Positive: You will not find a better hotel for price and location.. Negative: For the price. It was better than expected. Clean.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel at all. I had a supposedly "deluxe" room. The shower was awful. Worst thing of all however: incredibly LOUD. The hotel is at an intersection of three very busy roads. The location couldn't be worse. And the rooms do not even have double glazing. Avoid at all costs is my advice!

Positive: Location. Negative: No change of towels Breakfast was off-site and required additional charges Jacuzzi wasn't filled so unable to use.

Negative: Me and my partner stayed here last weekend and had an awful experience. Our room was extremely noisy and we asked to move, we were then moved to an equally noisy room and had hardly any sleep all weekend. When given the second room we asked if we could have a refund so we could stay somewhere else and this was refused, despite only being at the hotel for 20 minutes. We were given a room with two single beds pushed together and were told there were no other rooms available. We complained again about the noise and were told there was nothing else they could do. The staff were rude, dismissive and overall we had a very unpleasant stay. Rooms were not cleaned well and insects were present. Had to pay to use the iron and there were no facilities to make tea/coffee etc. Would not recommend..

Positive: Stanza deliziosa e organico organizzato,.

Positive: La gentilezza della receptionist che mi ha accolto. Zona centrale.. Negazione: Subito un misunderstanding con il pagamento. Parcheggio solo a pagamento (30euro) auto non al coperto ma lasciate lungo il corridoio esterno dell’hotel. Camera con riscaldamento mal funzionante, specie in bagno. Tendina in camera rotta. ASSENZA totale di sapone e shampoo in doccia. Capelli a terra vicino al lavabo. Sono stata vostra cliente 2/3 volte negli anni passati e mi sono sempre trovata molto bene. L’ho consigliato anche a molti colleghi. Purtroppo ho constatato ieri un’altra realtà, che peccato..

Excelente localização (colado no Vaticano/restaurantes próximos/lojas de roupas e presentes/supermercados/Estação Otaviano), boas acomodações, visual moderno, staff atencioso e solícito à todo momento. Absolutamente nada do que reclamar. Contemplou nossas expectativas e necessidades .

Positiva: pues la ubicacion rodeado de todo. Negativa: el cuarto muy chiquito, para un mochilero, esta bien, si no es asi, no vale la pena, no cabe nada, es como si estubieras en una ratonera, no puedes caminar que no ahi espacio, en la regadera no cabes como 50cm x50. el desayuno no vale la pena solo un cafe un pan y un jugo. tube que comprar por mi cuenta.

I rarely review hotels but since I’m doing this, I’ll ensure it’s detail so you can really choose if this hotel suits you. |Reading is fundamental. So it might be wordy but let’s fast it, any 3 line review isn’t a good one anyways. |Here goes: |This hotel is a city base hotel. If you’ve ever been to Manhattan, you’ll get this. Space in city hotels are a premium. Thus, the rooms are on the smaller side but they are functional and workable. |Coming into the hotel, you are met with about 8-10 stairs. However, there is a stair lift that an older/less agile person can use to get up to the front desk. Your bags can’t fit on the lift though. |The hotels have 3 floors only. We stayed on each of the floors, as we had 3 rooms. None of our rooms had a view that’s worthwhile discussing. We were all looking into buildings. |Privacy isn’t an issue as your blinds are sufficient. |We stayed in rooms 302, 205 and 104. 302 was only suited for 1 person. 2 people would really have to struggle to navigate the room, especially if you add normal size bags. |Room 205 was spacious. Our bags fitted comfortably and everything. So was the other room. |The bathrooms don’t have much counter space to rest anything. The shower is tight with only a rainfall head. I am not sure if they have handicap rooms either. |The beds are comfortable enough. The nightstands are sufficient as well. |This hotel is a chic look. So they are shooting for a hip type of look and I must say it works. |As for convenience, have no fear. Condizioni pessime.. Sconsiglio

We had a very large corner room with 2 beds, highly recommend the restaurant next door which provides the breakfast for the hotel, bustling with locals. The area is great, walking distance to the Vatican side entrance, we managed to see the pope give the Angelus leaving the hotel only 20mins before it started!

The location was great. It's only 5 min walk to Vatican. I visited St. Peter's Basilica a few times during my stay. There are several buses go close to touristy sites from Piazza del Risorgimento which is only 2 min walk.
SIT bus (airport bus) stop is 7-8 min walk on the same street.
15-20 min (10-15 EUR) to Termini station by taxi.
There are quite a few places to eat in a walking distance. Those restaurants are tasty and reasonable.
The room was pretty small but I guess it's the same in other hotels in Rome. The towels looked a bit old to me but it wasn't a big deal.
The hotel interior was nice and stylish. I had a nice stay there.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte. L' unica nota positiva é la posizione. Raggiungibili a piedi il Vaticano, castel Sant' Angelo e altri monumenti. Nel complesso, esperienza negativa: la stanza era angusta e la colazione non viene servita in struttura così come descritto su booking e confermato al telefono dalla reception ( la fantomatica veranda con vista sul Vaticano è inaccessibile). Ci hanno dato dei buoni per la colazione da spendere nel vicino pub " la zanzara".
In quella stessa zona ci sono altri hotel, consiglio vivamente di scegliere strutture più accoglienti!

À notre arrivée, nous avons été mis dans une chambre complément défraîchie, mal nettoyée, pas du tout insonorisée malgré le bar/boîte en rez-de-chaussée (chambre au première étage) sans chauffage qui fonctionne et complètement humide (cf photos). Nous avons remonté cela à la réception qui nous a proposé de revenir le lendemain matin en présence d’un responsable. Nous avons donc dormi tant bien que mal...
Le lendemain, impossible d’annuler le reste de notre séjour, ils ont refusé de nous rembourser et nous ont proposé de nous placer dans une chambre plus spacieuse, à un étage supérieur, et de nous offrir le petit déjeuner pour tout notre séjour. Nous avons accepté cette offre du fait du remboursement impossible.
La seconde chambre était en effet plus saine et plus spacieuse mais oubliez le 4 étoiles ! Chambre bruyante (nous entendions le vibreur du téléphone de la chambre adjacente), mal nettoyée (cheveux au sol, poussière sur les lampes et tables de chevets, et pas qu’un peu...), lit très dur.
Le reste de l’hôtel est malheureusement à cette image. Les couloirs ne sont pas propres, de l’humidité sur les murs, le restaurant en toit terrasse est vieillissant, le jacuzzi est vide et non entretenu, le petit déjeuner est très sommaire, non varié et ne vaut pas du tout le prix facturé lors des réservations.

Cet hôtel a sûrement connu son heure de gloire quand il se voulait très moderne mais les années l’ont complètement usé...

Positiva: Tiene buena ubicación en relación al Vaticano.. Negativa: La limpieza de las habitaciones no era adecuada, tampoco las instalaciones de los baños. Había mucho polvo en la habitación. En general, refleja una falta de mantenimiento bastante importante. En nuestro caso, pedimos un cambio de habitación porque la que originalmente nos asignaron desprendía un olor a aguas residuales, y la ducha tenía el dispensador de jabón roto y sucio por dentro..

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte.|Location particolare, stile anni '70. Il nome fa già capire quello che è il colore predominante. Camera comoda, bagno funzionale. Forse andrebbero meglio insonorizzate le finestre.|Staff molto gentile e disponibile, prezzo buono per un 4 stelle.|Purtroppo la colazione è stata un disastro: saletta non molto invitante e scarsissima scelta nel mangiare e nel bere. Quello che c'era era solo in parte accettabile: le torte non erano invitanti. Nel complesso okay, ma va assolutamente rivista la colazione.

Positiv: Det lå tæt ved lufthavnsbussen, og i gå afstand fra alle seværdigheder.. Negativ: De var ikke vakse til at have morgenmaden klar kl. 7:30, hvilket vi i forvejen syntes var sent. Den sidste dag var de ikke gået i gang kl 7:30, og vi skulle med fly, så ingen morgenmad og ingen undskyldning..

Non capisco come un simile albergo possa fregiarsi della prima categoria. Sporcizia ovunque, camera impregnata di un lezzo di fogna, stoffa alle pareti annerita e tetto macchiato di muffa o della perdita della fogna del piano soprastante. Colazione imbarazzante. La receptionist si è dimostrata disponibile a cambiare la camera, ma constatato lo stato generale della struttura e l'ora tarda ho preferito evitare di spostarmi. ||Per fortuna il mio soggiorno è durato solo una notte.

Рядом остановка автобусов, недалеко станция метро.. Негативный: Качество уборки в номере. Постельное белье и полотенца менялись ежедневно. Это классно. Но пыль по углам оставалась не нетронутой..

חיובי: החדרים סבירים יש אפילו מים חמים ומקרר קטן . יש מלא מקומות לאכול בסביבה .יש רחוב קניות ענק ליד ועוד מלא חנויות במחירים סבירים .סופר גדול מרחק 300 מטר מהמלון .צוות נחמד ברובו .. שלילי: מיקום טוב היו נמלים שגרו איתנו בחדר המזרון היה רך ולא כל כך נח חדר רועש מאוד .המלון ממוקם קרוב לכביש ולמסעדה ושומעים המון רעש והחלונות לא אטומים טוב .לא החליפו זדינים כמה ימים רק אחרי שאמרנו להם.הם החליפו. מסך טלוויזיה קטן מאוד ..

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival which we were very happy about. The room was lovely, clean, we had loads of space (and a random bath in the room lol). The location of this hotel was amazing for us, it was so close to shops, restaurants and 10 minutes from the Vatican. It is walkable to all the sights we wanted to see with the Colosseum being the furthest away (it took us around an hour but my phone was playing up with the directions). This hotel is also near bus stops, a metro stop and a tram stop. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. ||||2 minor issues:||1 - the 'double' bed was two singles that liked to move apart ||2 - we weren't told that the rooftop restaurant was closed for a private function on the Friday night are were embarrassed to be told we had to leave and as that was our last night we didn't get to see the view or have any food or drinks there. ||||I will return to this hotel when I come back to Rome.

Positief: Het leukste aan dit hotel was het restaurant. Wat blijkt nou, het restaurant is geen onderdeel van het hotel. Ze huren simpelweg een verdieping. Aanrader om te gaan eten!. Negatief: De kamers waren niet heel schoon, alles was een beetje vergaan. Voor 2/3 sterren een leuk hotel maar 4 sterren zeker niet. voor deze prijs (550 euro voor 3 nachten) zeker niet het geld waard..

Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento in questa struttura, conoscendo già l'hotel in questione. Chiediamo appositamente una stanza con la vasca idromassaggio, ma al nostro ingresso la troviamo già sporca! Guardando neanche troppo attentamente, si capiscono subito due cose, che andrebbero forse suggerite al proprietario: urge cambiare il servizio delle pulizie che è veramente imbarazzante; urge un pò di manutenzione. Al finale ci siamo dovuti accontentare, visto l'orario.La receptionist dopo qualche risposta poco utile ci ha pulito la vasca...follia! Il tutto per la modica cifra di 140 euro+ tasse di soggiorno. Chiaramente nessun sconto per la serata rovinata.||Da depennare purtroppo.

Fabric covered walls are dirty and stained, mattress pad stained, a/c inadequate, shower water was hot for 5 minutes. It was raining very hard and to use one of the hotel’s umbrellas you had to leave a 15 euro deposit. If you returned umbrella in same condition, they’d refund your money. Toilet is TOO close to the sink. Breakfast was just OK.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They provided assistance in calling cabs for us and identifying departure points for outings. I wish our room had a shower, not just a bathtub, that was the main reason I didn’t give excellent all the way across.

Private party on roof, noise level is shocking still loud after complaining, do not stay here if you want a night's sleep

Positive: the location staff members were helpful. Negative: not great value for money. poor lighting in the room, did not even have a main light. we paid for a ‘suite’ and had 2 single mattresses pushed together which was dissapointing. also the safe did not work in the room..

Orange Hotel was chosen for its close proximity to the Vatican - which was less than 10 minutes walk.

The shower was terrible water ended up on the floor and new floor mat was not replaced. No extra toilet paper in the room. The breakfast was terrible. We come to italy every year and we will not be returning to this hotel.

Empiezo por tener que subir las maletas una docena de banzos si una rampa.||Las habitaciones ruidosas.||La limpieza muy justa: al cuarto día tuve que pedir cambio de sábanas. Estuve nueve.||El desayuno es el peor que he visto en mi vida.||Advertí que un huevo cocido, con la cáscara rota, llevaba cuatro días en la misma bandeja. Al día siguiente, cierto es, que lo cambiaron o retiraron.||Para ser ecuánime, diré que tiene una situación buena: a cinco minutos, andando, del Vaticano. Siempre y cuando busques esa zona.

Premetto che non avevamo prenotato in questa struttura, l albergo in cui dovevamo soggiornare ci ha spostato all orange, già dalla reception non eravamo un gran che incoraggiati. Anche perché la signora continuava a dirci che ci aveva fatto un favore. Il favore sicuramente non L aveva fatto a noi, in quanto si erano accordati tra alberghi, tra L altro L albergo in cui dovevamo stare era di tutt’altro genere e anche di prezzo più alto. Ma il peggio è arrivato una volta entrati. Su tre stanza due per quanto con uno stile molto discutibile erano comunque grandi. La terza si trovava nel ristorante, nel senso che al 4 piano c’è il ristorante e una porta che sarebbe dovuta essere la mia camera. Una volta entrati un fortissimo odore di fumo, da dar fastidio a me che ho sempre fumato sigarette. Il letto spacciato per doppio era una mezza piazza. Nel terrazzino presente una cuccia per cane. Il dubbio è che quella stanza fosse in realtà utilizzata dal personale. Poco male, dopo essermi sentita dire che il letto era un matrimoniale alla francese alle mie lamentele (non era assolutamente un matrimoniale alla francese, e cmq parliamo di una stanza veramente minuscolo, con distanza water letto di forse un metro)ho ripreso i bagagli e abbandonato la struttura. Non ho voluto nemmeno immaginare come sarebbe potuta essere una notte lì con il via vare della gente dal ristorante davanti alla mia camera.

1.Ho trovato piu di 20 formiche nella camera ho chiesto di cambiare camera da signora Pamela però invece di scusarmi e cambiare subito la camera mi risponde che le formiche ci sono dappertutto . è una cosa normale ( se si trovano le formiche dappertutto di albergo figuriamoci altri animali che si trovano nella cucina...)
Per far capire che le formiche dentro albergo non e assolutamente una cosa normale ho fatto segnalazione al NAS

3.Quando volete fare la prenotazione ci scritto che bottiglie d'acque sono gratuite però reception di albergo(signora pamela)non accettava e dopo mezz'ora che abbiamo discusso mi diceva che lei non è responsabile e non po' fare nulla.e diceva che suo lavoro e soltanto fare il check in.

The location was great and the breakfast was good. The non smoking room smelled like a ashtray and the hotel is dated and needs a refresh. The young man and woman that worked in the morning were wonderful. The young lady in the afternoon early evening just wanted to argue with us about everything. I told her i asked for a non smoking room and it smelled like a ashtray she replied it couldnt because its a non smoking room. Then she tried to convince me its because the housekeeper smokes and she smelled like cigarettes. In the end she said were full too bad. I would not stay there again.

Le uniche due cose positive della mia esperienza all'Hotel Orange sono la gentilezza della signora alla reception all'arrivo e la vista su Castelsantangelo dal terrazzino. Tutto il resto non è assolutamente all'altezza né del costo (il rapporto qualità prezzo è drammatico) né dei servizi che dovrebbe garantire un quattro stelle. Accoglienza in camera inesistente: il climatizzatore era spento e per giunta è molto ingombrante, collocato a bordo letto, rumoroso; non mi è stata offerta nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua come ormai fanno tutti i 4 stelle (me la sono dovuta prendere da frigo bar al costo di 2,00 euro) niente messaggio di benvenuto o piccole attenzioni che si dovrebbero offrire al cliente, non solo la camera è sprovvista di gadget ma anche il minimo sindacale è molto deludente, per esempio non c'è il sapone ma ho trovato due bustine di sapone liquido monodose, se avessi avuto bisogno di lavarmi le mani tre volte non avrei saputo cosa utilizzare al terzo lavaggio.||Il personale non esiste: ho incontrato solo una persona alla reception e una alla colazione||Colazione: secondo voi è accettabile che un 4 stelle ti offra per colazione il plum kake del mulino bianco, fette biscottate sempre confezionate, marmellatina monodose praticamente liquida e per giunta di scarsa qualità?||Arredamento della stanza: kitsch di pessimo gusto e anche un po' demodé, posizione del televisore imbarazzante (dentro una cornice di finto acciaio e per guardare lo schermo ho dovuto smontare una lampada che ostruiva parzialmente la visione)||Se fosse stato un ostello avrei detto: "però...devono migliorare ma sono sulla buona strada"||saluti

Nous avons réservé cette hôtel ! A peine arriver la personne présente à l’accueil nous a demander toute de suite notre carte de crédit pour régler à l’avance mes 3 nuits que j’avais réservé ayant l’habitude de voyager d’hôtels en hôtels cela m’a surpris car c’est la première fois que cela se produit de me faire payer toute à l’avance ! Ensuite attention quand vous réserver vous avez une grande nuisance toute la nuit car juste au pied de l’hôtel il y’a un bar restaurant et je peut vous garantire que la. Nuit blanche et assurée ! Ensuite petite déjeuner inexistant j’ai demander un cappuccino la personne de service m’a répondu un simple désoler qui n’avais pas de café les viennoiserie inexistante quelques tranche de pain grillé cela m’a même pas donner envie de rester pour prendre mon petit-déjeuner que je suis partie le prendre ailleurs ! Terrasse mal entretenue aucune hygiène je de déconseille très fortement cette établissement

Do not believe what you see in the photos. Obviously of professional quality and made to make you think the hotel is something out of this world. The rooms my colleagues and I had were outdated, dark, dirty, and frankly quite depressing. The check-in process was lengthy and at first, the receptionist did not seem too friendly but throughout the remainder of the stay (three nights total), she was friendly and fun to chat with. The breakfast that was included with my stay was bland and disappointing. I feel bad mostly for the only employee upstairs working the breakfast for he had to deal with way too much for one person. My room had the following issues: wallpaper was dirty and had black spots throughout, baseboards were becoming detached from the walls, some of the floor tiles were broken, the air condition unit (it did work, albeit not very well), sounded like it was struggling and on its last leg, the bathroom soap dispenser was broken, and the shower was not only filthy but hot water was somewhat of a rarity. The location is good but apart from that I will not be back should I find myself in Rome again.

This is the first review I have ever written. Do not stay at this hotel. There are too many reasons to tell you about here, but do take my word for it! How Jet-2 can use this place is beyond me! Basil Faulty has nothing on this bunch of clowns.

När vi kom till hotellet fanns det ingen bokning i vårt namn. Tog lite samtal till Tui innan det blev ordnat. Morgonen därpå fanns ingen frukost då personalen inte dykt upp. Vi blev kompenserade för halva summan. Ofta fanns det ingen personal i receptionen trots 24 timmars service. Frukosten som serverades var långt under svensk standard. Det enda bra med hotellet var lokalisationen. Det var slitet och helt obegripligt att det skulle vars 4-stjärnigt. En städerska på alla rummen som inte hann med. Definitivt inget jag rekommenderar.

Negativa: El hotel en si lo ponen muy grande y es muy pequeño la habitación el baño y todo solo tienen un suite y el jacuzzi imposible contratar pk siempre lo cogen los de la calle en vez de los prioritarios los primeros.... El servicio fatal solo una chica rubia era buena las demás un fiasco. Luego contrate una cama grande con bañera y cuando llegue tuve k elegir o cama o bañera. En general muy mal..

I was very disappointed with this hotel as it is NOT a 4 star and more of a 2 star hotel. The rooms are dirty and it seems the cleaners do not clean the rooms properly. When we arrived the room floor was covered with hair, the bathroom sink was dirty and there is a tooth brush holder you would not even want to use. Although when I told someone about it they had the cleaner come and clean it again, I would not expect this from a hotel advertised as a 4 star and still the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly. Also, the next day after coming back from sightseeing, the room was not cleaned properly and all that was done was the bed was tidy and ‘clean’ towels were given, although they do not look very clean. Having read some reviews below I can see people have encountered the same issues and had I read this I would never have booked this hotel - it is a waste of money. They make you pay to use the iron, there is nothing to do in the hotel and some of the staff do not have a clue what they are doing. If you have any issues you just get told to ask someone else in the morning. Honestly this is definitely a 2 star rated hotel so if you are expecting more do not book this as you will be disappointed. It does not meet the 4 star standards you would expect.

This is a totally truthful review: The taxi dropped us off at the hotel, where we walked down the side to the front door. I didn't think it looked particularly good, painted walls and imitation grass. Going into the hotel you immediately have to climb stairs to reception, which is just a small desk in the corner. We had arrived early (1.30pm) so couldn't get into the room. The receptionist was very cheerful and knowledgeable, but told us that we would be better going out for breakfast, as it wasn't very good in the hotel. And go out for a drink as their bar wasn't brilliant. At this stage I did wonder what we had let ourselves in for. I needn't have worried! As soon as I saw our room (room 108) I relaxed. The room was huge! Decor is orange (no surprise there) and grey. Not wallpaper, but material, really lovely. There's a bath in the bedroom! The bathroom is twice the size of ours at home, with bidet, toilet, sink and shower, which has a waterfall showerhead. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfy and the Aircon worked perfectly. ||The bedding and towels were changed every day.||There was nothing wrong with breakfast! Plenty of choice, but, like most oversea hotels, the bacon and eggs weren't as hot as the English like, however, my husband mentioned this on the second day, and they cooked a serving for him so that it was lovely and hot.||As it turned out, we didn't get a chance to try the bar, turns out it's closed in August as the barman goes on holiday. There is a bar/restaurant next door which was lovely though.||The hotel is approx. 4 minutes walk from the Vatican, with a bus stop right outside if needed.||I can't recommend this hotel enough and would definitely return should we stay in Rome again.

Un accueil génial et un lieu superbe à quelques pas du Vatican ! Je recommande vivement ! Un toit terrasse superbe et un vrai havre de paix en plein cœur de Rome. Nous avons fait tout à pieds car nous étions très proche de tout !

Camera piccola, bagno con vasca idromassaggio ma è un problema fare la doccia! Al checkin, pur avendo prepagato la camera, hanno chiesto la carta di credito per eventuali danni! Colazione PESSIMA burro avariato! Da non ripetere

Stayed here last week for a week very nice place. It is in a good Location for the Vatican and there’s a bus stop just outside and the metro is about 300 Yards away. The staff are very helpful would recommend this Hotel

We stayed at Orange hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Rome. The location is great - short walk to the Vatican and surrounds (0.5 mile) and about a 20 minute walk to city centre area (Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc). The nearest metro stop is an 8 minute walk (Ottaviano) which has links to all stops including the Spanish Steps (Spagna) which puts you in the city centre and within 10 mins of the Trevi Fountain and surrounds. You can also swap at Termini stop for a direct metro to the Colosseum. ||The hotel itself is basic - the rooms are smaller than expected, although this may be standard for the price in Rome. The rooms are clean and the maid visited both days to change towels and make beds etc. The staff on reception were very helpful and spoke great English - particularly the woman with short hair and glasses (really sorry we didn’t catch her name), and an older guy who gave us great info about the metro. The rooftop restaurant is a great touch and we visited both nights for a drink - the bar man was friendly and welcoming and showed us to the roof top! ||The only thing I would say is the vent on our A.C broke first day and I did mention this to the staff on reception but no one came to check and nothing was done about it. Apart from that, great stay all round. Thanks again!

Lo mejor sin duda la atención del persona, lo peor lo descuidado que se encuentra en general, sobre todo el restaurante de la terraza. El desayuno normalizó y como ya he dicho, la terraza sería de lo mejor si estuviese más cuidada.

Séjour de 5 jours à Rome. Le seul point positif est la situation de l'hôtel. Sinon, chambre mouchoir de poche, salle de bain pareil. L'hôtel est affiché
comme un 4 étoiles, je me demande si la direction a déjà mis les pieds dans un 4 étoiles !!!., le petit déjeuner est le strict minimum, sur une table en plein soleilconfiture chaude, beurre également... Les verres sont sales, 2 personnes à la réception étaient sympathiques. Attention au bruit le soir avec le bar restaurant à côté !!!

Un posto dove il tempo si è fermato agli anni 70, ma ciò non è affatto un demerito. Ambienti in stile, simpatici, comodi. La mia stanza aveva addirittura la vasca idromassaggio, certo nn in perfette condizioni, così come nn perfetto è il sevizio cortesia un po' scarno, (mancava il sapone) e gli asciugamani per il viso non facevano parte del corredo bagno certo x dimenticanza. Forse servirebbe più manutenzione, ma in se il posto è accattivante, i letti comodi, il personale giovane e gentile, una gradevole cortesia che ti porta a perdonare che il burro, le marmellate ed i succhi, serviti a colazione su una deliziosa terrazza, siano lasciati impietosamente al sole risultando caldi ed un po' sciolti. Errori di ingenuità, forse distrazione, ma non importa. Li si sta bene, è vicino al centro, ed il prezzo è accettabile.

Oh Boy. What an experience. This was by far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. Rooms weren't clean at all, poor customer service and just crap. Bathrooms weren't properly cleaned and the room felt dirty. By far the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. Dont stay here. Pictures loom way nicer than they actually are. The receptionist Palma and Julia were so unprofessional. Horrible

Great location and a very friendly welcome. However, the hotel manager had a party on the roof terrace until 2.30am on one of the nights we stayed. The music was extremely loud and kept us awake.
