Delicious selection of meat and wine. I visited with my family and we enjoyed a salad, bone marrow, steak and a bottle of wine. Quality and sourcing of ingredients is superb which is evidenced through the outstanding taste.

Got sat immediately, was scared because I'd heard horror stories when of come to some of the tourist traps. This place was great! I'm from Texas so I know my steaks. This was a fantastic ribeye and plenty for a big guy like me.

The Fork 엡으로 첫 예약시 30% 할인 받을 수 있어서 3명이 (티본 스테이크는 7.5유로짜리 1kg, 전채요리, 샐러드, 감자요리) 배불리 먹고 와인까지 마셨는데 86유로 나왔어요. 모던한 인테리어의 작은 식당이예요. 미디엄레어 맛있었는데 껍질과 지방의 양이 좀 많아서 고기가 몇 점 안 되는 게 좀 아쉬웠어요.

What an amazing surprise we actually live in the neighborhood and it took us two years to finally experience the amazing steak and service of the Cut!! I’m sorry it took so long. The owner himself was kind enough to serve and take excellent care of us. All of the steak and the experience was superb. The Cut only specializing in Steak and this allows for higher quality and a fantastic experience! Thank you Lorenzo we will return soon!

Ottima esperienza. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Abbiamo mangiato dell'ottima carne e contestualmente abbiamo potuto ben apprezzarne la qualità. Ottimi anche i contorni e il vino. Davvero una piacevole serata. Molto consigliato. Il prezzo è assolutamente in linea con la qualità offerta.

The Pezzatta Nera was very good. 4 of us shared a 1 kg serving, with some appetizers and salad. The weight includes the bone, but the steak is served de-boned.

Nota molto dolente il servizio:
Cambiato rispetto ad un anno fa quando eravamo stati serviti e accompagnati durante tutta la cena da un ragazzo molto professionale;
Questa volta nulla di tutto ciò che ci aspettavamo, servizio veloce quasi di fretta da parte di una cameriera, consigli molto molto scarsi; tra una corsa e l’altra sorseggiava anche il suo bicchiere di vino!non si puó davanti ai clienti!!!
Ps: cara cameriera la prossima volta pf i piatti portali prima della carne... altrimenti si fredda!!!!

Very disappointing! We made a reservation for 7pm and arrived promptly on time. We were then told there were no tables available and we would need to sit at the bar. I'm not pay $80 for a steak dinner and sitting at the bar with people i don't know when I made a reservation in advance. When we started to walk out, the hostess found a cramped high top table for two against the wall across from the bar, not in the main restaurant. We were given menus and were told of a list of items not available, great start. We then ordered our meals, mine with chimichurri for my steak, it did not arrive with the meal and i was told to wait five minutes while they made some. Naturally, it ten minutes to arrive and my steak was nearly cold by then. Meat was tough and not tender at all. Much better steaks at Ruth Chris, etc., save your money!

We had an amazing time at The Cut. The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. The service was fabulous and we thought Lorenzo was really helpful without being too pushy! If you want to treat yourself, it's definitely worth the money!

We had a wonderful dinner here. We wanted to try some authentic Florentine steak, and they had three varieties. We ordered two different styles and they were perfection. Pre sliced so it was easier to cut. The medium rare meat had great flavor and with a little sauce even better.

Our group doesn’t eat red meat on a regular basis, but this was worth it! High quality! One steak was enough for two people. We had two sides, spinach, which was good and fresh. And a mixed vegetable that had great flavor.

The wine was great, a regional Chianti Classico. And they also treated us to their home made Lemonchello which was smooth and delicious.
We cannot say enough good things about this place. We will return.

우선 분위기가 좋습니다 !!!
완전 고급지고 웰컴 드링크로 스파클링 와인을 줍니다.
메인메뉴는 스테이크만 하고 있고
종류는 세 가지입니다.
100g당 6.5 유로 / 7.5 유로 / 8.5 유로

앞 두개는 최소 1 kg 주문 가능하고 뒤 스테이크는 최소 1.2kg 주문 가능합니다.
스테이크 완전 부드럽게 얇게 썰어줘서 좋았습니다.
조금 비싼 편이긴 하지만 그래도 제대로 먹은 것 같아서 만족합니다.

정말 2주동안 이탈리아에 있으면서 이렇게 맛있는 T본은 처음먹어봄, 안심 등심 둘다 맛있고, 미디움레어로 시키고 맛이 정말 풍부했습니다. 여기서 미는 시그니처 티본스테이크로 먹었는데, 직원분 영어도 잘하시고, 제가 다른분과 대화하는거 듣기로는 샌프란시스코에서 살다가 오셨다고 하는데, 정말 매너도 좋으시고, 맛있어서 여행내내 생각난 곳입니다.

We arrived at 6:45pm on a Tuesday night so we got a table right away without a reservation. The ambiance is cozy , and the restaurant is very clean. Our server was really nice to us and gave us complementary bread/meat AND glasses of champagne while we were waiting for our mains. We had the Ribeye, Filet , baked potatoes and grilled vegetables. Everything was grilled to perfection and tasted amazing. We also added sauces for our steak ( Picco de Gallo and chimichurri) and it had good flavors. Our server was serving + bartending alone so she was really busy but she did great and we did not have to wait that long. We also had complementary Lemoncello at the end of our meal. This restaurant is a bit expensive but honestly with all the free stuff we were giving and the amazing food, it is totally worth it at the end.

This is were you should visit for real florentine steak experience. We went to another steakhouse first but was disappointed and this place gave the faith back for the food in tuscany. Pezzeta Nera was perfect for our preference - fatty and just melting in our mouth. Perfectly seasoned.

A solid restaurant. I shared some steak with friends which was phenomenal. I also had their chicken dish with spinach with was really good. Their wine selection is also great. I had a solid experience here. It seemed like a place where locals go if they want to dine well.

Excellent! If you like eating meat grilled to perfection this is the place to be. Our waitress was very friendly and knew everything about the meat she was serving. She recommended a red wine that was to die for... and in combination with the meat.... I'm lost for words.

Bon accueil endroit sympa leur viande est top parcontre le tiramisu pas top j'ai trouvé. Seul bémol certaine viande qu'on ne peut prendre que minimum par 1kg ce qui veut dire que la viande vous revient à pas moins de 70€ un peu trop je trouve sinon à faire sans souci

I don't think the term "steakhouse" does it justice. Yes, the steak is obscenely good. But you also get bread and mortadella for starters that just melts in the mouth; red wine to die for; and servings of roast potatoes that make me (as a proud brit) hang my head in shame. Staff are very attentive and so friendly. Would definitely come back here if I could had another day.

Nous avons pris une bisteca ala fiorentina (T-Bone). C'était bien cuit et très bon mais la viande manquait un peu de goût et de gras à mon sens...
Le service était très agréable et le vin très bon. Un peu mesquin de ne pas inclure d'accompagnement à la viande étant donnés les tarifs...
Nous avons été déçus par le dessert qui n'était pas très bon.

Piccola steakhouse dove la carne la fa da padrona! Abbiamo preso una T-bone di "Vaca Galiega" (definita la carne più buona del mondo) e in effetti era deliziosa con buone patate arrosto. La nota dolente è il prezzo (100€/kg) per il quale, oltre alla qualità indubbia si pretende una location di alto livello, cosa che invece purtroppo non si può dire di questo ristorante. Personale di sala (1) attento, ricarichi sui vini pesanti.

Die Einrichtung des Restaurants ist eher clean und einfach, aber passt zum Konzept des Restaurants. Der Star ist das Fleisch.
Wir haben uns für ein Angus Rind entschieden und das Fleisch war köstlich. Die Kartoffeln dazu super, der Spinat etwas kalt, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau
Zum Abschluss gab es ein digestif aus Haus.

Just go, if you are fan of steaks just GO. I have had my fair share of steaks from around the world, including some so called five star restaurants and none had even come close to the flavour of the T-bone that I had. It's a pity that my wife doesn't like steak, so I could only get the 800g T-bone but wow the flavour was outstanding. I believe they feed them with sugar beets? And that flavour with the flavour of smoke from the charcoal.....just wow

Highly recommended!! This place was amazing! We were looking for a steakhouse while in Florence and I am so glad we chose this restaurant. Hands down, the best steak I have ever had. Very tasty red wine and champagne as well! Ordered the tiramisu for dessert and it did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly, explained all the different steak options to us and were highly attentive to us as customers.

let me preface this with: this was my first Florentine Steak. The Chianina Steak was very good, however not nearly as good as steaks I've had at other steakhouses. The rest of the food was phenomenal! The filet side of the TBone I would expect to be buttery and tender, however it was much more reminiscent of a decent cut of top sirloin.

As a huge fan of United States high end steakhouses, I have to say this place is right up there with some of the best steak I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly, had great aged flavoring, and was very well marbled. Our server who seemed to be the owner was very knowledgeable about what he does. Good cozy and very casual atmosphere as well.
