Then they said the accident was my fault as I signed that it was and they charged me 545eur for what is normal wear and tear.

Be careful what you sign and what you agree to - don't trust them when you return your car.

Sono entrato il mercoledì e ho comprato una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice che sono state consegnate il giorno dopo e nessuna delle due funzionava. Ho chiamato e lavorato con Chuck e il giorno dopo ho scelto un altro set. Il nuovo set è stato consegnato il giorno dopo e funzionano entrambi. In realtà ho ottenuto un set molto migliore per il mio problema al prezzo del set originale. Il ragazzo delle consegne è fantastico! Anche entrambi i venditori sono stati fantastici.
