We ordered a refrigerator by mk2shop, new not on sale. And we received one but it was not a new product, used, dirty, not originally packed, scratched, the whole surface is defect. So we’ve asked the shop to take it back and reimburse our experience. They refused, so we had to take care about shipping it back on our own (this cost we didn’t get back). We raised a complain with PayPal and at least received money for the frige back.

Attention when buying from MK2. We ordered a new fridge and what we got was a used (probably returned) and dirty product. After complaining, the first mail offered a discount already without even asking for it. Apparently that is the strategy. We got our money back through PayPal, but I had to pay for the return which is a scandal given the product delivered. This shop is close to fraud.
Buona assistenza prima e dopo l'acquisto. Forno arrivato su pallet, velocemente e in perfette condizioni. Grazie!

Based upon other reviews I took a gamble and ordered a Le Creuset kettle from this shop knowing it was in Italy. I’m starting to get worried, over a week has now passed with no confirmation of dispatch despite repeated requests for information. I will have to start proceedings to recover my money via my credit card soon.
Update: Finally received the item over two weeks after placing the order. Sadly the kettle is broken and damaged in multiple locations so now about to test their returns policy. *sigh* From the packaging it was apparent the kettle was already damaged before it was sent via UPS.
Final Update: it took two months but finally got there. Kettle received and happy with it but the time frames and lack of communication makes me very hesitant to shop with this company again.

Product arrived and is great. HOWEVER, Fedex charged me a service fee that was greater then the cost of shipping, and certainly greater than the small customs charge. They claim this was for processing customs clearance. Is this correct?

At the time of writing, I am still waiting for my order to be delivered - it is now over two weeks late. I have emailed customer services who have sent a holding email but have not followed up with updated delivery information. A second email to customer service has so far been ignored...

I am very disappointed with my shopping experience. I ordered a hob and ducting nearly 3 months ago and I still don't have my order fulfilled. Both items initially arrived damaged and the hob was replaced after some time but the replacement ducting has been lost and the shop has stopped responding to me.

Great experience. I had ordered a hob but then had to cancel the order after few days due to personal reasons. MK2Shop stopped the shipment and are now arranging the refund. No fuss. Will definitely do business with them in future
