Sono andato a Best Buy per ritirare i router Wifi Nest di Google, perché era più veloce da Best Buy che da Google. Il servizio clienti era ok, il negozio aveva un adeguato distacco sociale, ma la parte fastidiosa era che l'app di Best Buy diceva che l'ordine era pronto per il ritiro, ma non era pronto in negozio. Almeno avevano i router nel negozio, così sono stato in grado di annullare l'ordine e comprare i router.
