The shop itself is just a normal souvenir shop with many local+a goods. However, one of the staff (a middle-aged lady with short hair) was extremely rude to me because I drank a sample limoncello which was resting on an unattended table. The moment I drank it, she came running to me, yelling and accusing me of having opened the fridge and poured it myself... I was so harassed and perplexed. She told me "this is not your home" and gave me a "tsst-tsst" multiple times. A father and a son was smiling and observing the whole situation. I was so embarrassed and felt like a 5-year-old kid. I kept calm and explained myself a few times, but she kept on ignoring me by evading eye contact and only giving me a "tsst-tsst". This experience nearly ruined my otherwise perfect day.

Extremely rude woman with short brown hair working there. Yelling at everyone - tried to grab my phone away from me because I didnt see a “no photos” sign. Heard others asking her questions and her snapping at them. We went to another store to buy the same items as we didnt want to give them money. She should be fired.

Would leave 0 stars if possible!! Extremely rude staff!! Worst customer experiance of my life. Got ran out of shop for spraying tester perfume which i wanted to buy. Staff memeber that stated she 'was the store owner' shouted across the store to other staff to ask them to escort us out of the building- shocking human behaviour! Obviously i didnt buy anything in the end.

Excelente local con mucha variedad de artículos para el hogar con muchas bebidas típicas y con productos para comer de muy buena calidad como los Babà al lemoncelo excelente. Trufas negras en frascos pequeños y también mucha variedad de especias.

Nous avons reçu un doigt d’honneur de la part d’un membre du personnel puisque nos enfants étaient trop souriants. J’ai demandé à parler au gérant pour obtenir des explications et une autre employée nous a demandé pourquoi ils souriaient et qu’ils avait les images sur les caméras. Les touristes ne peuvent pas sourire dans ce magasin sans que le personnel soit sur la défensive.

Horrible staff got very angry with me for taking a photo of a bottle of beer. I explained I was asking my boyfriend if he wanted me to buy it. They made me delete it in front of them. I left without buying of course.

Mal reçu... j'ai eu le malheur de sortir mon cell, la vendeuse m'a enguirlandé, alors que je m'excusais, n'ayant pas vu leur avis d'interdit de photo... malgré mes excuses, elle n'en démordait pas... alors je suis sorti sans rien acheter alors qu'une bouteille de vin m'intéressait... mauvais service au client. J'ai fait mes achats ailleurs!
Bad customer service... I took my cellphone out by mystake, honestly not noticing the " no picture" sign, I the clerk started yelling at me, although I apologized... She wouldn't let it go... so I left and made my purchases elsewhere.

Good wine deals

This place was amazing. It was always full of people coming and going. The staff were very nice and friendly. The food was of the highest quality. Service was quick but you never felt like you were being rushed to eat and leave. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I came to Sorrento for honeymoon and just had the most horrific experience at the store called, "Vizi & Sfizi Belgarbo."

My wife picked up few lemon candy boxes they sell as gifts and then put them back thinking she'll pick them up later today since we don't want to carry things around while touring the town. As she put the candy boxes back on the shelf and walked away to look at the rest of the store, a lady with short hair called my wife back and told her "You should put the boxes back as they were. This is not the way they were before." To make it short, my wife was called out because she didn't put the candy boxes exactly the way they were arranged before. My wife felt humiliated by being treated like a five year old and told the lady that it is her "job" to put products as they were not hers. As soon as she finished her sentence, the lady with short hair started yelling at us saying "Shut up and leave! This is my store!" She also began to physically push her. We left the store but because we couldn't believe what just had happened, we decided to go back to the store thinking their must have been some cultural misunderstanding. When we went back to the store, the two employees didnt react much to us, but once the lady with short hair began to yell at us again by saying, " We have camera!!! We call police!" The two employees, especially a male employee began to aggressively push me out of the store and yelled at us in Italian.

We came back to our hotel and shared the story with employees at the reception. I wish they had called the police and watch the surveillance video because that would have proved that my wife did not do anything wrong and make them apologize for their awful behavior.

Based on our own experience and other reviews, we now know that this is a store to be avoided by all tourists. There are so many great little shops owned by friendly local people in Sorrento. Just dont go to this one. I would give 0 star if google let me.

Molto accorsato, con chicche, ottimi vini e liquori, non c'è volta che vada a sorrento e non ci passi trovando e comprando qualcosa di utile, saporito e di qualità. Personale educato e simpatico non guasta.

L'enoteca più assortita della città, praticamente trovi tutto e di un livello superiore

Ho avuto un'esperienza estremamente positiva con il proprietario di questa attività. Spedizioni velocissime, disponibilita massima e addirittura il cambio a sue spese di un prodotto che, sicuramente a causa di un difetto di fabbrica, si era guastato dopo 2 mesi. Assolutamente consigliato.
