ローマ近郊の広い敷地と駐車場のあるホテル

We stayed for two nights. Hotel is about 15 minutes from city center. Easy to get a cab there and back. Hotel staff were very friendly. Lobby and rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. Room temperature was way too hot. We were provided with a fan, but this made a minimal difference and the room temperature interferes with sleep.

A good hotel

Pozitivno: lokacija je ok.. Negativno: čistoča v hotelu. Hotel je star in precej nevzdrževan. Osebje ne streže kave na terasi, oziroma jim je to zelo težko. Kar pomeni, da si moraš kavo prinesti izza šanka sam. :(.

Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is good but not exciting. The restaurant is decent but most likely one should just go downtown for a much less expensive and most likely better meal.

Positive: zona EUR non di facile accesso. Negazione: Niente.

Un po' datato

Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel per la seconda volta . Camere piccole ma con tutto il necessario . Letti spaziosi e sopratutto molto comodi . Bagno con vasca ma vetro per fare la doccia comodamente . Unica pecca bagni senza finestra. |La cena era buona . Le insalate divine

Negatywna: Kurz w pokojach oraz nieco archaiczna łazienka.

Positive: very kind staff although the restaurant staff is not really fluent in English (they really make the effort, though) room temperature is excellent and the beds are good The "artichoc in Roman style" is really great. Negative: it's all a bit outdated, bath doesn't have thermostatic faucet, tile joints start to fail, unused ventilation grid is "hidden" with wall paper etc. Toilet paper is so close to the closet that it's hardly reachable and the venue really doesn't live up to the Sheraton standards I'm used to.

L'hotel è nel complesso accettabile ma non il livello atteso da un 4 stelle. Le stanze sono gradevoli ma mostrano alcune pecche o mobili malfunzionanti (ante dell'armadio semi divelte, lampadine fulminate). Maggior pecca il ristorante associato all'albergo, con personale non sempre all'altezza, non gentile né reattivo all'arrivo della clientela (con il locale praticamente vuoto). Nota positiva la zona piscina, molto vivibile e ben concepita

Stayed there 2 nights. There was a business meeting and the hotel was a good conference hotel. But the quality of the rooms was ok. It is not a new hotel. If you visit rome for a touristic purpose try to find a hotel by the city center.

We stayed here for one night when the NCL cruise we were on finished a day early. |When we arrived in the mid morning it was utter chaos. The staff that we assumed were NCL representatives were not useful and gave us little to no information on what was going on. However the hotel staff were doing their best to answer all the questions. However considering there were about a thousand guests wandering around n a daze they did a fantastic job. Lunch, and breakfast the next day, supplied by the hotel was excellent. The use of a couple of conference rooms worked great and they did an incredible job of delivering hot, tasty food. If that is an indication of what they provide in their restaurant it would be great. |Rooms were gradually provided to guests from about 9am through to about 6pm (from what we could make out from other guests). We got ours at about 3pm. Although we had waited about 6hours (and were tired, etc) we were still impressed with how professional and tolerant the front desk and other staff were. (Not all guests were treating them very well.)|Our room was really nice, a large comfortable bed, modern bathroom, clean and with good facilities. |The hotel is set up for business and conference facilities rather than tourists, but we were surprised that it wasn’t that far by taxi to Rome city centre or the airport. |We expected to have a delay leaving the next morning due to the number of guests from the cruise ship but due to the staff on the desk everything went smoothly and there were no issues. |If you wanted to stay out of the bustle of Rome centre then I think the Sheraton would make a good choice.

Spazi molto grandi per conferenze

Ho soggiornato una notte in occasione di un evento aziendale, con buone aspettative purtroppo deluse. Wifi non funzionante e per giunta a pagamento nelle stanze, arredamento un po’ datato, illuminazione carente,. Da una grande struttura come questa mi sarei aspettata anche la fornitura di servizi aggiuntivi rispetto a quelli standard, servizi di wellness basic, o semplicemente delle caramelle al desk, piccoli accorgimenti apprezzati e che fanno la differenza per chi soggiorna spesso fuori casa per lavoro

Direzione aziendale scarsa insufficiente a gestire le risorse la Direttrice Linda Conforti incapace, pensa solo ai suoi viaggi di piacere a spese della società, manager risorse umane Gabrielli Sergio incompetente fa fatica a prendere decisioni vincenti, come distruggere una azienda con scelte errate, disorganizzazione grave.

Séjour dans d'excellentes conditions au Sheraton de Rome. Le service est irréprochable et les chambres étaient très propres. L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet de rejoindre les principaux endroits touristiques de la capitale italienne assez rapidement.

Comodo il parcheggio, un po' piccola la sala o forse ha riscosso più successo del previsto l'evento?

Ti trattengono 20€ dalla carta di credito preventivamente senza dirtelo. Li restituiranno alla fine, ma il comportamento è penoso e scorretto
