Era da un po' che non entravo in un negozio dove tutti i dipendenti erano così disponibili e fornivano un servizio clienti eccezionale. La mia amica stava cercando un articolo particolare che era stato presentato in una circolare del negozio. Mentre l'articolo era esaurito in questo negozio, Angel l'ha trovato in un altro negozio, ha chiamato quel negozio per confermare che ce l'avevano davvero e l'ha messo in attesa del mio amico.
