The Don's Catering

The staff of this boutique hotel (14 suites) are among the nicest I've encountered. They truly make you feel at home. The suites are spacious and very clean. While our first room had a glassed in bathroom, on our return visit, we had a more classic suite layout. The pullout sofa bed is VERY comfortable with a good, thick mattress (6" at least). This hotel is a great value for the price!

The hotel was a boutique hotel in Florence Italy. The spa looked nice, however we spent all of our time exploring the city and all of the sights. My wife really enjoyed the added touch of the bath salts for the in room jacuzzi. The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was great and made walking through the city easy.

Positif: Propreté des parties communes et sol chambre. Équipements Personnel Buffet à tout heure Dressing grand lumineux fonctionnel et propre. Coffre pratique.. Négatif: Linge de lit trop rêche. Dommage d'avoir deux matelas une place pour un lit double. Radiateur serviette trop proche des toilettes Mauvaise isolation phonique au plafond et au niveau des fenêtres. Difficulté à aérer la chambre. Salle de bains trop lumineuse, pas de lumière cosy. Traces sur les murs de la chambre. Tapis mal entretenu.

Positif: Très bon emplacement de l’hôtel, à proximité de tout, shopping, visites et restaurant !. Négatif: Malheureusement aucune précision n’est apporté concernant le spa, en effet il faut prévoir des sous en plus pour pouvoir s’offrir un moment de détente au spa. Il est donc sur réservation avec un supplément monétaire, point positif du spa malgré tout, seul ceux qui on réservé peuvent y accéder donc le moment de détente se passe en toute intimité !.

Semplicemente perfetto, location, servizi, suite e personale. Sin dalla prenotazione (consiglio direttamente tramite sito dell'hotel per tutta una serie di servizi in più garantiti) abbiamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni sulla location ed eventuali servizi fruibili. Noi abbiamo inoltre richiesto 2 culle in suite e siamo stati accontentati. ||LOCATION: pieno centro, praticamente dietro ponte vecchio, non si può chiedere di meglio||SERVIZI: abbiamo usufruito della colazione (giusta quantità e qualità) e del posto auto dove viene garantito accesso in ZTL tramite registrazione della targa, che garantisce libera circolazione quindi in pieno centro.||SUITE: Davvero ampia ben arredata e corredata. Comoda per noi la presenza dell'angolo cottura ed hanno fornito la camera anche di un microonde (viaggio con 2 bambine di 1 anno)||PERSONALE: Gentilezza e professionalità, la sensazione era quella di avere a disposizione davvero qualcuno pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta||SPA: non testata ma un motivo in più per tornare||PREZZO: Assolutamente adeguato alla location ed alla struttura||||Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Un posto da sogno! Si, lo ripeto, un posto da sogno! È la seconda volta che veniamo ed è la seconda volta che andiamo via e ci scende una lacrima. I ragazzi all’accoglienza sono pazzeschi: sorridenti sempre, disponibili ancora di più! ||Cosimo, Tatiana sono stati davvero deliziosi! Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite con vasca in camera pazzesca! Tutti i confort di alto livello! Se, lo chef Barbieri, soggiornasse qui, non troverebbe nulla che non va. C’è da evidenziare una cosa: il letto è il più comodo e spazioso dove io abbia dormito! Me lo sarei portato a casa!||Continuate così perché siete fortissimi! Avete una struttura in una pozione pazzesca e davvero elegantissima. Non possiamo nascondere che è una struttura diretta verso chi ha disponibilità economica alta, però, diciamoci la verità: per avere tanto bisogna anche pagare tanto e, voi, dovete continuare nella stessa direzione anche se vi fosse un uragano! Voi, come altre strutture in italia, fate una pubblicità pazzesca in tutto il mondo.||Noi torneremo per la terza volta e poi la quarta e la quinta finché potremo permettercelo.||Complimenti davvero allo staff ed alla proprietà.

We very much enjoyed our stay at hotel Ponte Vecchio. Their service is 10 out of 10. The condition of the room was one of the best compared to the other hotels (normally 4-5 starts) that I’ve stayed before. Room is so clean and tidy. I knew I can rest in this hotel after having a very long day. The staffs are amazingly nice and always welcoming. It was superb service. I would certainly come back and will recommend to anyone who is planning to come to this amazing city. Also location of this hotel is really good. All the touristic destinations are in a walking distance and the area is less noisier than near the central station.

Excellent service by all hotel staff, clean rooms and best location. My partner and I really enjoyed our time in Florensce and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also Florensce was unaffected by the recent outbreak and it was unfortunate to see the locals suffer as a result.

This was our first trip to Italy. My husband and I stayed 7 days in Ponte Vecchio Suites & Spa. From the moment that we booked, the experience was top-notch. Andre and Andru were the best at giving us tips, and suggestions prior to our arrival; they even assisted with arranging our airport transportation.||||Upon arrival, Tatiana was warm, gracious, and more than accommodating. Rooms were cleaned everyday, and breakfast and happy hour offerings were perfect. We departed our hotel at 4:30 AM; upon check out, the staff had created a goodie bag for us with water, juice, breakfast items and snacks. I could not recommend this lovely, boutique hotel enough. Bravissimo!

Semplicemente meraviglioso. Siamo ripartiti oggi e già sentiamo la mancanza.
Personale sempre disponibile, stanza comodissima, la SPA essendo ad uso singolo per ogni stanza permette di godersi al massimo il relax, colazione veramente ottima.
Difficile trovare qualche nota negativa, sicuramente torneremo.

Sono stata in questa struttura 2 notti per festeggiare in anticipo il mio compleanno nella mia cittá preferita e con la mia persona preferita :) lavoro nel settore alberghiero e noto davvero ogni dettaglio, riconosco quando un sorriso o una frase è di circostanza, noto ogni imperfezione e imprecisione nel servizio... ma questo hotel e il suo staff mi ha lasciata senza parole! Partiamo dalla posizione: davvero a 2 passi da ponte vecchio, zona carinissima circondata da ristoranti e negozi. La camera che ho scelto è il monolocale con idromassaggio e angolo cottura, bellissima, spaziosa e pulizia IMPECCABILE . Colazione molto buona e ogni sera intorno alle 18 si può prendere un piccolo aperitivo dopo una giornata in giro. Lo staff è fantastico, in particolare la signora che ci ha accolto in fase di check in e che ci ha suggerito un paio di ristoranti (poi provati e decisamente approvati!) , davvero un tesoro di donna che ti fa sentire come se fossi un ospite in casa sua. In camera (non so se in tutte le tipologie ) si trova uno smartphone con accesso internet e una sorta di app dell'hotel con funzione quasi di concierge. L'abbiamo portato con noi la prima volta giusto per curiosità e invece si è rivelato una genialata !! L' unico suggerimento che darei è di rendere opaca la vetrata della porta nel bagno del monolocale visto che dal letto si vede il water e viceversa (ok che è una camera molto intima pensata per coppie ma... un po' di privacy sul trono!! ). Un hotel che vale assolutamente il suo prezzo. Grazie a tutti voi! Elena

Excellent, extremely luxurious and comfortable hotel. Very helpful staff with great suggestions for local restaurants etc. First class breakfast, with lots of choice. Had small kitchen area, lounge, and beds very comfortable. Spa/bubble type bath. Would love to go back, and strongly recommend it.

الإيجابية: كل شي كان حلو الصراحة .. من موظفين ، واستقبال ، وغرفة ، وموقع .. انصح فيه جدا. السلبية: الدفاية كان تشتغل على كيفها .. ومع انه الوقت شتاء بس كنا نقوم من النوم تعبانين من الحر ، فتحنا الدرايش وكان في اصوات مزعجة في الخارج ، نصيحتي كلموا الاستقبال قبل ما تروحون للغرفة.

Positiva: La ubicación es la mejor posible. Al lado del Ponte Vecchio pero en la zona más tranquila con restaurantes, menos turísticos. La atención del personal es buenísima y tienen multitud de detalles: vino por cuneta del hotel a media tarde y una cosa que nos sorprendió mucho aunque siendo de la unión europea no sea necesario. En la habitación ponen a tu disposición un móvil que puedes llevarte a la calle durante la estancia con mapas, consejos, etc. y la posibilidad de hacer sin coste llamadas locales e internacionales o conectarte a internet.. Negativa: Tal vez mejoraría algo el desayuno aunque es correcto y suficiente..

Positive: La struttura ha una posizione fantastica nei pressi di Ponte Vecchio. La camera Studio Deluxe è una sorta di piccolo appartamento con un bagno meraviglioso ed un piccolo angolo cottura attrezzato che è risultato molto comodo ed apprezzato per preparare un pranzo “al volo”. Il bagno della stanza con la vasca è ben curato e molto spazioso. I ragazzi alla reception sono incredibilmente gentili e disponibili e sempre pronti a dare (ottimi) consigli. La colazione era buona e varia e la sera viene offerto un piccolo aperitivo (moooolto gradito) con torta salata e prosecco..

Amazing hotel.. we have stayed here 2nd time.. this is our hotel to stay whenever we will go to florence in the future.. rooms are very clean.. staff is excellent.. location is great.. 10 to 15 minute walk to all the tourist locations.. the only complain I had was the traffic noise in the early morning from streets..

Sono stata ospite di questa struttura a novembre 2019. Che dire? Tutto perfetto: ho soggiornato nella stanza junior suite, arredata finemente , spaziosa e pulitissima! Completa anche di cucina e macchina per il caffè. Bagno grandissimo, con vasca idromssdaggio e doccia x due. Set di cortesia eccellente! Lo staff e’ gentilissimo e sempre presente. Buona la colazione. Vicinissima al ponte vecchio , anche la posizione è perfetta x visitare la magnifica Firenze !| Lo straconsiglio! |Grazie per la vostra cortese ospitalità e complimenti per la vostra bellissima struttura!

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et très jolie. Le jacuzzi est très bien également. Le personnel est accueillant. L'hôtel est très proche du Ponte Vecchio. De nombreux restaurants aux alentours. A conseiller !!

It was my first time in Florence and I'm very happy I've chosen this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect from check in to check out.|Adriano and Simona were super nice, always happy to help.|Room was very big and comfortable and the jacuzzi is a must after a long day|The only thing they could improve is the ventilation in the room since opening the window is not a good idea because of the noise (no noise with Windows closed) and the air conditioner don't really brings fresh air to the room|Will be happy to return here

Abbiamo soggiornato con. Mio marito tre giorni a Firenze e L scelta della. Struttura è stata perfetta. Posizione centralissima, suite con vasca pulitissima, un mini appartamento con tutti i comfort... Personale gentile cordiale e professionale. Ringrazio la signora Tatiana per averci accontentato nella scelta della stanza e gli altri due ragazzi per la disponibilità e cortesia con cui ci accoglievano ogni giorno.. Se avete poco tempo a disposizione e voglia di rilassarvi al rientro della giornata, sicuramente questo è il posto giusto. Grazie mille.. Eccellente.

Weekend in coppia, abbiamo scelto una stanza con idromassaggio. Materasso e cuscini molto comodi. Camera silenziosa nonostante fosse al piano terra. All’interno è fornita di tanti piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza: in bagno c’è tutto l’occorrente (sapone,sapone intimo,doccia schiuma, shampoo e balsamo, crema corpo, sali per la vasca, cuffietta per capelli, ecc), in camera un piccolo cucinino a scomparsa multifunzionale, con possibilità di farsi il te il caffè, consumo di bevande analcoliche incluso. L’accoglienza e l’attenzione del personale sono il punto forte della struttura. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di occupare la camera presto (perché già pronta) e rilasciarla qualche ora dopo il check-out previsto,di certo una comodità unica. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi metri attraversato ponte vecchio. La colazione, viene servita in una piccola sala affianco alla reception ed è fornitissima, dolce e salato, gluten free, frutta...c’era davvero tanta scelta! La sera viene servito un aperitivo incluso, e anche questo è un valore aggiunto che abbiamo usufruito con piacere. Ci torneremo e lo consiglieremo sicuramente!!!

Recently renovated and it had a very modern feel to it. Loved the Rain Shower. Amazingly helpful staff who eagerly help with everything from dinner recommendations, directions and tips for local attractions (Santiago). The complementary morning breakfast and evening happy hour was a pleasant surprise. The staff even prepped a take out breakfast mean upon hearing that we had an early morning tour planned for the following day. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Positif: Un établissement très propre les suites sont spacieuses et j’ai rarement vu un personnel aussi avenant et gentil Ils se sont occupés de tout ! Nos valises ont étaient montées dans notre chambre et sans avoir besoin de demander ils nous ont réservé le parking et le restaurant pour le soir . Des prestations parfaites je recommande cet hôtel sans aucunes hésitations !!! Et l’emplacement woaou !! Plein centre historique. PARFAIT sur tous les points. Négatif: Rien.

Positive: We loved our room which had been recently renovated. The furnishings were very elegant and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was beautiful! Spa bath and all! Breakfast which was included was varied and plentiful and all the staff were so helpful and friendly.. Negative: There was nothing to dislike about this wonderful little hotel. We'd happily stay here again..

Negativ: Die Bezeichnung Spa im Namen ist etwas übertrieben. Sehr kleiner Fitnessraum mit 3 Geräten, mehr passt auch nicht rein. Überhaupt sehr sehr klein. Vieles muss man auch 24 std im Voraus buchen. Auch wenn klein sieht der Spabereich zwar sehr toll aus, ist aber nicht sehr hochwertig. Beim Händewaschen hatte ich den Knauf vom Wasserhahn plötzlich in der Hand. Er sah toll aus, aber leider keine besondere Qualität. Ich nutze aber keine SPAs, deshalb würde das meine Entscheidung nicht beeinflussen wieder zu kommen. Ich hatte die Räume nur zufällig gesehen, als ich die Toilette in diesem Bereich genutzt habe. Es un hotel boutique a dos pasos del Ponte Vecchio y sorprende por su discreta ubicación frente a una torre medieval. El personal es super amable, pendiente de que estés comodo y las habitaciones de lujo son fabulosos, camas confortables, lenceria fina y limpisima y un jacuzzi que te deja listo despues de un día de caminar la bella ciudad de Florencia. Dificilmente se puede criticar cuando todo lo que pedimos estuvo en la habitación al momento, desde llenar nuestra pequeña nevera de bebidas y picoteo, hasta mover una cama a otra zona. Este trato no tiene precio, y el precio - calidad de nuestra estancia fue muy bueno. Lo recomendaría sin duda.

Buonasera Dal momento della prenotazione Il sig.Adriano ci ha invogliato a visitare l’albergo e Firenze È stato gentilissimo , dandoci tutte le informazioni utilissime Per raggiungere L albergo e persino per i ristoranti nella zona. All’arrivo e durante il soggiorno tutto il Personale e la signora Tatiana ci hanno fatto sentire a casa . A really great hotel, the refurbished room was large an well fitted, excellent shower and a bar fridge.||Breakfast was possibly the best we experienced in Italy, plenty of choices and the hot selection was refreshed constantly. They even had a happy hour in the evening (which we didn’t get try)||The location was great, a few metres to the P V bridge and surrounded by many shops and restaurant.||Plenty of taxis and the hop on hop bus stop was close by.||Staff extremely helpful. Car parking about 50 metres away, extra charge.||Will stay again, definitely recommended.

The staff was the main reason for the rating; they simply went above and beyond the expectations we had. It was our first time in Italy and they made us feel so welcome and helped us navigate our trip. The room was excellent (maybe would put either a handle or non-skid strips in the shower) and the location's proximity to the Ponte Vecchio and main street into Florence city center was perfect as a central hub for our trek around the area. The staff is simply the best! Would stay here again without hesitation

Positiva: La ubicación, la atención y recomendaciones del personal son excelentes. Muy buena limpieza y amplitud de la habitación.. Negativa: El SPA hay que reservarlo y es por hora. Me hubiese gustado tener la posibilidad de usar el Sauna sin tener que reservarlo y/o pagar 60 Euros la hora. La habitación tenía ventanas pero en la práctica estás semi cerradas y no se ve al exterior. Es decir, si bien la habitación es amplia, hay una sensación de encierro. El aire acondicionado de la suite y la caja de seguridad no funcionaban..

Positif: L'emplacement est EXCEPTIONNEL ! L'hôtel est AU CALME, à proximité (50 mètres) du Ponte Vecchio et donc de la Piazza della Signora et du Palais Pitti. Le personnel est ADORABLE et très serviable ! Je ne suis même pas sûr que je fais aussi bien avec mes amis. La chambre (suite) était spacieuse (y compris avec un lit bébé dans le petit salon), très propre et fonctionnelle avec Jacuzzi, et kitchenette équipée pour le café du matin comme pour les pasta. Même le petit déjeuner est parfait ! Du gourmand au sportif, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Je connais déjà l'hôtel pour mon prochain séjour à Florence !. Négatif: Absence de vue sur mer ou sur les massifs montagneux - soit disant parce qu'on est en centre-ville de Florence....

Everything was perfect! From even prior to our arrival Ponte Vecchio Suites and Spa was amazing. Upon our arrival, Tatiana greeted us and our check in was expeditious. She took the time to review a local map with us, point out all the main attractions, where to eat and what to see/do. She then showed us our room and all of its plethora of amenities. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, we were welcomed in our room with a chilled bottle of champagne. The breakfast offered was also impeccable. Hotel also has free happy hour for guests 630-730. I don’t have enough good things to say about this hotel. Will definitely recommend to anyone and hope to return one day.

This was the most pleasant stay. I travel a lot and have never received such impeccable service. Where to even begin? The staff is incredible, very friendly, very helpful, and took the initiative to make sure our stay was the most comfortable. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff made it special by leaving a bottle of sparkling wine in our room. They helped make our dinner reservations each night (Florence is very busy and many restaurants have limited seating). The staff arranged for us to have our breakfast in the room which was very nice. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, toast, pastries, cappuccino, juice, yogurt, cereals, and was simply delicious. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and high tech. Lastly, the happy hour every evening where we could enjoy some wine or prosecco with snacks was very relaxing. If Im back in Florence, I will only stay at Ponte Vecchio Suites and Spa!

My wife and I stayed at the Ponte Vecchio Suites & Spa in Florence in early November for a week and could not fault it ! The suite was beautiful and well maintained, with a lovely spa bath, small kitchenette, lounge, bedroom and bathroom.||The position is ideally situated in a fairly quiet street just south of the river, a couple of minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge, and within easy reach of all the historic sites in the city, with easy access to bus stops and train stations for trips further afield.||Breakfast, which was included in our package, was excellent with a great range of hot and cold food which I’m sure would suit most people’s taste !||Happy hour every evening was a great chance to meet other guests with a free glass of wine or Prosecco with snacks.||The staff could not be more welcoming, and helpful with tips for dining and with booking restaurant reservations or taxis etc etc. We particularly would like to thank Santiago and Tatiana for their warmth and help throughout our stay.

Come to Florence at least twice a year and always stay here. Love the Oltrarno side and this is a great gem with terrific breakfast included and wine/cheese hour as well. Wonderful and friendly service.

Facilities were quite spectacular with a contemporary motif. Rooms were very nicely appointed; overlooking a picturesque commercial but quaint side street. Fabulous eateries abound that were in walking distance. Expansive and delicious breakfast along with complimentary afternoon pastries and wines were also part of the charm. Staff was exceptionally friendly addressing any an all matters. We will certainly be back!

Couldn't fault this place, staff were lovely, breakfast was the best I have had in Italy and the location is so close to the Bridge, some of our travelers were unwell before we arrived and this was the perfect stay for recovery, quiet and calming. Beautiful decor also.||Great little kitchenette that we used a lot.

Ponte Vecchio Suites & Spa is a very small boutique hotel on the Oltrarno, the "other side of the river". It is just across the Ponte Vecchio from the main sites in Firenze and it is all the better for it. Firenze is small and easily walkable (about 20 minutes or less to basically anywhere you want to go in town). The Ponte Vecchio Suites was very close to the bridge to get to the heart of the city (literally 5-10 minutes walk) but is a little quieter, which is something I appreciate. Additionally, the staff is delightful and helpful in whatever way they can be. The hotel also offered a surprising and wonderful service-a mobile smartphone with free local and international calls. My husband and I had Italian SIM cards put into our phones which was great but didn't allow calls back to the US. It was so convenient to be able to call the states from the mobile phone in our room. Overall I highly recommend this small, boutique hotel to anybody wanting a great place from which to explore Firenze.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night during our tour of Italy. The experience was one of the BEST! We visited Milan, Venice, Florence and Innsbruck< Austria. The hotel and the staff was GREAT!! Beginning with a message from the hotel manager before we embarked on our travel by offering a special rate to upgrade to a suite. When we arrived earlier than check-in time our room was available and the manager walked us to the room and explained all of the details. The hotel is located on a quaint street away from the hustle and bustle of the city but as soon as you turn the corner there is shopping. restaraunts, landmarks etc. It was a great location. We also had a complimentary mobile phone to assist with using for walking around and I must say that the map worked better than on my phone. The room was modern, clean and very nice. I received a bottle of champagne for my birthday in the room. The bathroom included a spa tub and there was a kitchenette tuck away in a closet with the cutest and most compact dishwasher I ever seen. The staff was very helpful with recommendations of great things to do and places to eat. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and looking forward to my next stay. I can't say it enough the staff was GREAT and very accomadating.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location. Short walk across the Ponte Vecchio bridge, which is just a few steps from the hotel, and then all of the major sites in Florence are very walkable. Nice to be on the “other” side of the river from all of the tourists. Much better dining and better vibe. The hotel staff was superb. Great recommendations for dining and transportation. They even carried our luggage for us for for half a mile to meet the car they arranged for us that was stuck in traffic due to a marathon run through Florence.

I have just finished my four night stay in this beautiful hotel in the perfect location. I will definitely return to this hotel as I can’t speak highly enough of the staff that work there, they are an asset to this hotel: their knowledge and friendliness were greatly appreciated. At the end of a long day I looked forward to a spa bath and to start each day I had their amazing breakfasts. The cleanliness was exceptional, something I appreciate. The property is in a great location, within 5 min walk to the city center & all the main sites of Florence. The concierge team were always available & ready to help. Breakfast options at the hotel are limited but we found great alternatives just around the corner. In fact, we visited a number of restaurants recommended by the concierge & the food was amazing. Also, we drove to Florence, so having a parking garage next door to where we stayed was invaluable. Would definitely come back & stay here again.

We are late posting this review from a visit in March. We had originally planned to stay here in October of 2018, but had to postpone until March of this year. The management was kind enough to provide us a voucher when we originally cancelled. This is an eloquent place to stay on the Oltrano side of the Arno, but very convenient. The suite was spacious with a living room and adjoining bedroom with king size bed. There was an abundance of closet space. There was a large whirlpool bath in the room which we did not have an opportunity to use. The bathroom had a good size shower and high end toiletries. One unusual aspect is that the bathroom had glass walls, so it did not provide privacy. Since it was my husband and I, it was okay, but may not be to everyone’s liking. We arranged to have breakfast in our room both days which we were there. This was one area where the quality fell short of the luxury service of our overall experience there. When we stay there again, we will elect to go outside the hotel for breakfast. Our room also had a small kitchenette with a small refrigerator.||The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful in making dinner suggestions and reservations. We have suggested it to friends who have enjoyed it as well.

I’m a PT Travel Agent and the staff was beyond accommodating. They are genuinely nice people with great manners. Location was impeccable, we walked everywhere. They took great care of my family! Tatiana and her staff were fantastic. They even took into account our children’s comfort. Bathroom was amazing and the cotton robes were so comfortable. You could tell they cater to all cultures needs as well. Umbrellas were out and ready for all at the very hint of rain! We seriously cannot wait to go back. We spoke Italian and it was comforting to them, but you could tell they didn’t cater to anyone specifically, they treated everyone equally, even in their dining area. They even had afternoon tea for the British...Brilliant! As far as I’m concerned, they ALL should get a raise! We cannot wait to go back, truly!

We are a family of 5, two adults and three kids. This was our second visit and we will NEVER stay anywhere else in Florence!||||Ideal location, the charm suites were beautifully appointed and very comfortable. ||||The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requirements and with three young children, that is a difficult task! ||||Extremely honest-we accidentally left our passports and envelopes with euros and pounds in cash. The staff contacted us immediately. Everything was returned and NOT ONE CENT was missing. ||||We were on the look out for a Florentine artist but many of the usual street artists were missing. The staff took down our requirements and contacted artists on our behalf and got us in contact with one another well after we had left the hotel. ||||Now THAT’s what I call service!
