Pascal: Positive: Very nice young couple who rustle up a quick meal for me due to my late arrival (around 10pm). Their enthusiasm is let down by antiquated and drab facilities.. Negative: The room decorum was probably outdated in the 1990s, unless you came from Eastern Europe,...then. I don't think they could give away that television to North Korea, and (as usual with many hotels) I could not work out the 2 remotes to get anything on: When you travel for work, on your own, you want to watch a bit of telly to wind down, that is why it is somewhat important. The room look was a bit depressing..

Devo dire che con una persona con anni di addestramento al servizio clienti e tante brutte esperienze, sono rimasto molto impressionato dal personale di questo posto. La professionalità e la cortesia che mi è stata data è stata incredibile. Ho anche avuto il piacere di prendere la mia decisione finale sull'acquisto di un televisore dal manager Kyle. Mi ha fatto risparmiare denaro ed è stato molto competente sui prodotti. Acquisterò presto tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e vi consiglio di fare i vostri affari con loro! Grazie al cielo! Finalmente un'azienda che sa come trattare un cliente!!! Grazie Kyle e tutti i collaboratori. Meritate sicuramente un enorme grazie!
