Es war wie seit Jahren gewohnt gut. Besonders das Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, auch des Services beim Frühstück (danke besonders Victoria) allerbestens. Wir werden natürlich wiederkommen.

Our room was in the basement of a residential home. It wasnt even attached to the hotel. There was no way to contact the hotel if there were any problems which there were. The idiots upstairs paying karaoke until all hours of the night. So i had to walk the three blocks to to hotel to have them tell me theres nothing they could do. Thanks for nothing.

Das Personal, die Lage, das Hotel einfach echt toll. Die Dachterrasse ein Traum. Klar , dass man den Ausblick bezahlen muss, wenn man dort etwas trinken möchte. Aber das nimmt man dann zum Abschluss eines tollen Urlaubes gern mal in Kauf.

Nous n avons jamais vu la Maison Royale.On nous a dit quIL y avait un problème et on nous a logé à lHOTEL Atlante Garden dans une petite chambre ou la baignoire fuyait et ou on entendait ronfler et parler les voisins et les personnes dans le couloir.En plus nous avons du régler des frais supplémentaires de taxes de séjour 36 euros au lieu de 21 prévus pour 3 nuits....Sinon quartier sympathique et belle vue pour le petit déjeuner.

Wir suchten ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen in der Nähe des Vatikans. Frühstück sollte auch dabei sein. Mit diesem Angebot wurden wir fündig. Frühstück war perfekt. Es gab täglich von 7 bis 10 Uhr ein großes Buffet im Hotel neben an in der 6. Etage. Blick auf Petersdom inklusive. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und wurde täglich gesäubert. Was nicht so toll war, war der Straßenlärm, der selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht auszublenden war. Für einen Kurzurlaub in Rom mit zentraler Lage und sehr gutem Frühstück können wir das Familienzimmer sehr empfehlen.

El hotel no existe. Son como 4 habitaciones en un piso el tercero y que no funcionanba la llave de abajo antigua puerta.Al lado esta el hotel que esta conserje y para ir desayunar por cierto el señor de la mañana antipático, habla y ni te mira, le comentamos nos cambiase de habitacion por los ruidos coches ambulancias motos, mucho ruido y fue un no.Además el hotel está muy lejos del centro, como a 30 minutos a pie, y a 8 minutos del Vaticano.

Bonne situation (5 mn à pied du Vatican) le personnel est parfait !! Notre chambre très spacieuse propre équipée d’une baignoire à jets se trouvait dans le bâtiment juste à côté de l’hôtel (cela n’est pas gênant.) Petit déjeuner copieux (œufs bacon etc.. ) la salle a vu sur le Vatican (superbe !) un roof top très bien fleuri. Je conseille cet hôtel

Belle situation entre la basilique Saint Pierre et le Castel San't Angelo. Buffet petit déjeuner excellent à prendre à l'hôtel Atlante Star, juste à côté du B&B. Par contre, chambre vieillotte et salle de bain à refaire. Pas de chauffage dans la sdb et la fenêtre qui ne ferme pas complètement.

Очень приятный район, дорога от метро примерно 700 метров по людным широким улицам. В доме гостинцы супермаркет "inCoop". До Ватикана менее 5 минут пешком. Номер стандартный, просторная ванная комната, удобная кровать. Хорошая ежедневная уборка. Туалетных принадлежностей всегда оставляли в избытке. Приветливый персонал, есть русскоязычный персонал. В номере тепло: кондиционер отлично справлялся с функцией обогрева (январь). Есть общая зона с чайником. Потрясающий завтрак "шведский стол" с панорамой на Собор Святого Петра в гостинице "Atlante Star": разнообразная выпечка, нарезки, фрукты, овощи.||||- Недостаточное освещение номера, даже при двух включённых прикроватных лампах и люстрой, для нас не очень привычно. В ванной достаточно быстро кончалась горячая вода, точнее, минут через 10, она становится очень прохладной.

El cuarto tiene defectos, el más significativo es la bañera, que sel e sale el agua, tanto que inhundó el baño y se mojó considerablemente la alfombra. El hotel está en remodelación, lo que generó incomodidades, la principal es que son dos hoteles en uno. No obstante, hay dos razones por las que puedo recomendar este hotel: la cercanía al Vaticano y la maravillosa vista desde la azotea, donde se brinda servicio.

Nous avions réserver ce B&B la semaine dernière.||Tous d’abord l’entrée se fait par hôtel atlante star , l’hôtel était blindé nous avons donc logé au RDC de l’hôtel.||La chambre est propre , mais lorsqu’on ouvre les volets nous voyons que nous somme en face du local de climatiseur .. loin de la vue sur le Vatican qui était prévu ..||La chambre est mal isolé ( on entend beaucoup de bruit ) , la climatisation ne marche pas , la douche fuit , la climatisation fuit aussi et nous sentons une odeur de moisie dans la salle de bain ..||Aussi nous avons constaté que l’hôtel est en travaux et nous étions réveillé assez tôt à cause des bruits et des travaux ..||Nous avons subi quelques coupure d’électricité également ..||Et pour finir le séjour nous avons du payé une taxe de séjour de 60 euros alors que pour un B&B le prix était de 35 EUR .. l’hôtel nous a indiqué ce montant en fessant référence aux 4 étoiles de l’hôtel.||En revanche le petit déjeuner est très bien garnit , avec du personnel très sympas .. le seul point positif est que l’hôtel est bien situé .. |

This is basically a 3 bedroom flat, that has been converted into a double room. You’re on the 3rd floor of the building, 2 buildings along from the Hotel Atlante. If you have paid for Breakfast, you have to leave the flat and use the Hotels Restaurant for food. If you Google La Maison it will take you to the Hotel itself, which is incorrect. If you are looking for a cheap option, close to the Vatican and don’t mind walking between buildings for Breakfast, it might suit you. I was initially impressed with the booking as the website is pushing the Hotel, but instead it’s a 3rd floor room in a block of flats. The room is very very basic and could do with modernising.

L’emplacement de cette hôtel est parfait pour des touristes comme nous. |Nous y sommes allez à 2 pendant 4 jours. |La chambre est très bien mais sans plus, les lit sont avec des ressorts et ce sont des lit simple coller entre eux (donc il y a un petit fossé entre les deux lits). La femme de ménage fait bien son travail et plie même nos vêtement. |Un autre petit défaut de la chambre .... Le bruit...|Si vous êtes pas un grand dormeur et que vous avez le sommeil léger, ne venez pas dans cette hôtel, le bruit ambiant de la route est vraiment très présent, c’est une route avec beaucoup d’affluence et beaucoup de gens aussi sur les trottoirs. On entend même les conversation des gens en bas de notre fenêtre (nous étions au rêve de chaussé). ||Le petit déjeuner était bien aussi rien de très fou mais de quoi vous caler avec son buffet à volonté. |

OG Blick über die Häuser auf den Petersdom und den Gianicolo und Engelsburg.Von der Dachterrasse 360° Rundumblick auf Rom.Buslinie direkt vor der Haustüre, Metrostation Ottaviano ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, ansonsten kurze Wege zum Petersdom, Vatikanischen Museum, Engelsburg und über den Tiber in die Altstadt.

Muy bien situado, habitación amplia, excelente desayuno y vistas panoramicas desde el comedor, terraza preciosa con inmejorables vistas. Zona céntrica aunque tranquila 5 minutos andando hasta el vaticano.

We drove directly here from the airport and after asking around we found it! (maybe some signage would help) We checked in with the hotel next door and were treated excellent and shown to our room by the bus boy. It was a very comfortable suite for the 2 nights with a super breakfast each day. There was also a rooftop lounge and that was a hit for the sunset's. A short walk one way to the Vatican City and the same distance the other direction took us to the hop on hop off bus. A great start to our trip.

Большая общая гостиная зона, очень приятная, но для нас сыграла злую шутку, т.к. практически всю ночь там тусовались "земляки" и не понимали, что рядом спят другие люди. На большой тенистой террасе хозяева накрывают завтраки в которые входят так же круасаны из соседней пекарни и пироги, приготовленные хозяйкой. Поблизости есть магазинчики и рестораны. Довольно далеко до пляжа(хотя море рядом) и пляж очень маленький (остальные платные).

El hotel se encuentra cerca a la parada del bus que viene del aeropuerto Fiumucinio. El registro se realiza en el Hotel Atlante, que queda a unos metros del edificio donde se encuentran las habitaciones de La Maison Royale. El personal es excelente, muy amable aunque algunos no hablan otro idioma. Estuvimos en una habitación familiar con mucho espacio (ropero incluido) y una sala de baño con tina bastante cómoda también. La habitación contaba con aire acondicionado lo cual es magnifico en verano. El desayuno es magnífico! un buffet muy bien surtido con gran oferta de productos.

Das Zimmer war nicht in einem Hotel, sondern in einem Wohngebaude in der Naehe von einem Hotel .

Check in was in the hotel, room was in the next block. Room was clean and spacious but interior was very dark, the lights were by far not enough for the space. Only one mirror (in bathroom), which is a bit problematic for dressing and getting ready for dinner etc.||Street noise was louder then expected, although room was on the first floor facing the street.||Breakfast was served at the hotel, it was plentiful and fresh!||Hotel also had a nice rooftop bar with 360' view over looking Rome.

Das Zimmer ist sehr abgewohnt und es liegt direkt an einer gut befahrenen Strasse so das es sehr laut ist , also Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Im Bad fehlten aufhänger für die Badetücher und eine befestigung für die Brause. Die Matratze müsste auch erneuert werden.Das Frühstück im Haupthaus war gut, besonders der Ausblick auf den Petersdom. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Jaguzzi was not working, lihgt on stairs not working and we flyid early and we orded b.box but it was not in the morning there and i am gluten fri SO IT WAS very bad for us!

Our room was on the 3rd floor - there is a lift, though we chose to walk up/down the stairs all the time for the exercise.Breakfast is in the hotels restaurant on their roof - amazing views, and great selection of food - cereals, drinks, breads, cakes, eggs, bacon, cheeses, etc - all buffet-style.Bedroom was fine. Bath/shower/toilet was en-suite (i.e. it was in own bathroom - we didnt have to leave our bedroom or share it with others).Only negative comments are that our in-room fridge didnt keep anything cool, and the jaccuzi in our bath didnt work. Booked a single room with shuttle service to and from the airport||The room was very nice and modern, had free coffee and the staff was super friendly, once you include the cost of shuttle service to the airport (standard practice around fiumicino) the price is roughly in line with other airport hotels but in my opinion the level of service and the comfort of the room is much, much, better

Das Maison Royale ist ideal, wenn man Rom erkunden will. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend - vielleicht wären Fächer im Schrank ganz gut oder mehr Ablageflächen. Da wir zu zweit ein - überraschenderweise - Vierbettzimmer hatten, hat sich das Problem jedoch leicht lösen lassen. Unsere meisten Ziele haben wir zu Fuß erreicht, wir benötigten kaum öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Was wir allerdings komisch fanden, war, dass der Name La Maison Royale nirgends wo am Haus zu finden war und das Hotel wohl Atlante Star heißt und die Zimmer im Nachbarhaus unter La Maison Royale vermietet - fanden wir komisch und irreführend, erst dachten wir, wir wären an der falschen Adresse. Erst als ein Bediensteter des Hotels auf uns zukam und fragte, was wir suchten, klärte sich diese seltsame Begebenheit auf.Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend - auch wenn man sich in Italien vielleicht besseren Kaffee erwartet hatte. Im Umkreis des Hotels gibt es viele kleine Restaurants mit sehr gutem Angebot zu absolut akzeptablen Preisen.Absolut toll ist der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse, die einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Petersdom und den Rest der Stadt bietet.

We stayed there with our young daughter the first week of December. The room was a bit cold (but hey, we're Canadian. lol), and there was no phone or TV, so amenities, not so much. Perfect for us though, because we just used the room for sleeping. However, it's a beautiful old building, with a really cool old elevator running up the middle of the stairwell. Beds were comfy and clean, and as we were in a room facing the street, we could actually see the dome from our window. About 100 feet from the front door to the hotel Atlante.

Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and included really good fresh cappucino on request. The serving staff we dealt with mostly (Veronica and Francesco) were equally great and I would recommend this B&B based on our experience with those two alone. As noted in other reviews, there seems to be one desk clerk that is extremely helpful and friendly, while the other was not so much. I didn't get their names so I can't say which is which.

The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from the Basilica (St. Peter Square), the Vatican Museum, the Castel Sant'Angelo, while other attractions, like the Trevi Fountain are maybe a 30 minute walk. If you're coming from North America, I would highly recommend making use of jetlag, as we were walking around at 4 - 6:00 in the morning and hit half a dozen of the outdoor attractions in a twilight sort of setting, with literally no one around. St. Peter's was empty, the Trevi fountain we took pictures with no one else in view, it was great.

However, the real star of our trip in experience was having that great breakfast every day, with a beautiful view of the dome at St. Peter's. I have to mention Veronica and Francesco in the restaurant again because I was really impressed with them.

La Maison Royale é uma "segunda linha" do Atlante Hotels, ele fica logo ao lado deste e o check in é feito no Atlante. Compramos um quarto para 2 adultos e 1 criança e nos deram um bem espaçoso com 2 camas de solteiro e 1 de casal, frigobar, closet e um bom banheiro, com vista para a frente do hotel (F5 - Studio). O café da manhã é servido no Atlante e é de excelente qualidade com uma vista maravilhosa para o Vaticano. Sua localização é ótima, perto de vários mercadinhos e com fácil acesso para os principais pontos turísticos de Roma.

La ubicación fantastastica, trato del personal ha sido excelente. El desayuno muy completo con una bollería fantástica y nos capuccinos excelentes y las vistas fantásticas. No puedo poner ninguna pega a mi estancia.

Baño limpio, habitación justa. Ruidosa y con cama incómoda.

Бюджетное размещение, а завтраки проходят в соседнем отеле, где можно гулять по 360 обзорной террасе. Wi-fi быстрый, к уборке претензий нет. Удобно добираться от аэропорта, остановка в 600 метрах, рядом 2 хороших магазина продуктов.

Ottima la posizione, stanze piccole ma confortevoli, colazione ottima al 6 piano dell'albergo atlas con bellissima veduta del cupolone, buono rapporto qualità prezzo.. consigliato per visite al Vaticano

B&b alle porte del Vaticano, servito da mezzi pubblici . Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 ed era perfetto silenzioso e pulito cambi giornalieri dj lenzuola e asciugamani.Forse l'unica pecca era il bidè e la vasca era meglio se presente la doccia. Il nostro appartamento era all'interno di un cortile e poi per colazione recarsi al sesto piano dell'hotel Atlante per colazione uno spettacolo soprattutto per il panorama. Da consigliare alle famiglie che non vogliono essere legati ad orari.

My family and I stayed here for 10 days. It was our base in Italy. The hotel next door manages this B&B. The room was clean and breakfast was ABUNDANT, plus you get a great view of the Vatican from their top floor. The bedroom we got in the adjacent building was very clean, and the beds were somewhat comfortable. The room was kept warm and cozy. My only complaint is that the window that faces the street it not dual pane. So, day and night, you could hear the traffic from outside. It was very loud and noisy, but after midnight, it would quiet down. So, updating the windows to prevent both cold/hot air from getting in and noise would be great. On the other hand, the staff at breakfast was SUPER friendly. Once you meet them the first day, both Veronica and Francesco would remember you. Those two were amazing and I will miss seeing their faces every morning.

We stayed there with our young daughter the first week of December. The room was a bit cold (but hey, we're Canadian. lol), and there was no phone or TV, so amenities, not so much. Perfect for us though, because we just used the room for sleeping. However, it's a beautiful old building, with a really cool old elevator running up the middle of the stairwell. Beds were comfy and clean, and as we were in a room facing the street, we could actually see the dome from our window. About 100 feet from the front door to the hotel Atlante. ||||Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and included really good fresh cappucino on request. The serving staff we dealt with mostly (Veronica and Francesco) were equally great and I would recommend this B&B based on our experience with those two alone. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti presso il B&B " La Maison Royale " la scorsa settimana, al check- in presso l'hotel Atlante Star ( a 10 metri circa dal B&B) il personale cordialissimo e preparato ci ha dato le camere 4 ore prima del previsto perché libere, la pulizia ottima, letti comodi , grande e soprattutto pulito con ricambio giornaliero di asciugamani e lenzuola, la nostra camera addirittura era dotata di cabina armadio. La colazione al sesto piano dell'hotel è fantastica, abbondante e ricca e la vista che offre la terrazza è impagabile. Ottima anche la zona , tranquilla e pulita, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano e Castel Sant'angelo, stazione metro " ottaviano " a 10 minuti a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, se dovessi tronare a Roma certamente risceglierei ancora La maison Royale.
