You don't see many restaurants with 100% 5 star reviews, and if you visit this cosy little restaurant down a back street of Baveno you will see why this one has. Very cosy, Italian place with very welcoming staff, good menu and great food/wine. No view of the lake from the windows but the ambience , service and food more than compensate. Very highly recommended. You really have to book in advance.

We found this hidden gem after spending the whole day at Lago Maggiore, the food was amazing and the wine was so sooo good, we were a group of 5 and each one of us enjoyed their meal! And the waiters are very friendly and speak good English

Wenn man in Baveno ist, muss man hier essen gehen. Wir haben hier super gegessen. Auch das Personal ist super aufmerksam und nett. Die Preise sind vollkommen ok. Nur sollte man im Vorfeld reservieren.

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und sympathisch. Die Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung und wer gerne den Blick auf den Lago eintauscht gegen gute italienische Küche ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Wir empfehlen vorher zu reservieren.

Perfect origineel restaurant met "authentieke" lekker Klaargemaakte gerechten. Geen "toeristenschotel" voor eenmalige voorbijgangers maar met zorg bereide gerechten. Lekker, lekker, lekker, .....
Vriendelijke bediening, uitleg over gerechten indien gevraagd. Knusse sfeer binnen, klein maar gezellig interieur. Als slot van de maaltijd nog een (gratis) aangeboden limoncello borreltje vant de chef!

What an awesome sweet and cosy restaurant.
We spend our first evening there and went back for our last because we had such a great time.
The food is delicious, the wine a must and the service so lovely. If you're ever going to Baveno you should definitely go there. Mille Grazie!

We love this little restaurant. The food was superb and well cooked and staff were very pleasant. Really good wine selection too. We only tried their antipasti and insalada! Highly recommended! We'll be back to try the pasta!

Would give higher than 5 stars if possible! The staff made every effort to make us comfortable and quietly attended to our every need. The mushroom ravioli was one of the best things I'd ever tasted! As a vegetarian, I felt I still had plenty of choice. The atmosphere was delightful - light jazz playing in the background and other guests enjoying the food. Even the toilets were amazing! Would love to visit every day if possible.

Wunderbares essen. Nicht in erster Reihe zum Wasser, aber der Weg lohnt sich! Also wer in Baveno ist, sollte dieses Restaurant nicht auslassen. Auch vegane Speisen gibt es hier.
