店員の態度が酷い。

Very rude couple especially the lady. Obviously racist against asians. Don't visit if you don't wish for them to spoil your day.

Dopo Anni che mi servivi li, avendo aperto a casa una crema evidentemente guasta, sono tornata a cambiarla pochi giorni dopo. la Titolare ha avuto il coraggio di dirmi che la crema si era corrotta nel tempo di tornare a casa perché era estate e non mi ha cambiato la confezione dicendo che se vogliamo le creme con i conservanti possiamo andare altrove a fare acquisti ...sono rimasta senza parole dalla scorrettezza usata e non ci metterò mai più piede.

Handmade cream, shaving gel, perfume, and soap with a wide selection of scent. Other products as well...shavers, drugs etc. Got a body spray that is uniquely scented. The elderly lady has been there since young. Shop since 1897.

Awful experience. Avoid going there at all.
We arrived with a hurting child and a rude lady without even looking at us refused to give any information on where we could find medical attention.
Be careful. They don't care at all about helping people in distress as you would expect in a pharmacy or any drugstore.

Die Fachverkäuferin muss erstmal auftauen, dann sollte man sich ruhig auf ein Beratungsgespräch einlassen. Die Atmosphäre ist etwas verstaubt, um es höflich auszudrücken, doch die Produkte des Hauses sind besser, als der Anschein vermuten lässt.
Ich empfehle das Eau de Toilette Rosa Rossa. Ein absolut reiner und authentischer Rosenduft ohne schnick-Schnack. Man darf sich nicht an den uralten duft-Proben orientieren. Natürlich steht dieser Laden im Schatten zu der Officina Santa Maria Novella, doch das preis-leistungsverhältnis ist absolut lobenswert! Hier hat man bestimmt seine Ruhe von den hektischen Touristenströmen... für mich ein muss auf jeder Florenz- Visite.

Elegant. Very knowledgeable staff; they make great recommendations. Great selection of very pure products that really produce results. A must for any trip to Florence. Their house products are amazing!!

Proprietaria arrogante e assolutamente maleducata

On a recent trip to Florence I was after some Proraso shaving products and stumbled across this pharmacy. What a find! Such a nice welcoming store with a wide range of products. I was able to get my Proraso at less than half the price in the UK so I was very happy. The staff attitude was great and completely opposite to that at Santa Maria Novella perfumery. Grazie a tutti!
