Tl;dr Lied about stock, never answered phone, endangered my life during pandemic.Longer version: this store accepted order for apparently in stock router, but never answered the phone confirming stock presence.I drove two hours to go there and waited two hours in car before being told to go into store during pandemic to check up on the item.The store was packed with people not properly distancing, yet there was no staff around to help me find the item or to tell people to distance.After another hour I found out the item was out of stock - they had lying about the stock!
