Pascal: Positive: Very nice young couple who rustle up a quick meal for me due to my late arrival (around 10pm). Their enthusiasm is let down by antiquated and drab facilities.. Negative: The room decorum was probably outdated in the 1990s, unless you came from Eastern Europe,...then. I don't think they could give away that television to North Korea, and (as usual with many hotels) I could not work out the 2 remotes to get anything on: When you travel for work, on your own, you want to watch a bit of telly to wind down, that is why it is somewhat important. The room look was a bit depressing..

Questo avrebbe potuto essere un voto molto basso. La ragione per cui non lo è è perché il personale di Badcock si è davvero preso cura di noi. C'è stata una confusione con il nostro nuovo account, che ha ritardato la consegna dei nostri mobili. Anche se abbiamo perso la consegna, hanno rinunciato alla tassa e ci hanno consegnato comunque i mobili, perché è stato un pasticcio da parte loro e l'hanno capito. Hanno dimostrato un ottimo servizio clienti. Tornerei sicuramente a fare acquisti qui!
