The car wasn't the newest and had a few scratches before, which were acknowledged when we picked the car up and they werent a problem when we took the car back.
As someone who hasn't rented a car before and is fairly young I was a little scared to be scammed but the costumer service answered all my questions thoroughly.

Sono entrato e ho chiesto a un socio, che si è rivelato essere un manager, dove potevo trovare un cuscino CPAP per mio padre. Mi ha portato direttamente lì e mi ha chiesto se poteva aiutarmi con qualsiasi altra cosa. Poi ha continuato a ringraziarmi per aver fatto acquisti lì. Grande esperienza del cliente.
