Con dei venditori cosi non ci pesa aspettare, perché il negozio è sempre pieno.

Fos Chania: Stay away, a stone from a truck hit my windshield and there was a tiny scratch - they forced me to sign my signature for being in an accident . They were very pushy and it was in Italian so I thought I had to sign.

Then they said the accident was my fault as I signed that it was and they charged me 545eur for what is normal wear and tear.

Be careful what you sign and what you agree to - don't trust them when you return your car.

I felt very manipulated and abused

Vorrei davvero poter continuare a fare affari con questo negozio perché è di proprietà e gestito a livello locale, ma ultimamente sono stati così inutili. Non onorano le garanzie, hanno un servizio clienti debole, e sembra che siano solo per fare soldi invece di tenere i clienti. Ci hanno reso facile prendere quello che gli avremmo dato altrove. Acquistate da loro a vostro rischio e pericolo, ma preparatevi ad essere delusi se dovrete mai gestire una garanzia o qualsiasi questione relativa al servizio clienti con loro dopo la vendita iniziale.
