Ivan: Positive: It's literally 50 meters to the Piz Sorega lift (see the map), lots of parking space, several places to eat around - perfect location! Breakfasts are ok for the price of the rooms compared to the average price in the area. Staff was really friendly and helpful, got us checked in around 12pm.. Negative: Bed was too soft for us, but that's subjective..

Il manager che mi ha aiutato con il mio reso non era l'impiegato più amichevole del negozio. Dopo aver trovato l'articolo che stavo cercando, quando sono andato a fare il check-out, i dipendenti alla cassa erano fantastici! Avevano tutti il sorriso in faccia, aiutavano ogni cliente il più velocemente possibile e offrivano un servizio clienti eccezionale.
