Il servizio clienti è inesistente in questo negozio. Nessuno vuole assumersi la responsabilità del proprio errore, nessuno segue quando dice che lo farà. Rispondere onestamente e assicurarsi di fare quello che si dice di fare va molto lontano, anche quando non è quello che l'acquirente vuole sentire. Anche i manager vogliono solo che tu te ne vada. Dovete formare meglio i vostri dipendenti, insegnare loro come gestire i problemi quando accadono. I miei progetti futuri non passeranno attraverso Home Depot.
