Jan Rotti: We didn't get a car with our booked options. BUT they were listed in our contract, in addition there was a fee for drivers under 25 that was listed twice (two drivers listed was the explanation). After explaining the equipment features and indicating the fee and demanding the removal of the costs the employee removed one fee(as we demanded, cause it doesnt make sense to pay it twice) and the option costs from the bill. To be honest: It looked like they were trying to rip us off first, confirmed by the fact of no further discussion needed for the change. For more details, i speak about 600€ of costs that were additionally charged in the beginning!!!

Ogni articolo Insignia (il loro marchio) che ho acquistato è stato di qualità. Ho ancora un televisore Dynex da 65 pollici (vecchia marca) che adoro. Hanno abbinato il prezzo per me e mi hanno permesso di tornare il giorno dopo e acquistare l'articolo "in vendita con acquisto" al prezzo di vendita. In un bel po' di anni quasi tutte le interazioni con il servizio clienti sono state positive.
