ORRIBILE!!!!! Sono andato a restituire 2 articoli. Ci ho messo un'ora e mezza. Ho chiesto di parlare con un manager... Beh lui e lei non mi hanno aiutato... C'erano circa 20 clienti in attesa con 2 impiegati che lavoravano ai resi... Ho chiesto ai manager se avevano più dipendenti per assistere gli altri 2... Hanno detto di no... Beh, è un sabato e si kno huw che sarà occupato... Non pensate che avreste adeguatamente il personale... SERVIZIO CLIENTI ORRIBILE... ADDESTRARE I VOSTRI IMPIEGATI SULLA POLITICA DI RITORNO... NON TORNERÒ MAI PIÙ... Cattivo servizio. Il tasso è ZERO
