Pascal: Positive: Very nice young couple who rustle up a quick meal for me due to my late arrival (around 10pm). Their enthusiasm is let down by antiquated and drab facilities.. Negative: The room decorum was probably outdated in the 1990s, unless you came from Eastern Europe,...then. I don't think they could give away that television to North Korea, and (as usual with many hotels) I could not work out the 2 remotes to get anything on: When you travel for work, on your own, you want to watch a bit of telly to wind down, that is why it is somewhat important. The room look was a bit depressing..

Il peggior servizio clienti di sempre. Jerry, il venditore, mi ha mentito spudoratamente. Mi ha portato a credere che stavo ottenendo $100 di sconto anche se era scaduto. Mi ha detto che avrebbe retrodatato la mia fattura, cosa che ha fatto, ma non c'era modo di ottenere lo sconto. Ha anche trascurato di mettere il mio kit di impilamento sulla mia fattura così quando sono andato a prendere la mia lavatrice e asciugatrice ho dovuto correre indietro al negozio e pagare per esso non apprezzo essere mentito. L'ha fatto solo per ottenere la vendita e poi ha finito con me. Non mi ha prestato attenzione. Non farò mai più acquisti lì e racconterò a tutti la mia esperienza.
