Francesco, the manager here is amazing!! My work laptop was stuck at the Venice, IT airport and I needed help quickly getting it to the US. He was able to facilitate getting it picked up by courier and shipped out ASAP. He responded to every email I sent with clear instructions and a great sense of urgency, no matter what time of day. Truly a great customer service experience!

I left my iPad on the plane at Venice Airport so I used Mail Boxes Etc. to return my item to me in the UK. They collected my iPad for me from Lost Property at the airport and posted it to me. Very easy service to use and I received my iPad back today, just a week after losing it. My iPad was very well packaged. I would definitely recommend using Mail Boxes Etc. if you need a similar service in the future. Thank you!

We lost our iPad at Marco Polo airport on 14th February and today it was delivered back to our house in England using Mail Boxes Etc. the person dealing with us was Francesco who provided a standard of service that was outstanding. He helped us complete all the forms etc. and kept us in touch with how everything was progressing from the collection at the airport to the expected time of delivery at our home in the UK. It was the highest quality of service and most importantly we knew everything would be okay and it most certainly was. Thank you MBE and especially Francesco.

Mail Boxes Etc helped me out when I left my kindle on an aeroplane in the UK and the plane returned to Venice. They helped me to fill in the forms required to get it released and shipped back to the UK from the airport. They kept me informed eacg step of the way.

I left my ladies watch in Venice airport security check prior to my international flight back home to US, did not realize until a couple of days later. I got in touch with their Lost and Found department and was delighted to receive the good news that they’ve found my item! They gave me options to either pick it up personally or have it sent through a private courier and recommended MBE. 1st option was out of the equation so I had to choose the latter. I was doubtlful but this was my only hope in getting my watch back, so I sent MBE an email explaining my situation. Francisco promptly replied and gave me instructions on how to move forward with the process. Price was more than reasonable, paid through Paypal which was so convenient. We were exchanging emails back and fort as there were paper works that I needed to sign and fill out. I was assisted thoroughly with every step of the way. He even provided me corresponding English translated documents for those that were in Italian. Francisco was always polite, professional and prompt with his responses, considering our time difference. Francisco and MBE went above and beyond. A couple of weeks after our initial conversation, I got my watch back! I am truly grateful to Venice Airport Lost Property Office and of course, to Francisco and MBE for their outstanding customer service!

I diffidently recommend this company. Francesco was absolutely brilliant the way he handled retrieving my parcel and shipping it to me to U.K. I was stuck and had lost hope that I would ever be able to recover my lost bag in the Venice airport area. But he handled it all and the parcel arrived the day after the shipping and a week apart from loosing it. I managed to drop my camera, without realising till too late, in the scrum for security at Venice airport. Fortunately it was handed in, and the airport recommended MBE as an experienced courier to return it to me. Francesco at MBE was very helpful and efficient, despite having to communicate with me in English, and my camera arrived home safely and very well packaged within one day of paying the modest fee by PayPal. Thank you Francesco & MBE (and whoever handed my camera in at the airport!).

ho fatto una spedizione da Venezia a Roma di formelle di vetro molto fragili , hanno fatto anche l'imballaggio e in 16 ore sono arrivate dal destinatario tutte integre. Molto professionali , bravi, lo consiglio a chi deve fare spedizioni di materiali anche fragili.

Used Mail Boxes Etc to have my wallet that I had lost in the Marco Polo lounge in Venice Airport returned to. The service by Francesco was fantastic. He sent me all the forms to fill out and then his team did the rest. It was lost on Sunday and the wallet was returned on Thursday morning in London with everything still in it. The only downside, which has nothing to do with Mail Boxes Etc was that UPS just left the wallet in an open post box in a block of apartments and didn't ask for a signature, but that is something I will take up with UPS. My daughter lost her phone at Venice airport and I was amazed by how brilliant both airport lost property and Mailboxes Etc were at getting it back to us - they sorted all the forms, went to the airport to pick it up and sent it home to us - it cost £40 but was well worth it and they were a pleasure to deal with, particularly Francesco. Empresa muy recomendable y seria. Perdí el teléfono en el Aeropuerto de Venecia y se encargaron de devolvérmelo en perfecto estado con un embalaje perfecto para que no se dañara en el traslado. A really excellent and efficient service. I stupidly left my phone at Venice Airport 5 day ago and when the airport found it, they recommended this company to deal with collecting it, packaging it and sending it back to me in England. I was really worried about whether my phone would be found and how I'd get it back, about security, etc but Mail Boxes, and Francesco there made the whole process really easy. I never thought I'd see my camera again after leaving it at the Venice airport. Mail Boxes Etc. picked my camera up at the airport's lost and found and packaged it for shipping. It was packaged very well. Mail Boxes Etc. helped me with the customs paperwork and made a difficult process very easy. I received my camera back from Venice to the U.S. in a very timely manner. Forgot a bag in the departure hall at Marco Polo Airport. Had filled out the lost-and-found departments recovery form before take off. Bag was found the day after.

When back home contacted MBE 0741. They provided prompt service in retrieving the bag, providing the right forms for shipping and customs, and forwarded the bag via FedEx economy.

Good and prompt service.

Incredible service! My father left his carry-on luggage at Marco Polo airport on a recent trip to Venice. Once the airport was able to locate the luggage, they recommended Francesco's Mail Boxes Etc. I called Francesco and within hours he had the ball rolling on getting the luggage sent to my father's country of residence. Francesco walked us through the entire process in detail and was very responsive to our communications. He even noted that the luggage would most likely be held up in customs (which it was - for about a week and a half). My father was able to get back his camera with all his trip pictures, a newly purchased leather coat and some priceless religious items from his youth. Francesco, thanks so much for all your help! Highly recommended!
