Fos Chania: Stay away, a stone from a truck hit my windshield and there was a tiny scratch - they forced me to sign my signature for being in an accident . They were very pushy and it was in Italian so I thought I had to sign.

Then they said the accident was my fault as I signed that it was and they charged me 545eur for what is normal wear and tear.

Be careful what you sign and what you agree to - don't trust them when you return your car.

I felt very manipulated and abused

Sergio ci ha dato un servizio eccellente questa mattina! Era un uomo molto professionale e molto gentile. E' andato oltre per aiutarci a far funzionare la nostra asciugatrice. Ci siamo appena trasferiti nella nostra nuova casa e le cose inaspettate vengono fuori che non ci aspettavamo e Sergio ha risolto il nostro problema con il miglior atteggiamento anche mentre i miei piccoli bambini di pelo abbaiavano contro di lui per tutto il tempo, era awsome! Apprezzo davvero questa azienda ora più che mai! Grazie Sergio !!!!
