È stato molto disponibile e comprensivo. Ha fatto di più e di più per ottenere diverse auto in modo che potessi fare un test drive e scegliere "quella giusta". Raz è stato molto utile sul mio affare - mi ha aiutato a ottenere un grande btw con la mia banca attuale, e mi ha fatto sentire che era lì per aiutare non solo per vendere una macchina.
