I was disappointed by the customer service at the Irvine location. Avevo messo in attesa un sezionale color crema. When I returned the next day, there were two noticeable stains that hadnt been there the day before. Walking around the showroom, almost every white sofa had dirty child-sized footprints. Ho parlato con il direttore delle vendite che non ha offerto uno sconto. I wish he would have at least offered to spot clean or attempt to remove the stains before I committed to purchasing the sofa. Invece, mi ha solo detto che i mobili sono usati. I didnt get a friendly vibe from him at all. Ho deciso di andarmene e non fare l'acquisto. Se avete intenzione di far pagare circa $1000 per un divano usato, dovreste offrire un po' più di servizio al cliente e impedire che i bambini saltino su tutti i prodotti. Questa posizione mi è sembrata anche un po' squallida. L'altra sede a Laguna Niguel è molto più pulita e il personale è molto più amichevole.
