I bought some outlets here and they told me if it didn't fit i could bring it back. When I wanted to do so, they said I could get a voucher, but I could not get my money back. As a foreigner working here for only a few weeks, I did not want that. But they refused to give me back my money. They don't care about clients, only about money apparently

As per some of the reviews this place cheats customers. After telling us a price that was 10 euros cheaper, he charged us 10 more and played it off by offering my daughter a play coffee pot. All we wanted was to take home an official bialetti brew pot and realized we could've bought one on Amazon for 15 euros less. We are American and he knew that so I guess that was his first thought as an Italian business owner, to cheat the Americans. In the end that ugly little scumbag Italian idiot can go screw himself. Don't shop at this place!!!
