Pascal: Positive: Very nice young couple who rustle up a quick meal for me due to my late arrival (around 10pm). Their enthusiasm is let down by antiquated and drab facilities.. Negative: The room decorum was probably outdated in the 1990s, unless you came from Eastern Europe,...then. I don't think they could give away that television to North Korea, and (as usual with many hotels) I could not work out the 2 remotes to get anything on: When you travel for work, on your own, you want to watch a bit of telly to wind down, that is why it is somewhat important. The room look was a bit depressing..

Ho portato il mio tosaerba elettrico in negozio per la riparazione dopo solo un anno. Il centro a cui è stato mandato mi ha raccontato una storia, il direttore del negozio Heidi mi ha raccontato un'altra storia e ha affermato che il centro mi ha mentito. Ci sono voluti 81 giorni prima che il mio tosaerba mi venisse restituito.....praticamente tutta la stagione! È stata scortese e sprezzante. Non acquisterò mai più alcun elettrodomestico da questo negozio.... andrò a West Springfield o Chicopee. Questa è la seconda volta che ho avuto problemi con la direzione di questo negozio!
