vetali90: Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nulla di speciale per giustificare un prezzo così alto, 30 euro. Parrucchiere frettoloso che salta da un taglio al altro, e ti spinge verso la soluzione più banale e veloce, mah. Bello il caffè, la cordialità ma l’esperienza del taglio da dimenticare, il peggiore che io abbia mai avuto, lo dico con tutta la sincerità. Mai uscito così arrabbiato e insoddisfatto da una parrucchieria.

Marc Cargnin: worst customer experience ever .from the start to the finish. I went on the website and put a Samsung TV in the trolley.after half and hour they had put the price up by 50 euro.so i then decide to buy another model to stay within my budget.i order it online with standard delivery.i receive the confirmation email stating that the tv will be delivered in TEN DAYS.since I was at home in italy only for one week ,I needed it before this.so I cancelled the order and went to the store to purchase the tv directly.i purchased it in the store.when I arrived home ,I went on unieuro website and noticed that the tv was 40 euro cheaper than in store ( even if you order online but pick up in the shop you get the cheaper price) When i asked for the difference to be refunded i was told that online prices are different to store prices and that I will NOT be refunded.this is NOT specified on the website.i purchased this tv in the San Giorgio delle pertiche branch.i feal robbed and will never use this company again.i buy both online and offline in the UK and Ireland and have never had issues with price differences. I just can't accept this and feel that I have been cheated!
