Ashley Rose Concepcion: I've been here to see and what i saw eas terrible ... There is 4 or 6 store open . the mall was big but there was 6 stores open . when it talks to price ... They give you a price lie a whole price if you will buy 1 by 1 of the difference product . but the most .. Worst of all i've entered to an store of shoes and the guy who was in there sitting and smoking a cigarettes in front of 3 other clients . .. At first i tought that maybe its just a eletric cigarettes but looking it for second time its a normal cigarettes ... But the most sadly the most was you expecting this mall like an othe chinese store that lots of people would come but .. I was wrong

Io Zaharias Iliadis, sono andato al negozio prima della chiusura, il terzo sabato fa. Ho avuto un'esperienza negativa con Michael, l'attuale nuovo proprietario del negozio. Ero felice di vederlo e ho chiesto se potevo fare un giro veloce. Ho pensato che fosse educato chiedere. Mi ha detto che alla prima visita posso farlo. A un certo punto si è arrabbiato e mi ha chiesto se lavoro per vivere! Se lavoro 11 ore al giorno? Ho pensato che le sue maniere fossero scortesi a quel punto. Alla fine ho detto che lo faccio, e questo mentre uscivo dal negozio, perché avevo comunque deciso di lasciare il negozio. Ho deciso di non visitare il primo livello del suo negozio, perché ero molto offeso dalle sue osservazioni scortesi. Nessun cliente deve essere trattato in questo modo. L'ho chiamato più tardi per dirgli che mi aveva offeso e che era stato molto scortese e non lo apprezzavo. Ha cominciato ad alzare la voce, accusandomi falsamente, che vengo quando sono chiusi. Gli ho detto che non sono mai stato nel negozio oltre l'orario di chiusura! Ho informato Micheal che non verrò più nel suo negozio. Mi ha detto di non tornare neanche tra un milione di anni! Gli ho detto che avrei presentato un reclamo, e lui mi ha minacciato dicendomi: che ne dici se chiamo la polizia! Ho riattaccato il telefono. Sono stato cliente di questo negozio dal 2001, con il precedente proprietario (che ora possiede l'edificio, non il negozio), e non ho mai avuto problemi.
