Pascal: Positive: Very nice young couple who rustle up a quick meal for me due to my late arrival (around 10pm). Their enthusiasm is let down by antiquated and drab facilities.. Negative: The room decorum was probably outdated in the 1990s, unless you came from Eastern Europe,...then. I don't think they could give away that television to North Korea, and (as usual with many hotels) I could not work out the 2 remotes to get anything on: When you travel for work, on your own, you want to watch a bit of telly to wind down, that is why it is somewhat important. The room look was a bit depressing..

La mia interazione con Spencers Appliances è stata positiva in ogni modo. Si sono presentati quando hanno detto, hanno identificato il problema, me l'hanno spiegato e l'hanno risolto con una garanzia di 90 giorni. Il tecnico sapeva il fatto suo ed era piacevole. Dato che era durante l'epidemia di COVID-19, indossava anche una buona maschera e alcuni guanti. Il prezzo per una chiamata di servizio era sotto i 100 dollari!
