prendere il sole. Personale gentile e cortese. Il motivo per cui il mio giudizio è 2 su 5 è dato dalla pulizia e lo stato della camera. Camera trascurata e usurata: la lampada a stelo vicino alla finestra era rotta e la porta che divide magno e camera tutta rovinata; ho riscontrato un sacco di peli di barba ammassati sul filtro del tappo del lavandino, strato di polvere sotto al letto e sul comodino lato destro con "palla" di capelli intrecciata. Per quanto riguardala la sala per la cena, ho notato un piatto appoggiato su un tavolo con una mela tagliata, che è rimasta li 2 giorni senza che nessuno la portasse via e la stessa cosa per dei residui di cibo sul pavimento. Al di là di tutto la pulizia dovrebbe venire prima di tutto!

Just returned from a National Holidays Italian lakes holiday, with our base being the hotel Milano. ||The whole experience was amazing, and the hotel in particular was superb. The room we had had a balcony overlooking the garden and was fabulous clean and comfortable. Breakfast each day was continental but the choice of food was huge and substantial. ||Dinner each night was a five course meal, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Between 5pm and 9pm a free bar was included, and there was wine and water on each table. The staff in the hotel were friendly, attentive, incredibly helpful and were very patient with our attempts at speaking their language.||In summary, the whole holiday experience was fabulous, and the hotel played a huge part in this. Thank you.

Just returned from a nine day holiday with National Holidays. Hotel really good. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Large garden to relax in. Food excellent. Five course meal every evening with free bottle of wine. Four hours free bar. Three days of excursions also included. Will certainly visit again.

Went with National holidays to this wonderful family run hotel, staff really helpful, rooms spacious and clean, food excellent. The hotel is situated up a mountain with a great garden with lovely views going up to it. Went on some great trips with our fantastic drivers Ryan and Nick who were friendly and very helpful, would highly recommend.

Positiv: Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal konnte fließend deutsch sprechen und war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als ausreichend. Verschiedene Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, gekochte Eier, süße Aufstriche, Müsli, Joghurts, Brot, Kuchen, Croissants, Obst, Säfte, Kaffee/Tee. Es konnten auch weitere Heißgetränke wie Cappuccino etc oder auch verschiedene frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen bestellt werden. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.. Negativ: Die Anfahrt nimmt etwas Zeit in Anspruch aufgrund der kurvenreichen und teilweise sehr engen Straßen. Dafür kann das Hotel selbst aber natürlich nichts!.

Positiv: Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstück Sauberes Zimmer mit neueren Boxspringbetten. Nebst den üblichen Hygieneartikeln im Bad waren Bademäntel und Pantoffeln vorhanden. (nicht üblich in dieser Preiskategorie) Ich kann das Hotel guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Ach so ja fast vergessen: Mein Motorrad durfte in der geschlossenen Garage übernachten :).
