Jan Rotti: We didn't get a car with our booked options. BUT they were listed in our contract, in addition there was a fee for drivers under 25 that was listed twice (two drivers listed was the explanation). After explaining the equipment features and indicating the fee and demanding the removal of the costs the employee removed one fee(as we demanded, cause it doesnt make sense to pay it twice) and the option costs from the bill. To be honest: It looked like they were trying to rip us off first, confirmed by the fact of no further discussion needed for the change. For more details, i speak about 600€ of costs that were additionally charged in the beginning!!!

La mia batteria è morta durante lo snowzilla, ed è stata colpa mia - ho lasciato una luce interna accesa. Sono stato indirizzato a Best Battery, e per 10 dollari mi hanno caricato la batteria. Ma non si sono limitati a questo - si sono assicurati che la mia auto fosse sicura da guidare e che non sarei rimasto bloccato. Molto professionali, molto premurosi. Lo raccomanderò a tutti!
