we made reservation before arriving Milano malpensa airport and we paid full amount at the time. Unfortunately, when we arrive the airport we couldn’t reach the agency and they don’t answer the calling. We had terrible time in the airport. Please make the refund the money immediately.

Avoid this rental if you can! We had a booking (partially paid for) for Wednesday evening 6 PM. The flight was delayed so we arrived at 6.30. By the time we got out of the arrivals, no one answered the phone which we were supposed to call to be picked up. Google maps indicated that the place is open til 8PM. So we walked to the rental lot and no one was there, the place was shut down. For this evening we couldn't get a car from other nearby rentals so we had to rent a room to stay overnight to reach the rental in the morning. No one even apologised for the extra cost and hassle they caused. Moreover - we missed part of the event why we came to Italy in the first place. Disappointed in the lack of respect!

Esperienza estremamente negativa. Da sconsigliare a chiunque. In aereoporto ci sono numerosi car rent allo stesso prezzo. Questa volta ho prenotato su internet in anticipo, non come al solito il posto per evitare file. Per ritirare l’auto bisogna chiamare un numero, e fun qui ok. Avevo prenotato una golf, ho atteso la bellezza di 45 minuti al terminal per attendere la navetta che venisse a prendermi. (Necessarie tre telefonate).
Arrivato sul posto, molto lontano dal terminal, scopro che sebbene avessi prenotato una golf di ricevere una c4, Tralaltro con diversi danni sulla carrozzeria. Singolare il fatto che La macchina fosse tutta cerchiata con un pennarello rosso in corrispondenza delle ammaccature e strisciate.
Tralaltro richiedono un deposito di ben 1500 euro Con carta di credito.
Alla consegna attendo altri 30 minuti per essere riaccompagnato

Firstly, we have used green motion at Malpensa Airport for a few years with little problem, the people were friendly and efficient. Not on this occasion, they have moved the office and personnel. This rating is for today only. They took 45mins to collect us from the airport, from the phone call. No apology for being late. At the airport she didn't help us load the car or open the doors, she preferred to sit in the car playing on her mobile phone. The hire car was very dirty, I had to ask for an alternative, and finally got it, though the car was still not so clean. She did not even help us transfer our bags from car to car. There was no apology, and only appeared to do her job begrudgingly. All this with our very tired little 3 year old boy who needed a sleep after an early start. Unfortunately we will be thinking twice about booking with green motion in future. I have never experienced such appalling customer service and such bad attitude. We all have difficult days in work, but should be grateful we have a job!

Prima auto gehuurd. Het ophalen was lastig, niet op de airport zelf. Na heel lang zoeken een telefoonnummer kunnen vinden en werdt ik uiteindelijk opgehaald door een medewerker. De auto stond een paar kilometer verderop. De service verder was prima en het personeel vriendelijk. Ik heb veel negatieve recensies gelezen, maar deze niet ondervonden. Het enigste nadeel vond ik de (onduidelijkheid over) de ophaallocatie.

Ho chiesto una GOLF per il ponte del Primo Maggio, e sembrava tutto a posto al telefono. Una volta in sede mi hanno chiesto 2.000 euro di cauzione, che mi sono rifiutato di pagare, allora sono passati a "soli" 150 euro di assicurazione (a fondo perduto). alla fine ci siamo accordati per 75, solo che la macchina non era più la GOLF ma una CITROEN C1!! A casa mia questa è una truffa. Ti danno informazioni diverse al telefono e quando sei lì rivelano la loro indole: quella di "spremere" i clienti sprovveduti...Vergogna!

I was first afraid to have to go out of the airport but at the end they pick you up fast and it is not far.

Landed at 9H57, now it is 11H50! Th car is not ready. 45 minutes of waiting at the exit 10 and the same to sign the docs. Now everything is ready except the car! They take it to wash after signing the agreement. To me it is the first and last time!

I was supposed to rent a vehicle at 5:00 pm on 09/07/10. Our train from Lucerne Switzerland was delayed 30 mn and we didn’t arrive at the airport until 5:45. I attempted to call Green Motion several times but no one would answer the phone. Finally, at 6:10 pm the clerk from Herz was able to connect me with them. I was told that it was too late to cone pick us up at the airport even though they do not close until 6:30 pm. I tried to reason with the person on the phone but she hung up on me. I tried again the next day but was told that my reservation had been cancelled and again they hung up on me. If there was anything like a negative star, I would give Green Motion a -5. I will never rent from this company and if you value you money you shouldn’t either.

Le vetture sono nuove e confortevoli, Silvia la ragazza di origini sarde è stata molto gentile e professionale.. Son rimasto molto soddisfatto anche per quanto riguardo il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Good service

The car we received was very good value for money, and exceeded our expectations! Car rental is located a few minutes away from the terminal, but with free pickup upon notification at arrival. Saved a lot of time compared with the huge queues at the rental companies located in the terminal building. Service oriented staff and good car, would not hesitate to rent with them again!

Pessima esperienza ! Personale inadeguato ! Ho prenotato tramite un sito e ho trovato condizioni differenti ! Lo sconsiglio vivamente e non lo sceglierò più ! State alla larga !
Attesa di circa 40 minuti per essere presi All Aereoporto e attesa di 30 minuti alla restituzione perché L operatore non riusciva a chiudere L operazione !

Inconvénients :

- Prix intéressant à la commande mais démarches commerciales agressives et douteuses dans le but de souscrire à des assurances supplémentaires alors que je leur ai dit que j’en possède déjà sur ma carte bancaire.
- Seules les cartes avec la mention crédit sont acceptées (Les cartes avec la mention débit sont automatiquement refusées).
- Réservation d’une Golf mais au parking que des Citroën et j’ai une C3 air cross (bas de gamme).

After few minutes we left the shop in Milan, we noticed the rubber of the windshield wiper was missing. We returned to the shop, but they said that, since we signed a paper that the car was ok, we should pay for it.
I have rented dozens of cars and never checked this kind of things. So if a small hidden piece of the engine was missing, I would have to pay for it too?
We stopped at a Mac Donald's for a quick lunch before we noticed it, but since it was all rounded by glass windows and we parked right in front of it, we would have noticed someone ripping the rubber out (which took at least one minute for the repair guy at the car parts shop to do).
We spent less than 30 euros to buy the rubber, but I lost some precious time arguing with them.
Better be a car specialist to check all thousands of pieces of the car if you intend to rent there...

공항에서 차타야 해요 ㅠㅠ 대중교통이 없어서 걸어갔는데, 고속도로 무서워 죽는 줄 ㅜㅜ 그래도 주인 분이 릴렉스 하라고 물도 주시고, 친절하게 해주셨어요! 방도 깨끗하고 추천해요!

They asked for 500 euro as safety deposit that they promissed to pay back in one month max. It's been more than a month and we haven't received the money back. We are trying to contact them by email and phone, but no success yet. The company in Milan is not answering at all and the company in UK is still looking into the issue.

Good service and easy transfer to and from airport. Recommended

They ask for a safety deposit, which is plausible, but they don't give it back. They took 3 months, calls, mails, visits and fights to give it back!
