Fabio Gentile: I brough my Pajero to them to replace the glow plugs (candelette) the could not remove one of them so they tried to drill it out causing serious damage to the cylinder head. They then failed to replace one of them. They forced me to pay and refused to give me a receipt. I found them extremely unprofessional and the kept the car over 2 weeks. I did use them for othe work they caused damage to the cover of an fues box and also broke a speed sensor on the gearbox claiming it was broken. Too much to say about them. Without prejudice. This is just my experience with them.

Servizio clienti molto scarso. Sono andato a comprare una porta della doccia e l'ho pagata, ma non avevo il mio camion. Hanno detto che sarebbe stato pronto per il ritiro in un'ora, sono andato due ore dopo e la mia merce non era pronta per il ritiro. Hanno chiamato il ragazzo e lui ha detto che non poteva farlo perché aveva altre cose da fare, che ci sarebbe voluto un po' di più. E io che pensavo che il servizio clienti fosse la loro prima priorità. Ragazzi, mi sbagliavo. Ho dovuto farlo io stesso. Non ci andrò mai più. Ill fare la mia spesa a Lowes da sapere su.
