Pascal: Positive: Very nice young couple who rustle up a quick meal for me due to my late arrival (around 10pm). Their enthusiasm is let down by antiquated and drab facilities.. Negative: The room decorum was probably outdated in the 1990s, unless you came from Eastern Europe,...then. I don't think they could give away that television to North Korea, and (as usual with many hotels) I could not work out the 2 remotes to get anything on: When you travel for work, on your own, you want to watch a bit of telly to wind down, that is why it is somewhat important. The room look was a bit depressing..

Un servizio meraviglioso in questa sede. Ho appena chiamato il negozio e ho parlato con Brett nella sezione degli asciugamani da bagno. Molto disponibile, la maggior parte dei dipendenti dei negozi odia assistere i clienti al telefono. Brett ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che potessi completare un ordine per un articolo difficile da trovare. È stato così gentile e paziente con me, assicurandosi di avere tutti i dettagli del mio ordine. Ottimo servizio clienti! Grazie mille Brett per il tuo aiuto.
