Not used by the big consolidating websites for a reason. They have excellent customer service and brilliant prices. We were in the mountains when our diesel froze at minus 18 and Marco did everything within his powers to get us back on the road. Cannot fault them.

EDIT - These guys go from Great to Excellent. We used them again in 2020 over the children's half term. First, again their prices were brilliant. Next they free upgraded us to an Alfa Romeo Stelvio SUV (€70000 car for €250 a week). Lastly, I left my headphones in the boot. No problem, I arranged for a courier and they boxed them up for collection.

Excellent service. Responsive to emails and phone calls. Staff fluent In English. Free shuttle service from the airport. Highly recommend using this local business rather than the bigger and usually cheaper larger companies.
I was extra for fuel do to the initial reading being wrong, however, after pointing this out at the end of the rental that was refunded immediately.

Je conseille vivement cette agence de location de voitures. Deux fois moins chère que les agences présentes à l'aéroport Malpensa, ils s’occupent de vous récupérer puis vous déposer à votre terminal (5min en voiture). L’équipe est super PRO, pas de supplément pour un deuxième conducteur... Je passerai sans hésiter par Rent Morini pour mes prochaines locations de voiture à Milan !

Very Nice people. It was a great expérience without any comparison with big renting company who are more like robot. Not their fault but boring and sometime painful.

Best car rental company experience we have had traveling. I was reading reviews of car rental companies in and around the airport and they were all negative and sounded horrific. So when I came across Morini and saw 5 star reviews, I must admit I was a bit hesitant but took the chance and am so glad I did. The customer service was excellent and so easy. They had a shuttle waiting for us when we arrived at the airport, with a new car that was washed and ready to go. They got us on the road almost immediately. They don't try to sell you extra frills. Thank you for a stress-free experience! We really enjoyed our time in Italy and will use Morini Rent whenever we are there.

Good value for money

Morini Malpensa staff were really helpful and accommodating. They got me on the road quickly and explained everything regarding the rental thoroughly. There was no hassle in dropping off the same van and they even dropped me back at the Airport ready for my flight home. Hired a large van for 14 days.
