Ho sentito un commento interessante da un uomo che lavorava qui. Il commento era l'amore di lavorare per 4 dipartimenti ma di essere pagato solo per 1. L'osservazione era chiaramente sarcastica. E 'stato interessante sentire questo come un cliente di lunga data di Home Depot, non ho mai saputo che i dipendenti sono pagati per lavorare in un solo reparto. Sarebbe utile sapere questo e avere un sistema più facile in atto per aiutare a distinguere dove ogni dipendente sta lavorando. Forse qualcosa sulla camicia o sulla targhetta con il nome?
