Then they said the accident was my fault as I signed that it was and they charged me 545eur for what is normal wear and tear.

Be careful what you sign and what you agree to - don't trust them when you return your car.

I felt very manipulated and abused

Ieri sono andata in questo negozio per comprare una culla per il mio neonato. Quando sono arrivata a casa mi sono resa conto che mi hanno dato il colore sbagliato. Ne ho comprato uno bianco ma me ne hanno dato uno marrone. Oggi sono venuta molto frustrata e arrabbiata. Tuttavia, un signore molto gentile di nome Otoniel mi ha ascoltato. Ha prestato molta attenzione al mio conflitto. E dopo aver ascoltato la mia frustrazione ha risolto il mio problema in modo molto professionale.
