They didn't even have a proper explanation to why my bank account simply seized to exist overnight. I would avoid this institution at all costs. Ah, by the way this particular branch has a strange outdated security system where you aren't allowed to enter the bank with your bag, meaning leaving your personal belongings in a locker outside. Needless to say most of the lockers don't close properly and the keys are missing.
