You are welcome to go here if you want to be treated in an unprofessional manner. Also they make you feel as if you are an illegal immigrant although you are here legally. I suppose they assume anyone who is not of italian origin or descent is here illegally which is complete and downright discrimination and then it makes me wonder why they offer a non-resident account as one of their products . The most unfriendly and rude lady who would not give me her name, showed me to the door while speaking to her and told me I am in Italy and i don't speak Italian so she can't help me. When i asked to speak to a manager, who was not helpful either he said we can't open no account. Who does not speak English in this day and age, besides that they could not even behave in a professional manner.
